i'm confused re the vague posting about things getting worse - has the person said something more and not apologized or something?

they just made a post in their throwaway "apologizing." but what i meant my previous post is not that they'd returned to continue bullying (i think they could but they haven't at this point.)

my point was that, on the internet, you see this happen all the time. someone acts like an asshole, people protect them or look the other way for various reasons, the malicious person says they're actually the victim of harassment which allows them to dismiss all their misdeeds, and then they escape any other actual consequences. when they come back, they know who their allies are, probably gain some along the way, etc. and they get to just make a new blog without anyone being able to avoid them. they basically admitted that they might come back (in my experience blogs like this always come back) but would never mention being the owner of the callout blog. which, duh.
