Despite everything I did enjoy Solomon's Crown for what it is :) and if I just...pretend that it takes place in an alternate universe where somehow France and England's uhhhh testy relationship could be solved by two medieval gay kings in love and they also weren't...crusader kings. But you know I was More looking forward to what Natasha Seigel could do after, especially when she's not trying to pass off real people who did horrible things as heavily sanitized versions of themselves. The Phoenix Bride sounds interesting so far 👀 and starts a lot better than her debut lmao
