#mini vent in the tags #i genuinely think odd taxi is one of the best written anime i’ve ever watched #like right up there next to great pretender and hyouka #and i know my dad whos a screenwriter would love and greatly appreciate the way the mystery is written throughout it #but that’s only if you take the time to pay attention to what’s going on #and he’s not #we are 4 episodes in and he’s bored out of his mind #but i keep telling him please it’s a slow burn that all builds up to something incredible #and he’s only watching it bc i told him he’d appreciate it sm #but i feel like forcing him to watch it when he’s not interested is making him build up resentment for the show and he’s not even going to- #be able to appreciate it #like…at this point in the show i already started connecting the pieces but he’s just confused and kinda refuses to try to put it together #ughhHhhhHGghh #sorry i said mini vent but this turned into something kinda long LMAO WHOOPS #anyways if you like slow burn mysteries definitely watc odd taxi #random ramblings
