okie dokieee had a crash course this morning on how my meds help w emotional regulation!!

#was off them yesterday bc i ran out of my normal dosage #had a bit of upset last night woke up with full on terrifying can't settle to anyhting can't breathe #everything is life threateningly terrible anxiety like i haven't had since the start of second year #managed to calm myself down twice to an extent but i took the slightly higher dosage meds i still had around and now im just. vibing?? #so thats fun not gonna do that again lmaooo #but it is nice to know that the adhd meds that do cause me some anxiety but its more the restless heart wont chill type #also help me with other worse anxiety :') #mine #jfc i forgot how bad that could get #i mean not really i still get scared of feeling like that wihtout feeling like that #but jfc that's hellish #*apil ludgate voice* thank you drugs!👍
