tuesday, may 24th, 2022

tried going for a run but ended up having to just walk back halfway. couldn’t make a doctor’s appointment about it because they don’t let me message them past 11am which i always forget. (doctors don’t read this part) tried cutting an extra concerta in half to take since i was told i’d be increased from 18mg to 27mg anyway but couldn’t so i just took two instead and spaced them out a lil. let’s pray they put me on 36mg instead and i don’t start having withdrawals

my SILLY desk tent arrived it is so SILLY what i’ve bought but i like it. when i’m in there i tend to notice traffic noise much more since it sounds like it’s coming from another room kinda so i’m closing the window now, but it gets pretty hot in there so i ordered a lil air conditioner fan thing, which i needed anyway since it’s becoming the hotmonths. it didn’t block as much light as i’d hoped so i went to buy a big sheet to put over it which works fine. oh it’s my cozy little area and it is so silly

i think flexbox is making more sense than it did the last time i tried to learn it. this was really the part i was dreading most about starting odin again but i’ve decided it’s cool actually. during my drawtime i usually have an art stream playing on my computer while i draw in bed but it was kind of awkward to do that with the tent and i was worried about like. association. like the main point of the tent was to have an environment i associate with Work Idiot Do Your Work and i didn’t wanna use that for anything else. so i just sat for like two hours playing with coloring on a piece past 9 and didn’t really take a break? i was feeling like pomodoro didn’t work too well with drawing and i was worried about forgoing it but man

it came time to relax but the tent was still up and i honestly felt like just going back in and doing more a bit. was expecting a hassle to be able to fold it back up, was not expecting to simply not be able to do it at all. my god it is not possible and all the amazon reviews warned me so but i did not believe them. i ended up just having to put it flat under my bed otherwise it bends all crazy and i physically can’t store it anywhere else. i think i just have to keep it up uh oh. i lied down before getting ready for bed and fell asleep in my clothes and without prozac ssnnnzzzzszsszzz
