Anyone else get a craving for a super basic veggie packed lunch some days ? 🤪 when I’m craving lots of veggies, I love to make a super simple wrap for lunch. The best part is- the ingredients are simple but the combination of textures and flavors makes the wrap far from basic.
Here’s what goes into my go-to veggie wrap:
(1) Tortilla
(2) Homemade Hummus
(3) Green or Kalamata Olives
(4) Red Onions 🧅
(5) Parsley 🌿
(6) Orange or Yellow Bell peppers
(7) Cucumbers
(8) Spinach !
