ME:Andromeda “quick fix” suggestions
The Pathfinder’s sound system from their quarters integrated into the Nomad (maybe a music tab could be added to the loadout screen so it doesn’t have to be chosen every time one enters the vehicle?)
Some sort of a “Black Emporium” on the Nexus, at least to give us a chance to change hairstyles during the game. I know face structures would be tricky, but I have made a mistake, please let me get rid of my bangs. (There are a few, maybe one or two apartments at the docks that I haven’t found a function for, maybe one of them could be converted into a beautician’s parlor?)
Purchasable pre-set patterns or textures for Ryder’s default civvies. The sweatpants + shirt combo is nice, and I enjoy the wide range of colors (I roamed the Tempest in a bright red leather jacket for a while, that was wild), but I would have enjoyed for instance a denim texture for the pants, or a print on the shirt, and it shouldn’t be that resource-intensive to add them the same way the armor patterns were added. (Go hog wild, seriously. Maybe a bright, hanar-pink Blasto t-shirt?)
On that same note, purchasable interior design elements for the Pathfinder’s quarters, like the ones in Anderson’s apartment in Citadel would be great. Like a new couch, or a couple posters? Knick-knacks to spend those 40K credits I have amassed by the end?
A way to rename found, bought, or already named equipment. I don’t necessarily know without thinking which gun the N7 Crusader V on my compare tab is, but I sure recognize Cindy the Boom-Boom Gun.
A way to name my pets. Please BioWare, my crops are dying. How am I supposed to be a good mom to Toto and Ampersand if I can’t even see their names over their heads. You didn’t let me name Commander Butterscotch, please let me name Toto.
A craftable or purchasable upgrade for the Nomad’s jump system (because if it’s there, I haven’t found it). That little hop is cute and all, but as it is, I didn’t get much use out of it. (I have maybe used it to eliminate a few tight, 16-point-turns when I’ve driven myself into a corner, but it’s no physics-defying Mako-rocket. Mostly it just thrusts you off if you change your mind about a cliff halfway up- that kinda limits its usefulness.)
A (potentially very expensive) craftable or purchasable Tempest mod (!!!) to allow the auto-scanning of systems. It would be great for completionist players aiming to 100% the cluster without having to individually scan ~150 planets, and sit through just as many ~10 second animations, just to get a couple experience points. (I’m at ~80%, and let me just say, it gets pretty tedious.)
Maybe a way to turn off or skip the animations for boarding and disembarking the Tempest? By the endgame, there are a lot of sidequests that require you to go planet-hopping, and after the 20th time seeing it, that unskippable animation (while very pretty) can get a little old.
