I collected the sandman comics 1-10 in the 1-10 format as I started collecting before the show came out - are there any comics I’m missing that are in the versions of the books collected 1-4? Or the other way around?

Vol. 1 - #1-8 Vol. 2 - #9-16 Vol. 3 - #17-20 Vol. 4 - #21-28

If your copy of The Sandman has #1-28 then you're fine.
