After biking, I would like to update my pain scale numbers

It is a solid 4 or 5. To the point where I am struggling. To do things.

I am Kind Of in agony lol

#speculation nation #negative/ #i guess. since i keep complaining about my.pain #this is just. the worst flare up in a while. possibly The worst. #it's so bad i just want to curl up on the floor #except not bc that position would bring pain too lol. just crumple then. #mind numbing pain. and ive already taken something for it. #and i have no idea why it's flaring up so badly. the only thing out of the norm i did yesterday was driving #so like Maybe the position did it? sitting upright?? it's dumb as hell but what does my back care i guess #i dont know how im supposed to survive 5 hours of this. fucking hell.
