Do you like farmhouse decor? I create this textile using several layers of acrylic paint. The work started out very different as I was trying to create abstract buds in varying colors. I was not happy with the direction so I transformed the buds into cotton pods, and added lots of dots in the background for texture. In the end I was quite pleased with the turnout, as it fit perfectly with some of my other farmhouse textiles and artwork.
