Coordinate the activities of all internal/external teams (design finance, logistics, landlords) to ensure that all stakeholders responsibilities are aligned to the project timeline and successful delivery
Conduct / Communicate the initial photographic and dimensional site surveys of new / existing sites as per project requirements
Coordinate / Manage all internal Al Futtaim service providers and 3rd party service providers’ involvement in retail project executions, such as Tennant Coordinators, Civil & MEP Contractors, Brand Management Teams et
  Pre-Qualification and tender Coordination support of Contractors
Identify and assist in prequalifying suitable contractors for retail fit out execution within the region.
Assist the QS with the RFI process and ensure all relevant documentation and due diligence completed.
Assist the QS in tender assessment.
Ensure that Contracts are initiated and sent to Head office in a timely manner.
  On Site Execution
Liaise with landlords/local; authorities and manage contractors so that all 3rd party approvals to start work are in place.
Chair weekly site progress meetings with appointed contractor and all other relevant stakeholders, ensuring that all projects are coordinated on site to deliver within the pre scheduled time frames, costs and quality standards.
Ensure all project based administrative work is completed on time and accurately.
Ensure high regard and attention to detail maintained.
Coordinate delivery of all procured items such as flooring, lighting, signage etc and ensure that installed and protected at site once completed.
Ensure onsite Health and Safety Standards
  Post Implementation
Coordinate / Deliver As-Built Drawings & Operational Manuals post Opening
Consolidate Project information on project completion into Post Implementation Pack
React by coordinating Store Operational team’s maintenance issues & requirements during the liability period
Ensure that all close out documents and final invoices are cleared for each completed project
    QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
  Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Formal qualification in Architecture/design, civil engineering or project management. Working knowledge of project management , office and design soft ware.
  Experience in leasing, site location, contracts and negotiating with landlords in KSA is a prerequisite
  Minimum Experience: Minimum 3-5 years working in an interior fit out environment either from the contractor or clients side
  Job-Specific Skills: constant communication with various stakeholders as well as 3rd parties, a strong level of negotiation and command is required.  Your planning and organising skills will be second to none as well as your ability to use your creative eye when it comes to planning and design process

Leasing
Identify new locations for new stores in conjunction with the brands and the Country Manager
Negotiate with the landlords to achieve the best possible rental rates and terms
Verify all contracts with the country Legal Department
Negotiate lease renewals, relocations and store closures
Aggressively drive down rental costs on an annual basis.
