I have a big presentation for a class tomorrow and I'm so anxious about it that I like genuinely can't do anything

#at least i have therapy the day after :^) #but like i woke up the first time at 9:30am and in now almost 2pm and i havent gotten up #i keep napping or like panicinb and going my phomd #because i cant focus or think about anythibg #and i feel awful #i hate this so much
