big fan of ethory as childhood friends that got pulled apart due to kid-typical "um why are you friends with him. Hes Weird." status quo and ethan still having a soft spot for him. they grow up and rory still thinks theyre besties and even remembers their inside jokes and handshakes from when they were younger. ethan hasnt forgotten them either.
