Drawing every cookie I get: Sparkling!

So for the design rating! (I'll rate the original not the costume)

I don't like his colors. I get what they were going for but I don't think it works, and also his hair is so weird. Sorry but he's getting a 3/10

That's why I drew this costume instead. I like pink :)
