       OPENING FOR APPLICATIONS 11/18/2022...

 Founded in 1900, Bridgeport Academy is known to be the leading and most prestigious D/s finishing school in the nation. At the age of 21, following three years of Junior College while studying only for an intended major, all students attend a D/s Finishing College, where their last year of major studies is completed, combined with three additional years of schooling surrounding the D/s lifestyle. It is here that students are expected to make names for themselves, to find their Claims, and to begin their life journeys as successfully as possible.

 While Bridgeport may be the most prestigious Academy of its kind, it is not without its own dark history. Two years ago, the longtime Headmaster was suddenly replaced, removed from office swiftly while his position was filled by a new, unknown, seemingly random Headmistress. Many theories surrounding the Headmaster’s removal have swirled throughout the nation, and there are rumors of foul play afoot, circulating through the halls and casting doubt on the future of Bridgeport. No matter the stance, one thing is for certain...Secrets never remain secret for long.

I have such a nostalgia for text-based rp because sometimes I miss it so keenly, but I HAVE ample opportunities to get back into it. It's just that every time I try, I end up unable to sustain it and I have to drop out.

At the same time I also feel guilty in a way that's hard to explain? Because I have all these friends that I met THROUGH text-based rp that talk about how much they miss text-based rp or how they still do text-based rp. I don't know why, it's not logical, but I feel like a traitor. Text-based rp influenced so much of my writing in the early years and created so many friendships, and I miss it. And I simultaneously cannot do it anymore.

Hello! I'm Ashton (25+) looking for a 21+ partner for 1x1s or a small group. I've been in the rp game a long time and I'm excited to find something new and exciting. I prefer writing 1-2 paragraphs per replies and third person, past tense, NSFW is cool with me but I would like there to be plot with it.

I prefer to write on Tumblr or Discord.

I'm used to playing Canon characters in cannon and au verses, however I'd love to try a few OCs I have waiting in the wings.

These are the fandoms/tropes I'd love to branch off of:

Grease - I'm a sucker for the bad/good character trope and I've been dying for a Grease/Outsiders theme. Characters would not have to be in high school. Would prefer F/F, M/M, F/M. I would like to play the 'Bad Boy TBirds/Greaser' role.

Supergirl(CW) - I have written as Kara for years and she is near and dear to me. Would love to play her against Lena, Alex, Sam/Reign, Barry (Flash) can be Canon or AU, super powers not needed in AU's. I just love these characters.

Peter Pan - Would love a darker take on the classic (Think Child Thief by Brom) with lots of angst and mature themes. Characters would not be underage. I'd want to play the Peter character. This would be an OC x OC rp for sure. MxM, F/M.

Glee- I mainly write as Marley, Sebastian, Ryder or Finn. However I've written as almost every Canon character over the years. Would like a canon/canon plot. (Ryder and Finn fc would change)

Yellow jackets - Just lemme play a Natalie against a Misty or Lottie.

Other tropes I love and would be interested in for OCs:

Cocky experienced OC / Shy awkward OC (F/F, MxM)

Evil Queen / Princess who has become theirs. (Think beauty and the beast, Maleficent. F/F)

read and wrote a truly embarrassing amount of not-quite-rpf for the spielberg shows band of brothers and the pacific. this one i don't regret at all and will in fact do it again. the reading not the writing. the writing was fucking harrowing. i still have a spiderman/deadpool AU for two characters from the pacific up on my ao3

made everyone in my high school musical theatre production of les mis read enjolras/grantaire fanfiction (many times, if memory serves)

read that entire fucking destiel vietnam war/HIV au and cried so much i nearly threw up and then sent it to a friend and made him cry and nearly throw up and then for years afterward any time the song 'twist and shout' came on i would start crying and tearing up like as if i personally had lost a lover to HIV

read the all for the game/foxhole court books while in a vulnerable state (just very addicted to drugs) and genuinely thought they were good and recommended them to people and wrote popular fanfiction for them

lied about liking star wars to get online kik he/they pussy from an internet friend who ended up in a real normal offline gay marriage with an internet friend of theirs. i gambled everything and fucking lost

moderated several glee roleplay servers ranging from mid (normal glee roleplay server but i accidentally catfished another member by playing multiple roles, this is one of my greatest shames) to bad (titanic crossover roleplay server. this understandably did not get anywhere but not because the idea wasn't fantastic, just because honestly nobody knew as much about titanic as i did and it pissed me off). i truly have never let any online community dictate my real life emotions as much as the glee tumblr rp fandom did

roleplayed and wrote LOTS of fanfiction for rvb. red versus fucking blue. the HALO show made by roosterteeth. yes i fought in those trenches too (i voluntarily signed up for those trenches). i am writing this post currently wrapped up in a fleece roosterteeth blanket. it is fuck ugly. it cost me ninety canadian dollars. i bought two of them and gave the other one to a straight cis girl that i was madly in love with. we also used to watch red vs blue together. my skin is peeling off

She peeked inside the room as the door was slightly ajar. After spending a week away to spend time with her family in Scotland, there were little chores around the house that she is yet to complete and she really didn’t want Kreacher doing much these days. The children are toddlers now, Marlene wanted them to learn how to clean after themselves. Regulus came just about an hour ago, he looked a bit worse for wear but then again Marlene had seen him this way many times, taking advantage of the time that the children are away to double up on doing his job at the ministry. Afterall, in spite of the current peace they’re all experiencing, there’s still a threat out there.

The squeals and yells of glee from the twins brought a smile upon her pretty face. They missed their father a lot, only being able to communicate with them through mirrors and such during their week away. Regulus carried both to bed telling them he had bought them a new edition of the popular children’s book that the two probably has memorized by now. Yet they were all excited at the idea of their father reading to them. Both already clad in their pajamas and ready for bed, Regulus held both as he placed himself in the middle of one of the beds and started reading The Warlock’s Hairy Heart. She left them that way and went on with her organizing and unpacking their things, albeit with the use of magic yet still needing the focus for it.

After everything seem to be in order, she decided to check on the twin’s room again, thinking maybe Regulus needs help in putting both to sleep. As she peeked this time, he saw all three with their eyes closed, the book laid open in Regulus’ lap. She leaned by the door’s sill. Taking in the peaceful scene in front of her eyes. She didn’t know how she arrived at this exact moment but Marlene felt an overwhelming feeling of happiness. Everything she wants and desires in a life is inside this room.

She will lay her life for them, her own little family. Having the twins was certainly not something they had planned nor something she expected, but it was the best thing that every happened to her. No amount of fame or glory can ever compare to the happiness that she felt upon seeing their faces. Her first world cup championship title wouldn’t even compare because the first thoughts she had when they won was how proud her children will be of her in the future. They’re her world and she knows they are Regulus’ too.

Her chest felt so full of love and happiness and she looked at Regulus, studying his sleeping profile from afar. She knows his face in every angle, knows the little planes and valleys of every inch. They had been in this long enough that every little thing about him is just familiar. She loves him with every fiber of her being. This person who she didn’t even know will be this huge part of her life and yet she was thankful. There were multiple times where she had found herself thinking she was in love with him, but never really said anything nor done anything about it. The thing is she didn’t have to, because there are times, she just simply loves him as the father of her children.

It was the kind of love that was gentle as a breeze. A whisper in the quiet of the night. The kind of love where you find yourself between the planes of waking up and falling asleep. The subtle feeling of peace in your heart. There was no longing, of wanting, of demanding, just the feeling of love and the beauty of it. It was like a shadow inside her being, a soul that didn’t need to be acknowledged nor returned. It was pure and giving, like a real love should be. She smiled to herself. They are her life and she will do anything to protect them from anything and everything. Walking quietly like a cat, she took the book and set it by the side table, putting a blanket on the sleeping figures. They looked like angels and her heart sang for their beauty, her little family.

Is there any Glee RP's out there?

Yes, it looks like there are. All I can say is that I do not recommend What If or Bear Creek unless you want to risk being bullied. I was personally bullied out of What If via constant, daily harassment that came multiple times a day from multiple members and Bear Creek's admins are exclusionary towards those with autism and don't find them to be "a good fit" for their rp. I've seen a surge in indie Glee rp lately too. Anyone that wants to rec something, feel free to comment it below. Anyone that wants to write that has nowhere to write, feel free to comment too. Maybe we can get something going for all of you pretty people.

Thursday has baked a whole bunch of macarons and stuck them all on a massive tower in the shape of the office, while Cyrus has brewed a whole bunch of honey lemon tea and served it up in multiple tea pots. All of this has been laid out in the employee lounge, on the counter, along with a multitude of different little finger sandwiches and a charcuterie spread with all kinds of cheeses, meats, olives, and spreads.

"We're celebrating the defeat of the Dampening mist a year ago!" Thursday says with glee. "Well, we're a few days early, but so what? We're gonna keep this shindig going for several days because the final battle went on for several days. Here's to victory!"

She raises a mismatched teacup and clinks it with anyone who will clink teacups with her.

Being a child of a military father is never easy, the expectations of perfection, loyalty, strength, respect and hard work meant there was never any time to slack off or have fun in the Moose household. The Moose children were raised in a militant life-style thanks to their father, the RROTC instructor: get up early, make your bed, go for a run, get to school early, train your ass off, eat, go to sleep and repeat. If you managed to find time in there for some fun it was only on the weekends. And more-so, if you were going to pursue something whether it be sports, music, acting you better be the best at it or it wasn't worth it in their family's eyes.

Maverick was thrust into athletics growing up, particularly football, but never truly loved it the way he loved music. From the age of 10 he taught himself multiple instruments (piano, guitar, drums) and was getting solos in choir. Not long after he began to record some of his own music onto streaming platforms which mananged to pick up some steam by his mid teens being offered a few contracts since he turned 18. And though his father was less-than thrilled about him pursuing music as a career instead of a steady job in the military he decided to allow him to do so on the condintion that he graduated from Stronewall first.

BIO QUESTIONS:

What are your feelings about the mark you have received?  - For the most part I think it makes sense, my Dad being a military man always taught me how to take charge and stand strong. Occasionally there are times where I've thought I might have been better as a Switch but I trust the system, I know it's right.

How do your feelings on the system compare to your parents’ feelings on it? - My parents are strict to the system, always have been. For me I think overtime there has been more gray area that aren't things that can be accounted for.

Where do you see yourself after you graduate?   - Making music for sure. In general, just continuing in the career that I want with a really hot claim who's at my beckon call.

How do you feel about authority? - I'm loyal to the authority if I approve of its leadership/capabilities as well as its direction. If I do not agree with it, but consider it highly capable, I will oppose, but usually respect them. If I find it to be neither, they get ignored.

So we’ve decided yes for sure on the Wednesday/Glee crossover plot, but we’re still open to communication from the community on what everyone wants for an rp like this. Do we want to include the murder mystery aspect? Do we miss gossip blogs? Is anyone weary of the pilgrim dynamic, so I should ban that portion of the plot from being on the dash? Do we prefer a multiples rp or should I write up a more complex connection network were I ask people to put two-three wanted connections on their app so everyone has app-able connections but not everyone has to have siblings? For example, if someone didn’t want siblings they could request a personal assistant for their business or another type of familial connection, like a cousin. We will be allowing OCs based on both fandoms and OCs in general. We will also be accepting characters from both shows, with appropriately aged up fcs.
