sitting around on a sunday afternoon contemplating what my top all time tree species are

#red/white cedar my favourite by MILES. obviously. #followed by black oak (because i live in a black oak savannah) and white oak (which is my actual fav oak type esp white swamp oak) #and then black walnut and river birch and sugar maple and white pine and tamarack!! #also american chestnut.. gone but never forgotten.. #i also love cottonwood i think its such a silly tree. and eastern hemlock…. #I LOVE TREES!!!!!!!!!!!! treehugger FOREVER!! #sorry. reading a book by a forester is making me wonder if i want to persue forestry instead of env sci. i dontttt but also teehee. what if
