#rambling #everything started going downhill last year hhh👍 #but its nice to just. write out feelings. it helps to identify like how you actually feel ?? i guess?? #idk im not a professional #but like in my head and mind my emotions arejust 'shfkhskxhfkhajxhd' but writing them out helps a bit :") #once i start feeling better (aka. not sick.) i am going to. try do more things. to try help myself. #i dont know what those things are yet but . shhhhhhhdfhfjd ill figure it out:')
