I follow an account on YouTube that occasionally posts various New Vegas characters voices in different languages. Today I checked in on them and they uploaded a lot since I last checked, even adding Yes Man, who I took a look at. I though his French Actor was quite good and decided to check the description to see if I could find the va and to my discovery:
