some of the stamps from the envelopes of letters i sent to phil, returned to me after he died. 

#stamps #captain's log #kind of cool but also. kind of sad. nothing hit me like getting a stack of my own letters/photos/drawings back #i opened one and a drawing fell out and i just needed to put it down for a second #i miss him! it's been a very long time. #i dont think dorene found. even a quarter of them bc i wrote to him. at least weekly. sometimes twice a day.. for like two/three years #plus i didnt run into any of the cards i remember making for him. and some were photocopies? like he'd had them scanned and printed. #i wonder if he had the originals someplace else ? strange #strange that ill never know ! that is. #i am kind of... mad. at dorene. for being the one who went to pack up his things i dont think she was the best relative to choose to do that #phil
