Just saw the raws for JJK Chapter 257 (spoiler under the cut)

Still won't change my mind how dedicated Kenjaku is as a villain that he became a woman so he can be nutted in by Jin Itadori (≖ ͜ʖ≖)

So it basically goes like this:

Sukuna was conceived as twins but he devoured his twin while still in his mother's belly

Sukuna was born, became the King of Curses blablabla until the present timeline

Meanwhile, his dead twin reincarnated as Jin Itadori

Kenjaku discovered this so he became Kaori Itadori, copulated with Jin, and gave birth to Yuuji

That's why Yuuji not only inherit the Kamo's Blood-piercing Technique from Kenjaku, but he can still retain Sukuna's power in him even after Sukuna left his body for Megumi

Anyway, the raws are obviously still in Japanese so it's best to wait for proper translations, but since most people already summarized it like this, I think it's more or less true
