Welcome, Dark Princess, Shub-Finnurath! 🐟🐙🦋🦐 She is so darling and cute and also a bit of a bully to my shrimp (but thankfully no bloodshed, just two heated exchanges so far). Her label at the store said "Galaxy" something for her colour, and you can see it with that iridescent saddle and blue eyes. 🌌 She's super curious about all the nooks and crannies in my tank and has already found all but 1 of the shrimps hiding places. (Thankfully she's not smart enough to look underneath a sunken catappa leaf.) She gladly ate a few pellets, and has tasted every floating speck in the tank, so I'm glad she has a great appetite so far. 🐜 I'm really excited to see her grow into this tank, especially because she looks really healthy already. Plus, I splurged and got a new smaller tank, so once a few more supplies come in, I will have a dedicated shrimp tank I can move my 2 shrimp into, since I love them too much to let Shub-Finnurath consume their souls.
