i had a stupid saiouma idea that started out as my hc Kokichi making a dumb Joker reference but turned into Shuichi having a gay panic attack over Twunkichi, and i just wanted to share:

so the idea was like- Kokichi is getting changed in the locker room for gym right? and while he's doing so Shuichi walks in and spots him, stopping in his tracks and staring with this look of shock on his face. Kokichi is- mind you- half naked when he shows up

Now my hc Kokichi is covered in random scars from wrecklessness and DICE missions, and he has a fucking massive scar going diagnal across his chest. Kokichi notices Shuichi's eyes are fixated on his chest and assumes it's the scar that's making him slackjawed, so he very apporpratly decides to respond with "hey Saihara-Chan! wanna know how i got these scars~?"

this snaps Shuichi out of his daze and he struggles to come up with a responce and runs out before he can make a futher fool of himself, leaving Kokichi confused

Shuichi was not staring at the scar, he was staring at Kokichi's pecks and having a full on gay panic in his head cause his gay ass simply cannot process man tits without cumbusting. he is down bad and might need to sit gym out to recover after all that

Where did this mess start? When Junko Enoshima came across a secret underneath Hope's Peak… a secret laboratory. She toyed with the research there. What was that research?… What was the lab under Hope's Peak to begin with? 

The bodies of the Student Council were kept by the academy in a last ditch attempt to cover up their mistakes. A project for New Hope, hijacked by Despair. Junko Enoshima finished their work. 

Yet again, the Student Council became the unwitting test group for Enoshima’s plans. Fourteen corpses resurrected from the dead… Fourteen prototype experiments… the existence of which is shrouded in mystery.  They didn't die a second time. So where have they been this whole time? 

Maybe it's for the better that the prototypes are hidden away. Resurrection does strange things to the body and mind. 

If death is the greatest despair, what does that make the memory of one's own death?

in an ideal world UDG/DRAE would’ve been a remnant capture game, but kotoko nagisa masaru and jataro still exist and are just nagito’s kids. not warriors of hope or remnants of despair, literally just Nagito’s Weird Kids.

Daughter of the Deep HPA Crossover

What if various Disney children/ characters went to Harding Pencroft Academy? It's like a Hogwarts Au for HPA? What house would they be in? What would their dynamics with other character be like? Would their stories change from having this different experience and background?

Following this I would like to present to you: The ___ Society (I'm waffling between 'Horizon' and 'Axolotl' or possibly something else)

Dipper and Mabel Pines, following the remarkable events of their summer in Gravity Falls, found a club once they arrive at HPA.

Dipper, a cephalopod, and Mabel, an orca, soon find others that relate to (or will soon relate to) their remarkable adventures.

They could become the fun upper classmen who the others can go to for advice. Some impossible happenings on? Congrats you have the king and queen of impossible in your corner!

My most solid roster for The Society is...

Marco (and later Star) from Star vs The Forces of Evil, who are both sharks

Anne, Sasha, and Marcy from Amphibia who are orca, shark, and cephalopod respectively

And Luz (and later Vee), who are a dolphin and orca

Other ideas I had:

Hailey and Scott from Hailey's On It as a cephalopod and dolphin respectively but we don't know much about them yet

Milo, Melissa, and Zack from Milo Murphy's Law as a cephalopod, dolphin, and orca respectively

I could also see Lunella from Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur, other Rick Riordan characters like Percy Jackson or the Kanes, characters from The Ghost and Molly McGee, etc. The Horizon is literally the limit here!

Luz as a pirate after the events of season 1? Marcy building submarines so that amphibian kind can explore the depths of the ocean for the first time (you know... salt water and all)? Star developing many nautical based spells and overall becoming more tactically minded and disciplined after essentially military training? Anne absolutely hating scrubbing the frog tank before the music box incident and overall having a better sense for farm care?

Every few months my brain goes “hey remember Ouma v Junko that’s a fun idea” and I spend the day a spiraling mess bc it’s been Literal, Actual Years and I’ve yet to think of a satisfactory conclusion

AU + rambly

In the side game Fuyuhiko offers to help Izuru bust out of HPA, and in the anime Hajime was friendly-ish with Natsumi and close with Chiaki, who were both in Fuyuhiko's life to varying degrees, SO

Fuyuhiko gets more power once he graduates and is allowed to run missions he orchestrates himself. The amount of surprising deaths and/or disappearances at HPA have been bothering him for years, because of His Nature and also because his puppy-crush chiaki was talking about her missing friend right before she mysteriously died, and said friend was also his sister's only friend before SHE died. And also also, like, he's supposed to have jurisdiction over organized killing, and his plan does NOT involve high school students.

He's not the only one who's wondering what goes on behind the scenes either, so he gets some help from The Detective and The Impostor (and The Hacker?) to at least get some info.

But, oh crap, he finds Chiaki's missing friend in there, looking pretty different and asleep but it's definitely him. Fuyuhiko impulsively wakes him up and de-attaches the various machines, because otherwise they gotta leave him in there and he doesn't like that. Bad idea though since that's an amnesiac emotionless killing machine! Izuru (Hajime but at the height of Izuru-ism and very freshly traumatized) busts out just fine by himself, but only because he feels like it, and he only feels like it because Fuyuhiko (and his knowledge of who Izuru used to be, as the only living person who remembers Hajime) is the most mildly almost-interesting thing to happen to him in his memory. Dragging Fuyuhiko around is something to do, at least, and marginally better than the endless surgeries and boredom. Maybe Izuru can even try to dig for some more of those unexpected sensations.

Buuuut Fuyuhiko is one of the most stubborn and emotionally repressed people ever, not exactly wading in bountiful emotions himself, and Izuru has no remorse for using force when it's beneficial. In fact, feeling bad -guilt or remorse or self-disgust- is an interesting feeling, and probably easier to reach than the nice ones....

hajime is a lowborn, son of carpenter of komaeda's family, but he can attend the newly built HPA because of komaeda’s family connection. he's training to be police and now he works as a guard for komaeda’s house that’s why he has permit to carry a sword. komaeda is the son of aristocratic family that hajime's family has been serving for generations. for a good part of his life komaeda was locked up because his parents thought he's bringing bad luck. his parents died so now he’s free lol. chiaki is hajime’s classmate and komaeda’s childhood friend. usami is chiaki’s attendant! child komahina were pretty close despite their status difference until komaeda got locked up. komaeda still calls hajime by his first name but now hajime calls komaeda “ waka(若)”/”young master” instead of his name 💔😢

random ass thought i have no clear idea for how to make work, but what if an au where DICE went the hpa with Kokichi? or at least a few of them

like- the only way i can think to make it work is if they got in by technicality loop holes. The idea i have is them being "Ultimate Henchmen" or something of that nature; they aren't truely ultimates as seperate people, but are considered one together under the same alias.

the only thing i have to go off of for this even being a possibility is the fucking Madarai Brothers' octuplet shenannigans. i just wanna see DICE vibing together at HPA man
