It will make you feel good to know that you can. • Self care is important. Make sure you do it and you do it consistently. Whatever you like to do whether it be meditation, lighting our candles, shopping, going for a walk, etc... Do what makes you feel taken care of. • Visualization is not only fun but helpful. Take ten minutes out of your day to sit down be quiet and imagine. Imagine who you want to be and how you became that way. Putting a plan into place is important, seeing yourself get there is crucial. • Set yourself up. To win. Find activities and opportunities that you know that you will be good at and mix that in with the stuff you’re unsure of and you’ll feel a lot more confident when address problems your unsure of because you know you can do it. • We create candles that are made for helping you.
