Grab

As we go up and down the grocery isle looking at all the options to choose from, we search for the item intently and it can be confusing with so much on the selves. We start to grab whats on the list from the shelf and get enticed to buy something they placed in the isle. If we grab what we didn’t intend to buy this gets us off budget and we’ll have to adjust our bottom line to accommodate the overspending. Be mindful of what we grab as we pass by, we take it with us wherever we go.

Everyday there is something enticing us without even knowing it is happening. If we are mindful we grab the right relationships that nurture our needs that bring fulfillment. When on guard we won’t grab the item they placed in the isle that wasn’t on the list. Be careful, grab an apple heading out the door, not the bag of chips.

Make the right choices,

Be mindful,

“We” pick it up.

There are unintended consequences that happen from the choices we make. We grab ideas from people that make us think and move. If there is a grab bag at the party, we don’t get to know what’s in there. When we are aware of the choices we make we grab what’s best.
