My 2020 insights, as a conversation point. Would love to know your thoughts. But first, I'd like to thank you all very much. 🙏 You made this year an exceptionally enjoyable one, all else considered. May your 2021 be far more joyous, prosperous and safe! What I found interesting about these numbers are the relationships between reach (unique views), impressions (aggregate views) and saves (super likes). SAVES people, saves! I'll let you take a look. I was also fascinated by the most commented posts. They weren't the most liked. What do you think? There's also a point to be made about how giveaways are just that, opportunities to give back to the community. Giveaways are not really for growing likes, views, or followers etc. And the numbers speak for themselves. Unique and interesting content is was appeals to the EDC fam or maybe its just my crazy colour schemes 🎉 That appeals to the EDCalgorithms. 🔶🟢🟫🔷🔺🟣🟨🔳⭕🧮 Lastly, videos. This is not the platform for long form video. Shortform on the other hand is where it's at. I mean is 45k considered viral. 😅 And who knew that copper was more appealing than chocolate (see last pic) But sometimes the counts make no sense! And that's what keeps us human. The perpetual uncertainty we find ourselves surrounded by and for which we need to be constantly prepared.
