there are so many posts abt adhd that hit So Hard, like the ones that hit REALLY hit. but then there r some posts that i simply do not relate to and that makes me wonder if i really have it or not. i am so on the fence about this

IDEK MAN #plus dog had a therapist that said that getting tested for adhd can b hard if u have anxiety or depression bc symptoms from those #can mask up symptoms of adhd. i didnt look into that more but that sounds like a thing that could happen
