Fairy Ranmaru Baby AU

This is a little AU of mine set many years after the end of the show, where our main 6 have (mostly) settled down and, surprisingly, started families.

Alioth is the only son and eldest child of Ranmaru and Chilka, and has a younger sister named Alhena. He often puts too much pressure on himself, trying desperately to ‘live up’ to the legacies of his fathers, but they just want him to be himself, and happy. Although he presents much like a Lux fairy, he inherited powers of darkness from Chilka, and is currently poor at controlling them. He takes Chilka’s birth surname.

Honami is the only child of Homura and Uruu, and a fairly well-adapted boy. He is very prideful of the unusual way his powers have manifested as an Aqua-Ignis child. He finds himself caught between the still somewhat rocky relations of his parent clans, but it doesn’t seem to bother him all that much. He has a protective nature, something instilled in him by Homura, but is a bit dense at knowing when to take a step back. He takes both of his father’s surnames, alternating depending on which lands he is spending time in.

Katsuki is the only child of Jyuka, and one of Takara’s few children. Being born male, he lives exclusively with his father Jyuka in an attempt to spare him of the traumatic life of a Metallum male (for a time, at least), and the manner of his parentage is not publicly shared. He can come across aloof and even callous to others, but is a very loyal and caring friend, and is rather proud of his status as an Arbor fairy. He has a devious, playful side saved exclusively for those who take the time to get to know him. Naturally, he takes Jyuka’s surname.
