You know what I can't get into? When the love interest disappears and then shows back up only for the protagonist to take them back with barely an apology. That doesn't happen in this book, and I LOVE it. - ... Eve moved on with her life essentially and when Vincent shows back up, she questions whether or not she wants to start something back up with him despite the strong pull they have toward each other (which is what a smart woman would do, duh!).  Once they're back together though, there is drama, suspense, swoony romantic scenes and scorching hot sex 🔥🔥🔥. There's awesome sisterhoods and protective, hot sidekicks; mafia bosses and motorcycle clubs. And did I mention the hot sex😏? Yep. Didn't want to forget to mention that. You need to add it to your TBR stat. - ... Oh, and did I mention this is Jessica Ruben's debut trilogy? Imagine if this is her first set of books, what the next series is going to be like?!
