I can tell I am Going Through It since my daily migraines are back!🥴

I have not had migraines this bad since I was still in school earlier this year

#kill me kill me kill me #its the way my work to do list has jumped from busy reasonable amount to -youre now in charge of major important things and have zero help- #district is falling to pieces and my sily little degree got me being in charge of stuff without having a fancy title or a higher salary #like get me additional staff before you toss everything on me just because i got the degree #i hate it here might take up the staff members advice and hop over to portland for their better retirement system in the future..... #like my body is not handling this well at all and I am going to crash and burn soon
