levi & lennon october 5th

Levi is at home with Mia who is playing in the living room while he's in the kitchen making dinner for himself, her, Lennon, and Abe. He hoped that he wasn't being too forward when it came to hanging out with her. He liked her, and she was very cute. That wasn't the main reason why he liked to hang out with her though. It was nice to be around a single parent who just... Got it. What it was like to be in your twenties and be at a cross roads between being young and a real adult because there was a kid depending on you. His friends didn't get it, and this new found friendship with Lennon was just a weight off his shoulders. If the friendship would grow into more, he wasn't sure. He didn't know 100% if he was ready for that, but regardless he was happy that she was coming over that night. And that Abe and Mia got along so well, besides Mia loving Lennon.

Lennon walked off the train and opened up the stroller before putting her son back in to it. She had such a good feeling in her gut about hanging out with Levi. It wasn't like other people she knew where she felt like a burden to bring her baby along. The man just seemed to understand what her life was like and she was excited to hang out with him and Mia again. As she approached his apartment, she rang the buzzer and stood anxiously outside until she heard the door being opened and she pushed the stroller inside. Lennon walked up to his apartment and politely knocked before standing back to wait for him.

Levi wipes his hands in a cloth when he hears the knock on the door, "Be right there!" Mia runs to the door and jumps up and down, "Miss Lemon, Miss Lemon!" Levi laughs and follows after her shortly, gently pulling her back from the door before opening it for Lennon. "Hey, come on in," he grins and steps aside with Mia so Lennon has enough room.

Lennon laughs when she hears Mia from behind the door and smiles widely when it opens, "Hi.." She grinned and pushed the stroller in and quickly takes Abe out and putting him on her hip, "It smells amazing in here!"

Levi grins at her, "Thank you. It's chicken cacciatore and garlic bread for us, chicken tenders for the kids."

Lennon giggles as she feels Mia run and hug her legs, "Hi cutie! Can you say hi to Abe?"

Levi chuckles as Mia grins and waves to Abe before saying, "Hi, Baby Abey! Miss Lemon, come play!"

Lennon laughs and grins over at Levi before nodding her head, "Okay..okay.." She follows behind the girl with a smile.

Levi grins at them and laughs softly as he goes back to what he's doing in the kitchen. Mia grins and she holds up a horse toy to Lennon, "Lookie!"

Lennon shifts to kneel down and puts Abe to sit down, "Oh wow, is that your horse?!"

Levi looks over at them and Mia grins as she nods, "Yesss, hew name is Spawkles!" Levi grins and calls over, "Can I get you or Abe anything?"

Lennon smiles widely and reaches up to pet the fake horse, "She's so cute." She looks up at Levi before down at Mia, "Why don't you show Abe your horse?" Lennon stands up and walks over to him, "Abe's okay. I could go for something to drink." She smiles, "Can I help with anything?"

Levi smiles at her, "I've got everything all set, I think. What can I get you to drink?"

Lennon shrugs a little as she glances back at the kids and smiles as Abe crawls to grab a toy, "What are you drinking?"

Levi chuckles, "Water right now, but I have wine if you want."

Lennon hums softly and shrugs a little, "Maybe after the monsters eat."

Levi nods and laughs, "Fair enough. Want water, soda, or juice for now?"

Lennon smiles and nods her head, "Water works!"

Levi grins and nods, grabbing a glass for her, "Do you like ice?"

Lennon shrugs and nods a little, "Sure." She peeks back at the kids, "Is Mia good at playing by herself?"

Levi fills the glass with ice and then water for her, "Yeah, she is. Here she is anyways, you'd know more about her at school than me." He smiles at her and hands her the glass.

Lennon nods as she sips her water and smiles, "Thank you." She hums softly and leans against a counter, "Well, yeah but it's different at home of course. I'm not used to letting Abe play without me next to him."

Levi looks over at the kids and smiles, "I needed an open kitchen for that reason."

Lennon nods her head with a smile as she keeps her eyes on the children, "Yeah, your place is really perfect for that."

Levi nods and smiles, "The foods just cooking in the crock pot, we can join them if you want."

Lennon laughs and nods her head, "Makes me seem crazy probably that I can't leave him alone for two minutes."

Levi shakes his head and chuckles as he goes into the living room with her, "No, it makes you a mom of a one year old."

Lennon follows behind him and sets her water down on a coaster with a laugh, "Yeah, I'm also obsessed with him. I will admit it." She grins as she sits down next to the kids, "Whatcha playing, Mia?"

Levi sits next to her and grins. Mia smiles at Lennon and moves to sit on Levi's lap, "Bawn aminals!"

Lennon picks up Abe to put him on her lap and smiles, "Is Abe playing with you?" She smiles down as he tries to put a sheep in his mouth, "Nope." Lennon pulls it back and laughs.

Levi chuckles and nods, "No lamb tonight, buddy." Mia giggles, "Yeah, he's pwaying wif me."

Lennon grins as she looks down at Abe and shaking her head at his pout, "You have the lamb back, but no putting Mia's toys in your mouth." She hands it back to him and laughs softly at his grin.

Levi grins and he smiles at Mia, "Can Daddy and Miss Lennon have toys, Mia?"

Levi Mia picks up a cow for Levi and a chicken for Lennon, handing them to them.

Lennon raises her eyebrows with a grin as she takes the toy, "Mia, what sound does a chicken make?"

Levi chuckles as Mia looks at Lennon, "Umm.. Quack quack?"

Lennon shakes her head and giggles, "That's a duck. Try another. What's that song that we taught you at school?"

Levi grins as Mia giggles shyly, "I dunno!"

Lennon glances up at Levi and laughs before shaking her head, "Mmhmm..do you need a refresher?"

Levi tickles Mia's sides and laughs, "Come on, munchkin." She squeals and laughs before making chicken noises.

Lennon giggles as she hears Abe laugh below her, "There we go!" She lifts the boy's hands to clap for her.

Levi laughs and Mia giggles and claps with them.

Lennon smiles as drops the boys hands and claps again, "Can you teach Abe some of the animal sounds? See if he can say any of them?"

Levi grins at Lennon then at Mia, "What's the one he's holding?" Mia grins, "Sheep! Bah, bah!"

Lennon smiles back at Levi before looking down at Abe and squeezing his sides as he plainly repeats after her quietly.

Levi chuckles, "Good job, Abe."

Lennon laughs softly and nods her head, "Lambs say baaah, good boy." She kissed his head and smiled.

Levi grins and looks at Mia, holding up the cow, "What about this, Mi?" She grins widely, "Cow, moooooo!'

Lennon giggles as Abe's eyes widen and he laughs, "Mooooo..." She laughs and nods her head, "He knows that one."

Levi laughs, "Think it's the first animal I taught Mia."

Lennon grins and pushes the boy's hair back, "His grandma took him to a petting zoo a few weeks ago and he couldn't stop saying 'Moo.'"

Levi smiles widely, "Did you get to go too?"

Lennon shakes her head with a smile, "No, no..my ex's mom."

Levi raises his brows and nods, "Ooh, gotcha. I haven't taken Mia to like a legitimate zoo yet."

Lennon shakes her head again and hums as she watches Abe crawl out of her lap to grab another animal, "He hasn't either."

Levi smiles at her, "We should all go together."

Lennon raises her eyebrows with a grin, "Really? That would be a lot of fun."

Levi nods his head and grins, "Absolutely." Mia goes over to Abe to play with him.

Lennon smiles back at Levi before looking over at the kids, "We aren't wanted again clearly."

Levi laughs and he smiles at her, "Who needs dumb adults when you've got another baby to play with."

Lennon shakes her head and laughs, "I've already lost my appeal!"

Levi grins at her, "Don't worry, it'll only last a few more minutes."

Lennon smiles and shakes her head, "Is that how it works with a real toddler?"

Levi grins and nods, "Like clockwork."

Lennon laughs and shakes her head, "I don't want him to grow up."

Lennon laughs and shakes her head, "I don't want him to grow up."

Levi smiles widely at her, "Awww. Did you hear that Abe? Your mommy wants you to be a baby forever."

Lennon raises her eyebrows as Abe looks up, "No baby." She laughs and nods her head at him.

Levi laughs and Mia comes back over and walks her horse along Levi's arm, "Neeiigghh!"

Lennon giggles as she looks up at Mia, "Oh she's back."

Levi grins widely and nods, "Like clockwork."

Lennon pouts at Abe before the little boy holds his arms up to be picked up, "Oh!" She picks him up back into her lap.

Levi laughs softly and he strokes Mia's hair as the timer goes off, "I'm gonna go set out dinner, I'll be right back." He kisses Mia's head and gets up.

Lennon smiles as she nods her head and strokes Abe's hair as he plays with the cow, "Tell Abe more animal sounds."

Levi gets dinner ready as Mia holds up a dog and goes, "Woof woof!"

Lennon giggles and leans back against the edge of the couch as she watches them.

Levi smiles to himself as Mia picks up a cat next and holds it up to show Lennon, "Dis is kitty, he goes 'meow!'"

Lennon grins widely at Mia as she puts her arm around Mia, hugging her against her side, "Is Kitty your favorite?"

Levi grins as Mia leans into Lennon and nods her head, "Yeah, he and doggy!"

Lennon laughs and nods her head as she raises her eyebrows, "Do you want a real kitty or doggy?"

Levi laughs, "Noo don't ask her!" Mia grins brightly, "Weal doggy! A puppy!"

Lennon grins as she glances over at Levi then back at Mia, "Well, if you're a really good girl, maybe you'll get one one day."

Levi shakes his head and laughs, "I can't believe she's already started asking for one." Mia grins, "Daddy, puppy!?"

Lennon giggles and shakes her head, "I think you should wait, Miss Mia. You don't want a puppy that will be bigger than you!"

Levi sets the table and Mia pouts at Lennon.

Lennon tickles her side before laughing, "In the meantime, we can go to the zoo!" She tickles her more as she feels Abe squirm off her lap to get another toy.

Levi looks over and grins as Mia squeals and giggles. "Hey, Lennon, I have an older high chair of Mia's if you wanna use that for Abe."

Lennon smiles and looks up at Levi, "Oh, that would be great." She lets go of Mia and stands up, "Anything you need me to do?"

Levi shakes his head and smiles as he brings out the other high chair, "I'm alright, you just sit back and relax."

Lennon laughs and shrugs a little, "Are you sure? I'm not used to that whole relaxing thing anyways." She waves her hand around and smiles.

Levi grins and finishes setting the table, "You can wash Mia's hands if you want? Dinners ready."

Lennon nods with a smile, "That I can do. Do you have a stool or do you usually just hold her?"

Levi smiles, "There's a stool under the sink."

Lennon holds her hand out for Mia, "Let's wash your hands." She looks up at Levi, "Keep your eye on my little guy if you could."

Levi nods and grins, going over to Abe, "Absolutely."

Lennon leads Mia to the sink and takes out the stool before lifting her on it, "Alright, lets wash our hands." She smiles as she gets some soap and puts it on Mia's hands before raising her eyebrows as she hears Abe start to whine in the other room.

Levi picks up Abe and carries him to the bathroom doorway so he can see Lennon, "There's Mommy, its okay."

Lennon smiles as she sees Levi and Abe in the doorway, "Oh god, I'm sorry. I didn't know he would get upset that quickly." She finishes up washing Mia's hands as well as her own and handing the girl a towel with a smile, "I guess he still is my baby."

Levi grins and shakes his head, "You don't have to apologize. I'd be concerned if I saw my mommy walking away with a new child too."

Lennon finishes drying off her hands and helps Mia get down before taking Abe from Levi, "No frowning, I'm still your mommy." She kisses his cheek and smiles as he giggles.

Levi grins widely and he takes Mia's hand as he leads everyone to the dining room.

Lennon follows after them and grabs Abe's bib along with some wipes from her bag before putting him in the chair.

Levi helps Mia into her chair and kisses her head before pulling out Lennons chair for her.

Lennon smiles and raises her eyebrows at Levi, "Oh..thank you!" She laughs softly as she sits down and reaches over to put on Abe's bib.

Levi grins and he puts the chicken tends on a plate for Mia and ketchup, "Do you want me to cut these up for him or is he okay?"

Lennon shakes her head, "I can do it for him."

Levi nods and smiles, handing her the plate he made for Abe. Mia sits patiently as she waits for everyone to be served to eat cause her daddy taught her well.

Lennon smiles and starts to cut Abe's chicken before putting the plate on the high chair.

Levi smiles at her, "Does he eat them plain or ketchup or anything?"

Lennon hums and strokes Abe's hair, "Still too young of taste buds for condiments."

Levi nods and laughs, "Got it. Do you want more pasta or sauce? Or even?"

Lennon shakes her head with a smile, "No, this looks amazing, thank you so much."

Levi grins and nods as he sits, "I just hope you like it."

Lennon smiles and takes a bite of her food, humming softly and nodding her head.

Levi smiles widely, "Does that mean it's good?"

Lennon laughs as she finishes her bite, "It's amazing."

Levi grins brightly at her, "Perfect." He starts to eat and Mia happily nibbles on her food.

Lennon grins back at him as she looks over at Abe and watches him eat, "Is that yummy?" She smiles as he nods his head.

Levi laughs, "I'm a professional chicken nugget maker."

Lennon giggles as she eats more of her food, "Clearly. He loves them."

Levi grins, "They're Mia's favorite."

Lennon reaches over and strokes Abe's hair, "He loves my chocolate cupcakes the most."

Levi raises his brows and smiles, "I need to try those."

Lennon laughs and nods back to the stroller, "I actually did bring some cupcakes. Just not chocolate. I don't like the chocolate as much, I like to try fun flavors."

Levi grins at her, "What kind did you make?"

Lennon smiles and shrugs, "I made half as salted caramel then the other is funfetti with strawberry frosting because that is his second favorite. You should hear the way he says it, it's the cutest thing in the world." She grins as she continues to eat.

Levi raises his brows and grins widely, "That sounds amazing. Oh my god, how does he say it?"

Lennon laughs and shakes her head, "I can't even explain it to be honest." She shrugs and smiles, "I'll tell him about them after dinner and see if he says anything. He is so shy sometimes."

Levi smiles at her and nods, "I hope he does."

Lennon grins as she nods her head and continues to eat, "Will Mia like them?"

Levi nods his head and laughs, "She has such a sweet tooth, that's my fault."

Lennon giggled as she raises her eyebrows, "So you also have a sweet tooth then?"

Levi laughs and nods, "A crazy one."

Lennon grins and nods her head, "Well, I guess it's a good thing I like to bake."

Levi smiles widely and nods, "It is. Especially cause you're gonna give me some lessons."

Lennon laughs with a nod, "Right, exactly!"

Levi grins and laughs, "For the sake of my child's sweet tooth."

Lennon giggles as she eats more, "Maybe I can teach you some healthier sweets too."

Levi playfully sighs, "I'd be okay with that."

Lennon laughs as she looks over at Abe and sees him finish, "Someone was hungry!"

Levi smiles widely, "Want juice for him?"

Lennon nods her head with a smile, "That would be great."

Levi gets up and goes to the fridge and grabs a juice box for Mia as well, "We have apple, grape, orange, cherry.."

Lennon eats more of her food before smiling, "Apple."

Levi nods and smiles before putting some apple juice in a sippy cup for Abe.

Lennon smiles widely at Levi and shakes her head, "Thank you..I could've done it for him."

Levi raises his brows and smiles, "You're a guest!"

Lennon smiles with a shrug, "I guess so."

Levi looks over at her and smiles, "You are, and in my house, guests get to sit back and relax." He brings over the juice box and sippy cup.

Lennon shakes her head with a grin, "You're so kind, Levi."

Levi smiles sheepishly and shrugs, "I just wanna be a good host."

Lennon smiles as she runs her fingers through Abe's hair, "Well, thank you." She hands the juice to the boy.

Levi nods and smiles, "You're welcome." Mia holds up her empty plate, "Aww done!"

Lennon grins over at Mia and nods her head, "Good girl!"

Levi smiles widely, "Was that yummy?" She grins and sets her plate back down.

Lennon smiles as she looks over at Abe and watches him finish.

Levi takes another bite of her food and Mia whines and holds her arms out to him. He laughs, "Okay, okay."

Lennon smiles as she continues to eat and raises her eyebrows at Abe, "Was that good?" She smiles wider as he smiles with a nod.

Levi moves Mia onto his lap and grins widely, "He's so cute."

Lennon grins over at them and nods her head, "He is."

Levi smiles and Mia giggles at Lennon, "Miss Lemon in my house!"

Lennon giggles with a nod as she takes off Abe's bib, "I am!"

Levi grins and bounces Mia on his knee. Mia giggles, "Miss Lemon and Baby Abey gonna play wif me?!"

Lennon nods her head with a giggle, "Of course, what do you wanna play?"

Levi chuckles and strokes Mia's hair as the little girl's hair, "Hide and peek!"

Lennon giggles as she finishes her food, taking Abe out of the high chair, "That sounds fun."

Levi laughs and rubs Mia's back, "We're working on getting the name right."

Lennon laughs and nods her head, "Close enough." She kisses Abe's temple, "Do you wanna go play?" Her eyebrows raise as Abe nods his head.

Levi chuckles and Mia slides off his lap, "Daddy count!?" He chuckles and covers his eyes with his hands. "One.."

Lennon giggles as she raises her eyebrows, "Should we be hiding too?"

Levi grins and nods, "Two.." Mia holds her hands out to Lennon, "Miss Lemon!'

Lennon giggles as she stands up, taking one hand as she puts Abe on her hip.

Levi laughs as he hears Mia giggle while she tries to tug Lennon out of the room, "Three.."

Lennon laughs quietly and follows behind her.

Levi grins as he counts, "Four, five, six.." Mia grins at Lennon, "Whewe we hide!?"

Lennon lowers her voice to a whisper, "What about you go behind the curtains and Abey and I will hide behind the couch?"

Levi laughs to himself, "Seven, eight.." Mia grins and nods and she runs around then back to Lennon, "What is dat?"

Lennon smiles as she pulls the curtains back and nods to her.

Levi chuckles and counts faster. Mia goes behind the curtain and giggles.

Lennon grins as she hides behind the arm with Abe.

Levi stops counting and calls out, "Ready or not, here I come!" Mia covers her mouth with her hands as she giggles.

Lennon smiles and holds her hand gently over Abe's mouth.

Levi comes out to the living room and looks around, "Hmm, where is everybody!?" Mia giggles louder from behind the curtain.

Lennon bites her lip to stifle a laugh.

Levi looks behind furniture and sighs heavily, "Where could they be hiding?" Mia peeks her head out from the curtain to watch him and laughs.

Lennon sees Mia and shakes at her head, motioning her to hide again.

Levi raises his brows and Mia quickly hides back behind the curtain. "What was that? I think I heard someone.." He moves closer to the curtains and pulls back the other one, "Here!?" Mia laughs louder as he gets closer.

Lennon giggles softly as she watches him.

Levi playfully sighs heavily, "I'll never find anyone!"

Lennon grins as she drops her hand from Abe and hears him coo softly.

Levi spins around and smiles widely, "Was that an Abe I heard?" Mia giggles from behind the curtain.

Lennon gasps quietly and covers his mouth again.

Levi grins and laughs, "I definitely heard a Mia and Miss Lennon too."

Lennon smiles and keeps her head ducked low.

Levi grins and he goes over to where Mia is hiding and pulls the curtain to the side, "Gotcha!" Mia squeals and laughs loudly and happily, "Daddy founded me!" He chuckles and picks her up, "I did!"

Lennon smiles widely as she hears Abe giggle behind her hand.

Levi grins and he turns around, spotting Lennon and Abe, "I found you, too!"

Lennon giggles as she stands up Abe, "We tricked youuu!"

Levi laughs and walks over to them, "You did!"

Lennon grins as she kisses Abe's cheek, "Good job, cutie, you stayed very quiet."

Levi grins at her and then at Mia, "You could use some work."

Lennon giggles as she looks up at Mia, "She's cute though."

Levi laughs and nods, "That's true." Mia giggles and leans her head on Levi's shoulder.

Lennon grins widely as she looks back to Abe, "Are you ready for some cupcakes?" She raises her eyebrows as he nods his head excitedly.

Levi kisses Mia's head and smiles, "Wasn't it nice of Miss Lennon to bring cupcakes." Mia giggles and nods, clapping her hands.

Lennon grins widely as she leads them back into the kitchen.

Levi carries Mia into the kitchen and sets her back in her chair.

Lennon smiles as she sets Abe down and grabs the cupcakes, "So I made one of Abe's favorites..funfetti!" She takes them out of the box and grins as Abe smiles widely, "Un-ettie?"

Levi grins widely as he hears Abe, "Oh my god... I love that."

Lennon giggles as she strokes Abe's hair back and nods her head as she pulls them out.

Levi smiles and Mia stares at Lennon excitedly.

Lennon grins at her as she hands Levi Mia's cupcake before putting the bib back on Abe and handing him his without the wrapper.

Levi thanks her and he unwraps Mia's before setting it on the little table, "There you go, sweetie, that's for you!" Mia grins, "Thank yoouuu!" She picks it up and takes a bite, getting icing all over her face.

Lennon giggles as she watches them eat messily, "How about a drink with ours?"

Levi smiles at her and nods, "White, red, rosé?"

Lennon hums softly as she looks up at him, "Red?"

Levi nods and grins, "I'll be right back with that for you." He goes into the kitchen to get them wine.

Lennon smiles with a nod as she raises her eyebrows at Mia, "You like it?"

Levi comes back with their wine glasses and Mia grins at Lennon, "Mhm!"

Lennon grins up at him and takes the glass, "Thank you." She sits down and smiles, "Glad you like it!"

Levi sits down and smiles as Mia giggles and keeps eating, frosting getting all over her hands now.

Lennon sips her wine and giggles softly at them.

Levi playfully groans and laughs, "I won't even bother til she's done."

Lennon nods her head with a smile, "Same. Luckily I have these wipes I swear are like miracle workers."

Levi grins at her, "I might need to swipe one of those from you."

Lennon smiles with a nod, "I'm willing to share."

Levi smiles widely, "Thank you."

Lennon glances at Abe, "Thank you for dinner, it's the least I can do."

Levi nods his head and smiles, "I'm glad you were able to make it."

Lennon smiles shyly and nods her head, looking back at him, "I'll return the favor another time."

Levi grins widely, "I'm looking forward to it."

Lennon feels her cheeks heat up slightly as she nods her head again.

Levi smiles widely and moves Mia's hair out of her face so she doesn't get icing in it.

Lennon looks back at Mia and giggles, "Now Mia, don't tell anyone at school I made you cupcakes. They will be jealous."

Levi laughs, "It's gotta be a secret." Mia raises her brows and grins before pressing her finger to her lips, "Shhh!"

Levi looks at her and smiles, "Don't worry, she's not shushing us."

Lennon laughs and shakes her head as she watches Abe finish with a big grin, "Awww..."

Levi grins at Abe, "Was that yummy, buddy?"

Lennon smiles as she watches Abe nod his head, "Yummy!" She giggles as she goes to grab the wipes out of her bag.

Levi grins widely and sees Mia finished hers and he helps her out of her high chair, "You watch those hands, missy." Mia giggles and presses her hands to his cheeks.

Lennon widens her eyes a little as she pulls out a wipe and slides them across the table to Levi.

Levi groans and laughs, shaking his head, "I don't know why I bothered. Thank you." He wipes Mia's hands.

Lennon laughs as she wipes Abe's face before cleaning his hands, "The wipes have like a flavor on them that tastes like cherries so it's not so icky on their face."

Levi grins at her and wipes Mia's face and then his own, "I just hope I don't see her tongue peeking out trying to lick her cheek later then." He teases with a laugh.

Lennon laughs and shakes her head as she finishes, "It doesn't taste that good!"

Levi laughs loudly, "Oh good!"

Lennon giggles as she takes off the bib on Abe, picking him up and onto his lap before sipping some wine quickly.

Levi smiles at her, "Wanna put on a movie for these two?"

Lennon nods her head with a smile, "Good idea. Let me guess..F-R-O-Z-E-N?"

Levi chuckles, "Actually she's moved on to Z-O-O-T-O-P-I-A."

Lennon raises her eyebrows with a smile, "Abe loves that one!" She tickles his sides.

Levi grins widely, "Perfect. I'll go set it up."

Lennon smiles as she takes another sip of her wine with a nod.

Levi goes to set up Zootopia and as soon as Mia hears the music she gasps and tries to get out of her chair.

Lennon giggles as she sets Abe down on the table before quickly letting Mia out, "Go see!"

Levi grins as he hears Mia running over to him.

Lennon laughs as she picks up Abe and follows behind her.

Levi smiles and he presses play on the movie.

Lennon puts Abe down on the couch and pulls out his blanket with a stuffed owl on the top from her bag, "Here you go, buddy."

Levi watches as Mia climbs onto the couch to sit next to Abe and she grabs her own blanket.

Lennon giggles as she watches them, "So cute."

Levi smiles widely, "Wanna watch them watch from the kitchen?"

Lennon smiles with a nod, "Yeah, we can have our cupcakes."

Levi grins, "Perfect, because I was so jealous while they ate theirs." He laughs.

Lennon laughs and nods her head as she follows him into the kitchen, "Me too, honestly." She pulls out their cupcakes and hands him one.

Levi chuckles and he takes the cupcake, "Thaaank you."

Lennon nods with a grin as she takes a bite of her own with a hum.

Levi takes a bite and his eyes widen before closing, "Oh wow.."

Lennon grins and raises her eyebrows,"Good?"

Levi smiles widely and nods, "Oohh yesss. Delicious."

Lennon giggles as she glances over at the kids before back at him, "I'm glad you like it. What kind do you want to learn to make?"

Levi smiles and thinks for a moment, "Probably start simple with chocolate."

Lennon smiles with a nod, "Mia will love it." She looks at the kids for a minute, "She looks like you."

Levi looks at Lennon with a smile before glancing at Mia. "You think so?"

Lennon nods with a grin as she looks back at him, "Yeah, she has your smile."

Levi grins at her, "Thank you. I hope that's a compliment anyways."

Lennon laughs and sips her wine, "Of course it is."

Levi smiles widely and drinks from his glass, "Then definitely thank you."

Lennon nods with a small shrug as she looks back over at the kids.

Levi grins at her, "You already know that I think Abe is a little you."

Lennon laughs and shakes her head, "Maybe in personality. I only see his dad in him most of the time."

Levi shakes his head and smiles, "Those eyes and the nose? Yours."

Lennon smiles shyly at him and shrugs again, "Well..thank you."

Levi smiles widely at her, "You're welcome. Also his laugh."

Lennon grins and raises her eyebrows, "Yeah?"

Levi nods his head with a shy grin.

Lennon smiles and looks down at her glass with a small blush, "Thank you."

Levi grins as he sees her blush, "You're welcome."

Lennon finishes her cupcake and balls up the wrapper, "I don't think I've been out on a week night in months."

Levi smiles at her, "Is this your wild night out?"

Lennon laughs and nods her head, "Oh definitely. Hide and seek is always cause for a wild night."

Levi chuckles softly and nods, "Very true."

Lennon giggles softly as she glances back up at him, "I'm enjoying it though."

Levi smiles at her, "Yeah, I'm glad you came over."

Lennon smiles back at him before looking at the kids, "So what do you two do most nights?"

Levi laughs, "We play princess dress up and watch movies."

Lennon laughs and raises her eyebrows, "Really?"

Levi chuckles, "Yeah, whatever she wants."

Lennon giggles and nods her head as she sips her wine, "I wanna see that."

Levi runs his hand over his face as he laugh, "Maybe."

Lennon grins widely at him, "Aw cmon! You're probably a pretty princess."

Levi chuckles, "Only if you let her do your makeup too."

Lennon smiles with a nod, "Absolutely."

Levi smiles, "Then.. Okay."

Lennon laughs and shakes her head, "We've made a lot of dates since I've been here." She widens her eyes slightly and finishes her wine, "I mean play dates."

Levi grins at her, "Is that okay?"

Lennon smiles with a shrug, "If it is with you.."

Levi smiles and nods, "Absolutely. I like hanging out with you."

Lennon hums softly as she plays with the wrapper, "Me too."

Levi holds his hand out for her wrapper and smiles, "I can throw it out."

Lennon hands it to him with a smile, "Thanks."

Levi nods with a smile and he throws out their wrappers, "Need anymore to drink?"

Lennon shakes her head and smiles, "Ones my limit tonight.”

Levi smiles, "Sure." He sits back down and smiles at her, "What do you usually do most nights?"

Lennon hums as she shrugs, "He's pretty easy. We play blocks a little and watch tv."

Levi grins, "That's cute."

Lennon laughs and nods her head, "I don't want him to grow up and he stops being easy and starts getting super messy."

Levi smiles and chuckles, "I can't even imagine how a boy gets."

Lennon shakes her head with a laugh, "I can't either. I never had a brother."

Levi laughs, "A sister then?"

Lennon smiles and nods her head, "Yeah, she's in high school."

Levi grins, "Ah, so you're the oldest."

Lennon laughs with a nod, "Mhm..what about you?"

Levi smiles, "Older brother. He lives in Florida."

Lennon hums softly with a nod as she looks over at the kids, "So does Mia have any cousins?"

Levi shakes his head and smiles, "No, she's the first."

Lennon laughs and raises her eyebrows, "Super spoiled then?"

Levi nods his head dramatically and laughs, "Oohh yes. She's everyone's little princess."

Lennon giggles and nods her head, "She really is sweet though."

Levi looks over at Mia and smiles, "Yeah, I'm glad I'm not raising a brat." He looks at Lennon as he chuckles with a grin.

Lennon smiles with a nod, "No, not at all. She is very well behaved at school. A little shy sometimes, but there's nothing wrong with that."

Levi smiles widely, "Are there any Bratty kids in your class?"

Lennon giggles with a shrug, "They are mostly all sweet but some can have quite the tantrums when they are cranky."

Levi laughs and nods, "That must not be very fun during those times."

Lennon shakes her head with a laugh, "Not at allll...makes me happy Abe is so good."

Levi grins widely and peeks at the kids, "He is really good."

Lennon smiles with a shrug, "I hope it stays that way."

Levi smiles at her, "With a mom like you I'm sure that's a given."

Lennon laughs and shrugs again before looking over at Abe, "Hopefully!"

Levi laughs softly, "I'll cross my fingers for you."

Lennon grins as she looks back at him, "Tell me more about your work."

Levi smiles at her, "What do you wanna know?"

Lennon shrugs with a laugh, "I don't know. Just tell me more."m

Levi hums and smiles, "Uhh.. I do a lot of renovations. Usually I have to drive to the suburbs though, I've made fireplaces, patios, fire pits."

Lennon raises her eyebrows with a smile, "That's impressive."

Levi smiles and shrugs, "I like it. I like projects."

Lennon smiles at him with a nod, "You must be very talented at it."

Levi smiles shyly, "Wanna see my portfolio?"

Lennon grins and nods her head, "Of course."

Levi gets up and smiles, "Be right back."

Lennon nods her head as she looks back at the kids.

Levi quickly goes and grabs his portfolio from his office before returning to her.

Lennon smiles and raises her eyebrows as he returns, "I'm excited."

Levi grins and he sits down, holding it out to show her all the pictures.

Lennon leans closer to him as she looks down at the photographs, "Oh wow."

Levi raises his brows and smiles, "You like?" He points to a stairwell, "I did that one all by myself."

Lennon looks up at him and nods her head, "It's so impressive. I almost want to find a project just so I have something beautiful like that."

Levi smiles at her, "Well, I'd do it free of charge for you."

Lennon raises her eyebrows with a smile, "Really?!"

Levi grins at her, "Yeah, of course. You're gonna teach me how to bake, you watch out for Mia everyday. It's the least I could do."

Lennon shrugs a little with a laugh, "Well..watching Mia is my job."

Levi shakes his head with a smile, "But you don't just watch her, you know?"

Lennon smiles with a shrug and nods her head.

Levi laughs, "What?"

Lennon laughs and shakes her head, "Nothing. I'll think about it."

Levi smiles and nods, "Okay."

Lennon smiles and glances at the kids, "What's your favorite thing you've made?"

Levi turns through the portfolio and stops at an entire patio, "This."

Lennon widens her eyes slightly, "Oh wow.."

Levi nods and smiles, "Six month project cause of weather, but I love how it turned out."

Lennon smiles up at him and raises her eyebrows, "Where is it at?"

Levi smiles, "House in Buffalo Grove."

Lennon giggles and shakes her head, "I wish I had a house!"

Levi laughs and nods, "Me, too. I like having a townhouse but, there's nothing like a house with a yard."

Lennon nods with a smile, "One day, maybe. I'll move out of the city but I do love it here.”

Levi nods in agreement, "I know how you feel."

Lennon grins and shrugs a little, "I think I would like to raise Abe in the city though."

Levi smiles and nods, "I love it here, I just wish I could have best of both worlds scenario."

Lennon shrugs a little with a smile, "Yeah, I mean I'm considering once he gets into elementary to check out a suburb for schools and I guess that's as close as we can get."

Levi nods and smiles, "You think you'll be his pre-school teacher?"

Lennon smiles with a nod, "Yeah, I get a discount."

Levi grins, "That'll keep him a happy camper."

Lennon grins with a shrug, "Yeah, I agree but I might have another teacher take him for a year because I want him to adjust."

Levi nods and smiles, "That also makes a lot of sense."

Lennon smiles with a nod, "Still have a bit of time though."

Levi looks over at the kids and nods, laughing as he sees Mia's asleep.

Lennon smiles as she looks at the kids, "Aw..I'm surprised Abe isn't out yet."

Levi chuckles, "He must really love Zootopia."

Lennon grins with a nod, "He does. Also the cupcake must've given him a sugar high."

Levi laughs softly, "Sometimes Mia stares at the tv like a zombie, I get worried."

Lennon giggles and nods her head, "Yeah, it's crazy how addicted they become."

Levi laughs, "It's not like I always just sit her in front of a screen, but it can be very helpful."

Lennon grins and shakes her head, "I know, and the iPad. God, it's such a useful tool!"

Levi chuckles and nods, "Exactly!"

Lennon smiles and shakes her head as she looks over and sees that Abe moved to lay down on the couch, "Oh..he's gonna be out any second."

Levi laughs, "Want me to go lay some pillows on the floor?"

Lennon smiles and stands up, "No worries, I can do it."

Levi raises his brows, "You don't have to."

Lennon smiles and nod, "I know but I can." She moves over to the couch and puts a few of the throw pillows down.

Levi watches her a smile a little.

Lennon kisses Abe's head before smiling over at Mia sleeping and brushing her hair back before moving over to the kitchen again, "They are adorable."

Levi grins as he sees how sweet she is to Mia and he nods, "They are."

Lennon smiles at him and sits down, "You're a good dad."

Levi smiles at her, "And you're an incredible mom."

Lennon blushes a little with a shrug, "Thank you."

Levi speaks teasingly, "Not the best at relaxing as a guest, but..."

Lennon giggles and gently nudges his arm with her elbow, "I'm trying to be a good guest!"

Levi laughs and nods, "You're a very good guest."

Lennon smiles with a shrug, "I don't really go over my friends as much anymore. Usually they have to come to me."

Levi nods his head understandingly with a smile, "Well, you can always switch it up and come here when you wanna get out of the apartment."

Lennon hums softly and raises her eyebrows, "Really? What if I start showing up at really bad times?"

Levi laughs, "What's a really bad time?"

Lennon shrugs and leans her chin on her hand as she puts her elbow on the table, "I dunno. You having some kind of hot date here."

Levi shakes his head and laughs, "I haven't been on a date in over a year."

Lennon bites her lower lip with a small laugh, "Okay..Mia on a date."

Levi laughs more and shakes his head, "I thought she was seeing Abe?"

Lennon hums with a shrug as she glances at the kids, "Well..I think she deserves an older, more mature man. Maybe a three year old."

Levi chuckles and then playfully widens his eyes, "You want my little girl with an older man? I'd need a full background report on him."

Lennon giggles and shrugs a little, "I can do that for you at the school."

Levi laughs and nods, "Oh, perfect."

Lennon grins with a nod, "Anything for you..and Mia of course."

Levi smiles widely, "I appreciate that, Miss Lennon."

Lennon shrugs with a laugh, "Of course, Mr. Levi."

Levi chuckles, "She's gonna be devastated when she finds out your name isn't actually Lemon."

Lennon laughs and shakes her head, holding up a finger, "Or..if you teach her right, think I'm really cool for being named after a member of the Beatles?

Levi playfully gives her a look and laughs, "Look, she's been listening to the Beatles since she was in the womb, I'm still not sure she'll appreciate Lennon more than Lemon before the age of five."

Lennon grins and shrugs a little, "Well, I'm Lemon until her fifth birthday!"

Levi laughs and nods his head, "Oh man. Five."

Lennon raises her eyebrows with a smile, "Not ready for her to be older?"

Levi shakes his head and laughs, "No."

Lennon smiles with a nod as she glances at them before looking back at him,"I know what you mean. I also would like to stay young so it would be a win-win situation if time just stopped now."

Levi grins at her and laughs, "Hey, at least you're not nearly as close to hitting thirty as I am."

Lennon wrinkles her nose with a giggle, "Thirty..god. I already feel like I'm there though."

Levi shakes his head andnlaughs, "You're still young."

Lennon nods her head with a smile, "I know."

Levi smiles at her, "When you're thirty you're gonna talk about how you remember when you were twenty-four."

Lennon giggles and nods her head, "You're right. I guess I just feel older."

Levi laughs and nods, "That's fair."

Lennon smiles with a shrug, "It's okay though. I like my life."

Levi smiles at her, "That's good. That's really good."

Lennon smiles a little wider as she leans back into her seat.

Levi grins and bites his lip, "Can I get you anything else?"

Lennon shakes her head a little, "No...I'm good."

Levi smiles and nods, "Okay. Sorry if I ask a lot, I don't know how to entertain much anymore."

Lennon grins and shakes her head, "No, I don't mind. You are doing great."

Levi laughs softly and smiles at her, "Thank you."

Lennon smiles back at him before biting her lower lip and looking over at the kids, "I'm not horrible company I suppose?"

Levi grins at her, "You're amazing company."

Lennon smiles and raises her eyebrows, "Not just because my kid is cute?"

Levi laughs softly and shakes his head, "Not just because your kid is cute. Definitely a plus though.'

Lennon grins at him and nods his eyes head, "Good because I feel the same way."

Levi smiles widely, "That actually means a lot. Thank you."

Lennon raises her eyebrows with a smile, "Why's that?"

Levi shrugs and smiles, "Feels nice to have someone wanna actually hang out with me."

Lennon smiles and furrows her brow a little, "People don't want to hang out with you?"

Levi shrugs a little, "My friends do just.. Not when I have a daughter and I always have a daughter."

Lennon nods with a small smile, "I get it. I have the same issue. But mostly it's that they just don't understand the responsibility."

Levi smiles slightly, "I mean, of course I miss hanging out with them. We've been friends for a long time, but they're still in their bachelor phases."

Lennon nods her head again and smiles, "Yeah, I know what you mean."

Levi chuckles, "I just gotta wait a couple years til they're in the same boat as me."

Lennon laughs and she shakes her head, "Hopefully they grow up sooner."

Levi laughs, "Wishful thinking. They do love Mia at least."

Lennon grins and raises her eyebrows, "A lot of protective uncles, huh?"

Levi nods and smiles, "Definitely."

Lennon glances at the kids with a smile, "Good. Any aunts? She's gonna need some girl talk when she gets older."

Levi nods and smiles, "Yeah, mostly Aubrey's friends."

Lennon nods with a grin, "That's good. Plus her grandma."

Levi laughs and nods, "Especially her."

Lennon giggles with a nod, "She's so cute."

Levi raises his brows with a smile, "My mom?"

Lennon shakes her head and laughs, "No..well probably. But Mia. She's very cute."

Levi laughs and nods, "I'm glad I clarified."

Lennon giggles and shrugs a little, "Your mom and her are very cute though. Mia is always excited when she picks her up."

Levi smiles and nods, "Yeah, she loves her."

Lennon grins and leans back against her seat with a hum, "I'm sure she does."

Levi looks at her and smiles, "You still got your grandparents?"

Lennon shakes her head, "No, no, they passed away when I was a little girl."

Levi nods a little, "Me, too. When I was a little boy, I mean."

Lennon smiles with a shrug, "Right. I'm glad Abe will have them though."

Levi smiles and nods, "That's like the best part about having kids in your twenties. Having your parents around and knowing they'll be around."

Lennon nods with a grin, "Yeah, I agree. And Abe loves his grandma and my dad, his grandpa. Sometimes more than me!"

Levi chuckles, "More than you!? Impossible."

Lennon giggles with a shrug, "Okay probably not. But his eyes light up so brightly."

Levi grins widely, "That's so cute."

Lennon smiles with a nod, "His grandma is really the only person in his dad's family I actually like somewhat."

Levi raises his brows and smiles, "At least there's one."

Lennon nods with a small shrug, "Yeah, of course. She helps with him on weekends when I have to work sometimes."

Levi nods a little and smiles, "Help is always nice. It's just me and my mom locally so I know how you feel."

Lennon sighs with a small laugh, "Yeah, thank god mostly for my roommate. She is a big help."

Levi smiles at her, "If you ever need anything, you've got my number."

Lennon smiles fondly at him as she feels her cheeks heat up slightly, "That's..um that means a lot, thank you."

Levi grins slightly as he sees her blush, "You're welcome."

Lennon laughs softly as she rubs her cheek subtly, "Same goes for you, you know?"

Levi nods and smiles, "Yeah. You're really great."

Lennon smiles and looks down at her hands, "Oh no, I'm not really."

Levi playfully gives her a look, "Yes you are."

Lennon laughs and glances up at him with a shrug.

Levi rolls his eyes a little and grins at her, "Lennon.."

Lennon smiles and shakes her head, "I'm just not used to nice things like that."

Levi smiles at her, "I don't know how that's possible.. You're amazing. Someone should tell you that all the time."

Lennon blushed deeply and looks away from him, "Levi..."

Levi grins sheepishly, "What? It's true. You're a single mom, a pre-school teacher, and like the nicest person I've ever met. You're a rockstar."

Lennon giggles and rubs her cheeks gently, "You're much too nice to me, Mr. Holt." She looks back at him and smiles fondly, "I really like hanging out with you."

Levi smiles widely at her, "I really like hanging out with you, too."

Lennon bites her lower lip with a smile, "Thank you.."

Levi nods his head and smiles, "You're welcome."

Lennon stares up at him and shakes her head as she leans a little closer to him, "I haven't had someone who understands my life much like you do ever."

Levi smiles at her and reaches over to give her hand a light squeeze, "I'm happy I can be that person for you."

Lennon smiles and glances from their hands to him before flipping her hand over and lacing her fingers with his.

Levi smiles shyly and she lightly squeezes her hand again before leaning closer as well before speaking softly, "Can I be honest with you?"

Lennon nods her head with a small grin, "Of course.."

Levi looks into her eyes for a moment and then down, "I haven't.. Really taken interest in anyone after Aubrey passed. But.. I really like you Lennon. My mom told me that you were cute and that I'd like you," he laughs, "And both of those are true."

Lennon bites her lower lip as she listens to him before smiling shyly, "I really like you too..." She laughs softly, "Your mom didn't really mention you but I made the whole opinion of you being cute pretty quickly."

Levi laughs timidly and he bites his lip as he looks up at her, "Can I um.. Can I kiss you?"

Lennon laughs softly with a nod, "Yes, you can.." She leans in a bit with a small smile.

Levi grins widely and he slowly closes the space between them, pressing his lips to hers.

Lennon smiles as she kisses him back gently.

Levi smiles against her lips and moves his thumb to brush over her cheek.

Lennon grins softly into the kiss as she leans into his touch.

Levi lets his lips linger on hers and pulls back after a moment, breathing out softly, "Wow.."

Lennon blinks her eyes open and grins at him, "I'm really glad you kissed me."

Levi smiles even wider, "I'd like to do it again sometime."

Lennon hums softly as a blush creeps on her cheeks, "You can.." She smiles and lets go of his hand to put it on his neck.

Levi grins a little before leaning in and reconnecting their lips.

Lennon strokes his neck gently as she returns the kiss happily.

Levi smiles against her lips and cups her cheek in his palm.

Lennon kisses him gently and slides her hand down to his collar.

Levi scoots a bit closer to her as they kiss.

Lennon leans into his touch slightly as she adds a bit more pressure against his lips.

Levi pulls back slightly to take a quick breath before pressing his lips back to hers a bit harder.

Lennon makes a soft sound as she leans closer to him and kisses him a little harder.

Levi moves his other hand to her waist as they kiss.

Lennon smiles against his lips as she plays with the collar of his shirt.

Lennon giggles as she leans into his touch, "Good.."

Levi smiles and he pecks her lips softly.

Lennon grins as she returns the peck and closes her eyes as she leans her forehead against his.

Lennon feels her cheeks heat up again as she looks down at his lips.

Levi pulls back slightly and smiles, speaking a little breathlessly, "I'd really like to take you out sometime, by the way. Like.. Need a babysitter take you out sort of way."

Levi grins widely and nods, "Good."

Lennon grins back at him before glancing over to make sure the kids are still asleep.

Levi smiles at her, "Do you wanna change it to something we wanna watch?"

Lennon smiles with a nod, "Sure..let's do that."

Levi gets up and holds his hand out to her.

Lennon stands and takes his hand with a grin.

Levi leads her to the love seat in the living room and quietly takes the remote.

Lennon grins as she sits down next to him and looks over at the kids.

Levi puts his arm around her and smiles, "Want me to put on the housewives?" He chuckles.

Lennon giggles as she shifts a little closer and bites her lower lip, "Whatever you want."

Levi chuckles and grins at her, rubbing her shoulder as he searches through the channels for something for them.

Lennon smiles as she stares up at him and studies his face as he searches.

Levi hums quietly and stops on a channel, looking over at her to ask if its okay and he grins as he catches her staring.

Lennon feels her cheeks heat up when he catches her and quickly looks at the TV before nodding.

Levi smiles and kisses her cheek softly.

Lennon grins shyly as she leans into his side.

Lennon lays her head on his chest and smiles, "I bet this quiet moment is gonna end at any minutes. Kids they know when to disturb the peace."

Levi laughs and looks at her, "I was thinking the same thing."

Lennon grins as she opens her eyes and looks up at him, "Well, Abe hasn't had a diaper change in a while so my bet is on him."

Levi playfully sighs, "Oh, Abe."

Lennon giggles softly and shakes her head, "I wish potty training was a faster process."

Levi nods and laughs, "Come out the womb potty trained."

Lennon laughs and nods her head, "Exactly! I'm gonna hold a grudge against him for his whole life that I had to change his diapers."

Levi chuckles, "I'm sure it's worse with a boy."

Lennon nods with a dramatic sigh.

Levi laughs softly, "He'll get there soon enough."

Lennon smiles with a nod, "I knoooow."

Levi smiles and pecks her lips a few times.

Lennon smiles and returns each kiss as she rubs his side.

Levi rubs her arm and smiles to himself.

Lennon hums softly before she hears a soft sound from Abe and she looks up, "Called it."

Levi laughs and he pulls back, "There's a changing table in the bathroom."

Lennon nods with a smile as she reluctantly lets go of him and stands, "Hey, little man. I'm right here." She brushes his hair softly before picking him up and grabbing the diaper back, "Be back in a minute." The baby whimpers softly and she shakes her head before smiling at Levi then heading to the bathroom.

Levi nods his head and smiles, and Mia wakes up while Lennon changes Abe. He picks her up and sits her on her lap and she leans into him.

Lennon quickly changes Abe before holding him close and walking back out.

Levi smiles up at Lennon, "Welcome back to the land of waking up."

Lennon giggles as she feels Abe put his head on her shoulder, "Well he is still tired at least."

Levi nods and laughs, motioning to Mia, "Her too."

Lennon smiles as she kisses Abe's head, "Maybe we should get going. I should probably put him in his own bed."

Levi raises his brows and nods, "Okay.." He stands up and smiles, "Let me walk you out."

Lennon smiles and moves to put Abe in the stroller, "I really had a great time tonight."

Levi grins widely at her, "I did, too."

Lennon giggles softly as she looks down at Mia, "Will I see you dropping her off?"

Levi nods his head and smiles, "Yeah, of course. Can I kiss you goodbye or should I not cause the kids?"

Lennon smiles and nods her head, "Well, I won't be complaining and Abe is out like a light."

Levi looks at Mia who has her eyes shut and he leans down, kissing Lennon softly.

Lennon grins softly as she returns the kiss and puts her hand on his cheek.

Levi leans into her touch and lets his lips linger on hers.

Lennon pulls back slightly and sighs with a smile, "See you soon, okay?"

Levi grins and nods, "See you soon. Thanks for tonight."

Lennon grins and shakes her head, "No, thank you." She kisses him quickly again before dropping her hand and feeling her cheeks heat up and she turns to open the door.

Levi smiles widely and he opens the door for her inside, kissing her cheek, "See you tomorrow."

Lennon giggles softly before pushing the stroller out and giving him a small wave.

Levi grins and waves back at her and he stays in the doorway before calling out quietly, "Do you want a ride, Len?"

Lennon turns around and raises her eyebrows, "What about Mia?"

Levi smiles, "She'll sleep in the car."

Lennon grins with a nod, "I would love one."

Levi grins and nods before grabbing his keys and he carries Mia out and goes over to Lennon with a smile.

Lennon grins as she takes Abe out, "I'll just buckle him in with me."

Levi puts Mia in her carseat and pops the trunk, folding up the stroller for her and taking out one of Mia's older carseats, "No need."

Lennon smiles and raises her eyebrows, "You have everything." She puts Abe in the car seat before getting into the car herself.

Levi gets into the driver's seat and laughs, "I'm just paranoid that like one day Mia's carseat won't work and I'll need a backup. So I keep a backup."

Lennon giggles with a nod as she buckles herself in, "That makes complete sense. I hardly have ever had him in one."

Levi chuckles, "Is that because of how little you travel by car?"

Lennon laughs with a nod, "I have one because my roommate has a car but we so rarely drive it especially with Abe."

Levi smiles and nods, "I'll make sure to keep the spare in the trunk." He grins and starts to drive them towards her place.

Lennon smiles shyly at him with a nod, "Thank you."

Levi grins widely, "You're welcome. It makes me more comfortable and gives me an excuse to spend more time with you."

Lennon blushed a little with a nod, "I'm not going to complain about more time with you either."

Levi smiles over at her, "I'm glad to hear that."

Lennon grins and reaches over to squeeze his arm.

Levi grins widely and looks at her, "I'm gonna have to try really hard not to kiss you tomorrow morning."

Lennon feels her cheeks heat up more, "Maybe conveniently leave something like a scarf or keys and I will sneak them back to you."

Levi laughs softly and nods his head, "That sounds like a devious plan that I like a lot."

Lennon giggles and slides his hand down to hold her hand out to him.

Levi grins widely and holds her hand.

Lennon squeezes his hand and grins back at him.

Levi smiles and sighs contently.

Lennon glances back at the kids before smiling, "They are sound asleep."

Levi grins at her, "That's the best part about car rides."

Lennon laughs with a nod, "That's true. Even on the train sometimes Abe goes right to sleep."

Levi smiles and laughs softly, "I used to do a couple of drives around the block for Mia when nothing else would work."

Lennon grins widely and nods her head, "That's so smart."

Levi nods his head and smiles, "My favorite part of the car."

Lennon grins with a nod, "Almost tempts me into getting one."

Levi smiles at her, "I'm around if you need me."

Lennon smiles and squeezes his hand, "You're really, really nice to me."

Levi grins a little, "I really, really like you."

Lennon blushes slightly as she looks down at their hands, "I can't believe that you do."

Levi raises his brows and smiles at her, "Why's that?"

Lennon shrugs a little with a smile, "I haven't had a really nice guy like me in a long time..or ever really."

Levi smiles wider, "I'm happy to be the exception.."

Lennon laughs with a nod, "I'm happy you are too."

Levi pulls up on her street and parks the car.

Lennon smiles and unbuckles her seat belt, "Thank you..for everything."

Levi grins at her, "You're welcome. Do you need help with anything?"

Lennon shakes her head with a smile, "No I'm -- you know actually.." She touches her lower lip with a grin, "I think there's something on my lips, can you get it?" Lennon leans over towards him.

Levi smiles widely and he nods his head, smirking as he brushes his thumb over her bottom lip, "Damn, still there.. I guess I'll have to try something else." He leans in and kisses her softly.

Lennon grins as she watches him before humming softly and returning the kiss.

Levi smiles against her lips and lets his lips linger on hers.

Lennon smiles as she pulls back slightly, "Perfect."

Levi grins and nudges his nose against hers, "Glad I could help."

Lennon giggles softly before moving back completely, "Okay, now I should go."

Levi chuckles, "Okay. You sure you got everything?"

Lennon nods slowly before leaning over to peck his lips, "Now I do."

Levi grins widely, "I'll see you in the morning."

Lennon grins at him with a nod as she gets out and goes into the backseat to get Abe out.

Levi smiles as he watches her over his shoulder.

Lennon puts him on her hip, "Is the stroller in the trunk?"

Levi nods his head, "Yeah."

Lennon smiles with a nod before tapping the trunk, "Open sesame."

Levi chuckles and presses the button to open the trunk.

Lennon grins and pulls out the stroller before moving over to the window, "Have a good night." She waves at him as she feels Abe lay his head on her shoulder.

Levi waves back at her and grins, "See you in the morning." He blows her a kiss.

Lennon giggles as she blushed slightly and catches the kiss.

Levi grins widely at her giggle.

Lennon waves once more before turning and walking into her apartment.

Levi makes sure she gets in okay before driving home.
