Having his mother die a few years ago and now his supplies finally running out. It was officially time for Hoffman to move on. Having been at his house for the whole end of the world, he didn’t know what to expect. Was he the only human left alive? Have the zombies died out? With that thought he closed the door and started on his way.

A couple months had passed since leaving his home. Hoffman has been on his own, searching for food, water, and shelter everyday. Only ever running into zombies, which he would easily put down. That was until today at a local superstore. He heard a noise, quickly unholstering his pistol he made his way over to the source.

Spotting a lone figure, something seemed off. This wasn’t a zombie. So he raised his gun, aiming at this stranger. ❝Identify yourself.❞ Hoffman had to be sure if this person was dead or alive.

You practice too hard and you tire yourself out, and you never know when to stop because you’ve been told all your life that the system is fair and that if you work hard enough, you’ll get a shot. You know now that it isn’t like that, but you’re going to try, and you’re not gonna stop ‘till you drop dead. Otherwise, you dont know what to do with yourself. What else is there to do? the lightning rod

whether it’s your turbulent nature, your flash quick mind, or the air of unknown about you, your undercurrent is the lightning rod. you are somewhat unpredictable, but if we unravelled we’d see you know exactly what you’re doing, but it’s makes you feel less vulnerable to pretend it wasn’t planned. some people stay back from you, but others would follow you cross country, for the very same reason. they don’t know enough about you. the difference is in who wants to learn more. keep your golden nature, it’s exciting, but don’t be afraid to admit what you know. matshona dhliwayo said “lightning strikes but does not roar” your bite will always be worse than your bark, keep that close to your chest.
