• mi-sun is a gemini ! her birthday is june 20th , 2002 . ♡

• she's pansexual .

• trained with aera park ( @idolslays ) for two years before both being picked for 7sin!

• mi-sun is the maknae , visual/face , & secondary rapper of 𝟕𝑺𝑰𝑵 !

• the youngest of her group , mi-sun was dubbed the ❝ 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑑𝑖𝑎𝑚𝑜𝑛𝑑 𝑚𝑎𝑘𝑛𝑎𝑒 ❞ by the media after her training with aera ; the media praised her for her rapping skills & vocal range , as well as for her work as the the visual/face of the group . despite the media & her label having high hopes for her among her joining of the group , she was often cited as the least popular member amongst fans .

• mi-sun grew up in a big family , being overlooked 99% of the time through her life until getting signed by mightee one & now , even as an idol ... she still gets jealous when others are getting more attention than she is . she watches the other girls get gifts & have adoring fans clamor to see them & speak with them over social media , meanwhile , mi-sun herself has a significantly smaller fanbase than the other girls in the group . she acts goofy & does a lot of cutesy , obnoxious shit & annoys ppl at times bc she still is just ... desperate to be as cared for/adored/liked as others around her & to be the memorable one for once . she tries so hard to be more than her title , but it doesn't get her all that far .

• mi-sun , despite being less popular than her bandmates were overall , does eventually branch off after being pulled from the group after a stunt where , in response to her disliking of the fanbase regularly shipping her with male idols as a lesbian woman , aera would kiss mi-sun multiple times on stage during an award show on television .

• upon her solo debut , mi-sun was dubbed ❝ 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒏 𝒇𝒂𝒊𝒓𝒚 ❞ by her producers & the press .

• she is killed by fellow idol & star , hak jiwoon , months after the rest of his band , no spin , were all killed in a fire that broke out in the studio one day . not long after mi-sun's passing was announced , it was discovered that jiwoon had killed the mightee one entertainment board before he & his manager , yunjin lee , went missing .

• if you want her to sit & be entertained & quiet for hours , turn on bluey ....

• she loves baking & literally does it anytime she gets the chance .

• bounces around her & hwa-young's ( @loralieds ) bedroom until all hours of the night bc she gets the zoomies right before bed every single night that they don't perform or have insanely busy days .

alright so I thought I'd make a post listing all my changes and stuff. I hope you're all somewhat as excited as I am haha. I really am looking forward to the future of this character.

jiwoon is no longer a canon d/ead by d/aylight character and will from here on out be developed as an oc. some changes in his backstory have already been applied, and more may come in the future as my little brain considers them. these three character defining points will not be changed: the fire that kills the members, using the screams of his victims to produce music, and killing the board members of the company.

jiwoon's family name has been changed to seong. (pronounced like song)

kp/op group is now called FULL MOON. the spelling of his solo stage name has been changed to TRIQUESTAR.

d/bd verses are still available but will be using my canon, and he will essentially just be replacing d/bd tr/ickster in those verses.

y/unjin has unfortunately been cut out of his backstory entirely, however I want to make it clear this doesn't mean I won't interact with people that write her. she can still be a producer, I would just prefer it to be at moonlight entertainment, other than that you have to change absolutely nothing for me as long as you're somewhat considerate about my own canon. we can plot stuff out from there.

as a matter of fact, I will still write with any d/bd fandom character, canon or oc. my love for d/bd may have died, but my love for your interpretations has not. d/bd continues to have an interesting lore concept that is completely wasted in b/hvr's hands and you all handle it beautifully.

Headcannon: all of jiwoon's albums flopped and that's why he started killing people. He capped to the entity and basically everyone and yunjin spends her time at the campfire yelling about how bad his music was to anyone who would listen. Ngl I think the failure to enter the kpop industry and make it big (and the stresses that would cause) better encompasses the vicious world of the kpop industry (and any entertainment industry in general), and would give jiwoon a better reason to go crazy go stupid (it would explain in a more interesting way why he grew so obsessed with the spotlight((and having a crowd cheer his name/have someone look to him as god)), rather than the copy and paste "wow fame :D" ((which is okay too I just feel like it's too overly used and doesn't come off as anything too special))). The consistent disappointment would be interesting, and so would watching jiwoon eventually make it big, now an incredibly disgruntled pop artist who is now in incredibly close range to his competition (his bandmates), and would explain why he didn't hesitate to not save his bandmates, and would leave him with a ruined enough mental state to hear cheering in their cries for help (Thus kickstarting his murder spree).

Anyway I'd probably eat jiwoon's ass if he asked have a nice day.

I was SO on board with ur explanation and LOVED ur interpretation and version of ji-woon but the last line just killed me.

ahh I'm glad it's noticeable hahaha. yeah, honestly, I kind of hate d/ead by d/aylight these days. 😭 every time I remembered the association I would kind of get incredibly grumpy. I didn't like what d/bd was doing with him in the game as it didn't align with my views or ideas that i'd been developing since the ptb, and on top of that I don't like the game itself at the moment. it's in an incredibly bad place, completely unfun to play, unless you're in lower mmr where people don't care about anything.

i love this character i've developed like so much, so for my own well-being i thought it best i just chuck what i don't like or never made sense to me (seriously how does throwing knives in a restaurant equal to "oh he should be an idol!" like. huh???) and just fully focus on my own ideas. the three key points of "group members died in a fire", "uses screams of his victims in his music", and "kills the board members of entertainment company" is what's for sure staying as these are character defining moments, but I may edit the conditions of them over time.

god ... i love my jiwoon so fucking much??? like. i get that he has strayed from canon quite a bit and that might not be everyone's cup of tea but i kinda love that like. this one's mine u know. i rly made him mine. i just edited my biography again to add more of my own personal additions to him that i consider part of my own established canon across the board, and just... god... he's really my baby.
