मिठाई में रसगुल्ला खासा पसंद किया जाता है. चाशनी में डूबी यह ठंडी-ठंडी मिठाई दिखते ही मुंह में पानी ले आती है. आप इस स्वीट डिश को घर पर भी बना सकते हैं. एक नज़र रेसिपी क्विज़ीन : इंडियनसमय : 30 मिनट से 1 घंटामील टाइप : वेज आवश्यक सामग्री 2 लीटर दूध फुल क्रीम 2 नींबू का रस डेढ़ चम्मच अरारोट आधा चम्मच इलायची पाउडर 4 कप चीनी 2 से 3 कप पानी विधि - दूध को एक भारी तले वाले बर्तन में गर्म करें. - दूध में उबाल आने के बाद, गैस बंद कर दें. जब दूध थोड़ा ठंडा हो जाए तो इसमें नींबू का रस थोड़ा-थोड़ा डालते हुए एक बड़े चम्मच से चलाएं. - जब दूध पूरा फट जाए. तो उसे एक साफ कपड़े में छानकर, ऊपर से ठंडा पानी डाल दें. इससे रसगुल्लों में नींबू का स्वाद नहीं आएगा. - अब कपड़े को बांधकर उसे अच्छी तरह दबाएं, ताकि फटे हुए दूध का सारा पानी निकल जाए. रसगुल्लों के लिए पनीर तैयार है. - इसके बाद पनीर को किसी थाली में निकाल लें और इसे कद्दूकस या हाथों से अच्छी तरह मैश करके आटे की तरह गूंद कर चिकना करें. - फिर पनीर में अरारोट मिक्स करके उसे 4 से 5 मिनट और मैश करें और गूंदकर चिकने आटे की तरह तैयार कर लें. इस तरह रसगुल्ला बनाने के लिए मिश्रण तैयार करें. - अब मिश्रण में से थोड़ा-थोड़ा भाग हाथों में लेकर, उसे गोल शेप देकर छोटे-छोटे बॉल तैयार करके एक प्लेट में रखते जाएं. - जब सारी सामग्री से बॉल तैयार हो जाएं, तो इनको एक गीले कपड़े से ढक कर रख दें. - रसगुल्लों की चाशनी बनाने के लिए एक भगोने में चीनी और 2 कप पानी डाल कर गैस पर गर्म करने रख दें. - चाशनी में उबाल आने के बाद, प्लेट में रखे तैयार रसगुल्ले इसमें डाल दें. भगोने को एक प्लेट से ढक दें. - रसगुल्ला और चाशनी तेज आंच पर 15 से 20 मिनिट तक पकाएं. कुछ देर में चाशनी गाढ़ी होने लगेगी, तो उसमें एक बड़े चम्मच से थोड़ा-थोड़ा करके पानी डालते रहें. ध्यान रखें कि चाशनी में हमेशा उबाल आता रहे. - इस तरह चाशनी में सिर्फ 1 से 2 कप तक पानी डालें, और खुशबू के लिए उसमें इलायची पाउडर मिक्स कर दें. रसगुल्ले पकने के बाद फूल कर दुगने हो जाएंगे, तब गैस बंद कर दें. - तैयार है स्वादिष्ट रसगुल्ले. फ्रि‍ज में ठंडे होने के बाद सर्व करें. #chainlink #sugardaddyallowance #sugarcosmetics #chailovers#chailovers #assamtea #kashmirifood #greenteatime #greenteathailand #greenteachocolate #greenteawater #greenteacheesecake #greenteaherbal #greenteaessence #greenteaclaymask #teatimesnacks #teatimecake #teatimemagazine #teatimetreats #teatime (at Apna Prayagraj) https://www.instagram.com/p/CSd5-w0qcla/?utm_medium=tumblr
