Dumb question, but are there any fave deltarune and undertale fics/comics you could recommend? I'm hyperfixated really bad right now and it's driving me nuts

sorry but I don't actually read deltarune fics! it's too early in the story to actually know what's going on, both in terms of kris' motivations AND the various characters' personal lives in general (at least for me personally), so while i cheer on people who have fun and make up complex theories/backgrounds/continuations of the story, or speculate on characters we haven't met yet like Dess, that's not something I'm interested in at the moment

as for undertale welllllll. read inverted fate. not even kidding anymore this is an order.

I'm trying to get over my anxiety, and every time I think I might be okay to venture out into the rest of the house again, my flatmate brings people around without telling me again, and I'm back to square one.

So he was a very intelligent, very funky, very goofy, kinda wise, very old man.

I imagine he probably found ways to improve the underground from doing dumb experiments. Most of the time with papyrus-

And through that probably the mechanics of steam vents arised….. arised like steam—

Extremely dangerous so pretty much the only guy double checking with them to make sure they didn’t die was the man the myth the legend sans

As for his magic, I imagine it’s pretty much the same as sans and papyrus, but he also likes to do hand to hand combat, in memory of the old days-

This kinda gave me my reasoning for making him a funky lil dood, simply because I find it easier to imagine more fun, “upright”, skedadly doodly characters fighting like that rather than “serious villain” type. BUT ANYWAYS.

Makes me think about ma void gang au and his blastagons. Honestly I always nearly forget it’s a blastagon au cause I never talk about the blastagons. Gosh I need to talk about them. 2 of the guys actually have names, and I never have names—

Sometimes the best action you can take is run--and sometimes even that's not enough... Luckily for Frisk and Alphys, they have backup.

Oh man, action scenes can be both so fun and tricky--trying to figure out a good look for the blur effect in the last panel took a lot of trial and error before I found something that (hopefully!) works. It was nice drawing a lot of Alphys though, being helpful in her own way ^^

i have one contribution to the ‘would you let a guest join your meal’ discourse and only one: i see many people on the ‘no’ side saying ‘if a guest shows up unexpectedly obviously i haven’t prepared enough food for them’ which is deranged because if there isn’t enough food you would obviously give them your portion or split the portions smaller so that everyone gets some… if two guests arrived and you only had two portions left you would feed them and go without, after of course, a five minute interchange consisting of ‘ah go on’ ‘no thanks i’m fine’ ‘ah go on go on’ ‘are you sure you don’t mind’ ‘ah not a bit of it sure amnt i [flimsy excuse]’ etc etc.

#and like. is there not a stash of biscuits/snacks etc specifically set aside for unexpected guests #is not the first thing you do when someone enters your house is to offer them a cup of tea and a biscuit even if it’s like the plumber #and of course they might have a reason to refuse in which case everyone is happy #for example i don’t drink tea or coffee which stumps most peoples hospitable impulses #but even then they’re like ‘juice? coke? water?’ and you take some to be polite #blagáil

Probably should just put this out here:

I'm not dodging spoilers for Superstars.

Reason being money's tight right now you can thank an unexpected permanent guest for that, so I'm not able to buy it at launch. I'll probably wait for a sale and who knows, that could be in 6 or so months and it seems silly to try and avoid the game for that long.

Other reason is I just don't care. It'll probably be a good game that I'll enjoy, but nothing's really piqued my interest and I have so many other games to play that I'm more invested in.

So yeah, I don't really have anything to say about it.

all he does is worry . he worries for his gang , he worries for the people of nottingham , he worries for england but , mostly , he worries for MARIAN . he was not sure how to control the worry but he knew that he preferred it to letting his mind wander .

the gang had all returned back to camp late , and they had all immediately fell into their respective bunks but robin . . . he could not . it felt like every muscle was held with tension , and he could not shake the feeling that something WRONG was happening and he was simply lying in the forest allowing it to happen .

so he had shoved his feet back into his boots , grabbed his bow and his sword , and he had run to knighton .

edward and marian's estate was shrouded in the same tranquility and darkness as the rest of the county was at this time of the night . with an ease that only ever came from practice , robin made no noise as he pulled himself up to marian's window . now you are just being weird . he scolded himself as he flipped the lock on her shutters and slipped inside .

he promised himself he was just there to check but the next thing he knew he was sitting on the floor just under the half-opened shutter, moonlight streaming in . his bow dangled from his fingertips , quiver dug into his back and his head dropped , chin to his chest , exhausted . he was just so tired .

he must have fallen asleep . not for long , but when he opens his eyes next he sees @vntagetee looking at him . so she was no longer asleep .          " oh so this is your room . "        he teased her , trying to hide that he was here because he worried , excessively . because he could not sleep until he was sure she was safe . his voice thick with sleep , eyes still hooded , half asleep as he pushed himself so he was at least sitting up straight instead of slumped over .   " i didn't know .
