Journalist Hossam Shabat reports on weather conditions in Gaza. He writes

Today, temperatures in Gaza reached 37°C (100°F), with most residents living in tents where the temperature is even higher. People lack fans, air conditioning, or access to drinkable water.

This heatwave is expected to increase the risk of heatstroke among the already malnourished and dehydrated population in northern Gaza.

This morning in Motaz's stories he said the IOF have killed all the journalists who had drones so they are no longer able to show the massive scale of destruction as easily as they did before. I don't believe this is accidental especially after watching the day IOF hacked Motaz's drone and took it. Just another fowl attempt to hide the truth from the world.

If what we can see is already bad, can you imagine what new aerial shots would show? Can you imagine how much we aren't seeing thanks to the continued disruption to internet connection?

They shot Wael and his cameraman Samer while they were covering an IOF raiding a school in Khan Younis. Both in critical condition.

Edit: Samer was martyred. He was seriously injured and tried to crawl to a nearby school, and lay bleeding inside it for more than 5 hours while the IOF prevented ambulances from getting to him. By the time they got to him it was too late. Wael is okay.

How many journalists is it now? 91? 92?

Journalist Hossam Shabat describes the miserable conditions for displaced people in Gaza. He says,

During these times, all difficult conditions have converged on the citizens continuous shelling, lack of access to potable water, and also extremely high temperatures. Thousands of displaced people are living in these tents that are unbearable to live in, especially with today's high temperatures as we are at the beginning of summer l ask god to help the people of Gaza during these difficult times.

You know, there is a reason the journalists in Gaza speak English. It's not for them, because they want to. It's so that they can communicate with us, so we will have to opportunity to hear them, and help them.

Palestinians themselves know how much power we have, we in the imperial core, the us, canada, the uk, europe. We have the power to stop the world, we do. We do. Palestinians would tell you that. Listen to them.

Please do not ever think you don't have power. Someone put that idea in your head for a reason, to stop you from realizing the power you have.
