Hebe does not have a Ryu Number.

(clarification below)

Given Hebe's status as a pseudo-mascot for Sunsoft, I have very low confidence that there is outright no route for Hebe, but what I've been able to dig up hasn't been of much help.

For instance, Hebe's part of a stage in the Mega Drive version of Lemmings.

As in the (destructible) stage looks like Hebe. That's not going to cut it.

He's undisputably in a couple other Sunsoft games, but not the more "mainstream" and crossover-rich ones like Blaster Master. Unless I'm missing something about the Penguin Wars remake.

Really, there's only one link I've found that might actually lead to something, and it involves Arina from Sunsoft cult classic fighting game Waku Waku 7. The only issue is that it would involve going through a mobile mahjong game that seems to have spotty documentation online even on the Japanese web, and uh, well,

hm. For what it's worth, according to at least one source, the Hebereke cameos are limited to the tiles, which wouldn't be eligible anyway, so there's that.

Anyway, while this is true for just about all posts, any additional information would be greatly appreciated. Given the breadth of Hebereke cameos and the above Penguin Wars inclusion, I'm inclined to think that there's at least a possibility of something workable.

HEBEREKE Enjoy Edition (PC/Steam)

The emulated Famicom game (Hebereke) is still in Japanese; you can then look up screenshots showing both the NES PAL English translation (it was "Ufouria: The Saga" on NES in Europe; did not come out on NES in North America), and the current English translation, in a "Special Snaps" menu gallery that unlocks. 'p'

The FC cart goes for $200 on eBay (cart only). : PPP

Odd translation presentation aside, Hebereke is quite fun so far and the characters are great. ^ _^
