i... have complicated feelings on the matter. like, do i believe her fathers an asshole who kept her drugged and under his control so he could make money? yes absolutely. its the jamie lynn + lynne spears parts that i start to kinda get iffy on. because for me its like, is britneys perception of the situation what actually happened. is there more to it. because yes somebody shouldve stepped in and helped britney but also if her dad is this controlling abusive violent asshole.... i can see people not wanting to trigger that. its messy. and ultimately i dont know what went on in that family. i said this the other day on here we will never know the full uncensored truth of what went on. partly because we were not there and partly because all we have to go on is britney, and her minds been so fucked with from being drugged for so long especially with lithium which really fucks you up that i dont know we can completely trust her perception of everything

so while i supported the idea of getting britney out from under control of her father, i also didnt agree with how the fans acted like she was 100% okay and theres nothing to worry about now. you dont come out of situation like that without deep deep scars, mentally spiritually. the whole thing is very sad to me because we really did watch in real time how this woman was just ruined and that upsets me, both as a britney stan but also just as a human being. its terrible what happened to her. and now her kids want nothing to do with her and maybe its because they were brainwashed by kevin or maybe they have their own valid reasons, we dont know! but it is sad that she fought so hard for them only for this to end up being their relationship (for now at least. i hope a reconciliation comes in the future)
