Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omnia Weiss the Immaculate and Rem Tokimiya Banners

The Act 4, Ch. 4, Pt. 1: The Planet and the Immaculate story chapter event just started in the Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omnia (DFFOO) mobile game. This story chapter came with 2 banners.

The Act 4, Ch. 4, Pt. 1: The Planet and the Immaculate banner 1 features the following chars and their weapons:

Thoughts about Weiss the Immaculate from Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII

IIRC, before Weiss was announced to be the next playable char in the Japanese version of Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omnia, there was a hint that the next new char would be someone who uses a sword as a weapon. There was also a strong possibility that this char would be from Final Fantasy VII.

When I heard about that, I immediately thought that this was referring to Genesis Rhapsodos from Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII.

Currently, Genesis is my absolute, most fave Final Fantasy char so needless to say, was really hoping that he would indeed be the newest playable char for DFFOO. Been looking forward to him being added to this game for what feels like forever now.

Sadly, gonna have to wait even longer for his first appearance in DFFOO because I soon found out that the aforementioned hint of a FF7 sword user being the newest Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omnia char was actually referring to Weiss.

Was really disappointed when I heard that because I was really hoping that Genesis would be added to this game already.

For now, I guess Weiss will be the closest I'll get to having Genesis in DFFOO, at least until they actually and finally add him to this game. Hopefully, they'll do that soon.

Because of Weiss's connection to Genesis, planning to pull for him although I'm still disappointed he turned out to be the new char instead of my fave Genesis. At least Weiss is apparently pretty good in DFFOO.

Act 4, Ch. 4, Pt. 1: The Planet and the Immaculate Banner 1 Free Multi-Draw Tickets Results

Have 3 multi-draw tickets that can be used on either of the Act 4, Ch. 4, Pt. 1: The Planet and the Immaculate banners. Decided to use all 3 of these tickets on banner 1.

The first ticket gave me my first copy of Weiss's Ex.

Yes! Pleased to see this.

Since this is also the very first weapon I ever got for Weiss and since I haven't played through the new story chapter yet, obtaining said weapon automatically recruited him to my chars list.

The second ticket gave me a dupe of Nine's 15cp as well as my first copies of Weiss's 15cp and 35cp.

The third ticket gave me dupes of Papalymo's 15cp and 35cp.

But aside from that, much to my surprise, this pull also gave me my very first copy of Weiss's Burst weapon.

Hell, yes! Super pleased to see this. Now just need his LD and FR then I can be done with this banner.

Act 4, Ch. 4, Pt. 1: The Planet and the Immaculate Banner 1 Multi-Draws Pulls Results

Currently have 1244660 gems on hand. Here are the results of my multi-draws on the Act 4, Ch. 4, Pt. 1: The Planet and the Immaculate banner 1:

1/11 - dupe of Papalymo's Ex

3/11 - 2 dupes of Weiss's 35cp and 1 dupe of Nine's LD

2/11 - dupes of Weiss's Ex and Nine's 35cp

1/11 - dupe of Weiss's Ex

4/11 - dupes of Weiss's Ex, Nine's 35cp, and Papalymo's 35cp and Ex

4/11 - dupes of Papalymo's 15cp and 35cp and Weiss's 35cp

But aside from that, this pull also gave me my very first copy of Weiss's FR.

Hell, yes! Super pleased to see this. Now the only weapon I'm missing for him is his LD. Hope it shows up soon.

But it looks like I'm gonna have to pity it. At least already have 180 G Tokens on this banner, and it's much cheaper to pity a LD as opposed to having to pity a FR or BT.

2/11 - dupes of Papalymo's LD and Weiss's Ex

And that's it. Down to 1209660 gems and now have exactly 200 G Tokens on this banner, the exact amount I need to exchange for Weiss's LD.

Looks like I ended up having to pity it after all. Ah, well. It's fine. At least I was able to get all his other weapons easily enough.

Act 4, Ch. 4, Pt. 1: The Planet and the Immaculate Banner 1 G Token Exchange Shop

Went to the Act 4, Ch. 4, Pt. 1: The Planet and the Immaculate banner 1 G Token Exchange Shop to get Weiss's LD and that was when I noticed that the image of Papalymo's LD on said shop doesn't have a red check mark yet.

Welp, as it turns out, I have a copy of this weapon but it hasn't been limit broken at all so the dupe I got earlier wasn't just yet another Power Stone.

Anyway, so I exchanged the 200 G Tokens I just got for 1 copy of Weiss's LD.

After that, I started building Weiss but gonna have to talk about that in another post since this one is already nearing the max limit of 30 pics.

Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omnia Iris Amicitia and Tifa Lockhart Banners

The Act 4, Chapter 2, Part 2: Sepia-Toned Memories story chapter event just started in the Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omnia (DFFOO) mobile game. This event came with 2 banners.

Act 4, Chapter 2, Part 2: Sepia-Toned Memories Banner 1

The Act 4, Chapter 2, Part 2: Sepia-Toned Memories banner 1 features the following chars and their weapons:

Iris Amicitia from Final Fantasy XV (#ad) - 15cp, 35cp, Ex, LD, Force or FR, and Burst or BT

Tifa Lockhart from Final Fantasy VII - Force only

Cait Sith from Final Fantasy VII - 15cp, 35cp, Ex, and LD

Thoughts about Iris Amicitia from Final Fantasy XV

Been hearing lots of good things about Iris Amicitia from Final Fantasy XV, and I do like her well enough, I suppose, so it was always my plan to pull for her with gems.

She’s a really good support slash healer slash buffer. She has an instant turn rate move that can speed up the charging of the force gauge. She can deal pretty good damage too.

Act 4, Chapter 2, Part 2: Sepia-Toned Memories Banner 1 Free Multi-Draw Tickets Results

Have 3 multi-draw tickets that can be used on either of the Act 4, Chapter 2, Part 2: Sepia-Toned Memories banners. Decided to use all 3 of these tickets on banner 1.

The first ticket gave me a dupe of Cait Sith’s 35cp. Meh.

The second ticket also gave me a dupe of Cait Sith’s 35cp. Ugh. Bad pull is bad.

The third ticket gave me a gold orb which turned into a dupe of Fang’s 35cp and my very first copy of Iris’s LD. Nice.

Currently have 1272070 gems on hand. Here are the results of my multi-draws on the Act 4, Chapter 2, Part 2: Sepia-Toned Memories banner 1:

2/11, came from a gold orb - dupes of Iris’s LD and Fang’s LD

2/11, came from a gold orb - dupes of Fang’s Ex and Fang’s 35cp

4/11, came from a gold orb - dupes of Fang’s LD, Cait Sith’s 35cp, and Fang’s 35cp as well as my first copy of Iris’s 35cp

My next multi-draw only gave me a regular blue orb so wasn’t expecting much from this pull. Got yet another dupe of Fang’s 35cp.

But then, after Fang’s 35cp appeared, the animation changed and suddenly a Force weapon was showing up. To my surprise and relief, this turned out to be my very first copy of Iris’s FR and not a dupe of Tifa’s FR. Yay. Super pleased to see this.

Now I just need Iris’s BT and Ex then I can be done with this banner. Well, I need her 15cp too but I can just use my Weapon Tokens to exchange for a copy of said weapon.

4/11, came from a gold orb - dupes of Fang’s 35cp and 15cp and my first copies of Iris’s 15cp and Ex

Hell, yes! Now I just need Iris’s BT. Hope I can get it soon.

2/11, came from a gold orb - dupes of Iris’s 35cp and Cait Sith’s Ex

My next multi-draw gave me a Force orb, but since I already have both of the FRs featured on this banner, wasn’t as excited to see this.

This pull gave me dupes of Fang’s 35cp (why do I keep getting this?), Cait Sith’s 35cp, Cait Sith’s Ex, and Iris’s FR.

2/11, came from a gold orb - dupes of Iris’s 15cp and LD

Iris BT, doko da?

My next multi-draw gave me another Force orb. Ahh, wish I could get a Burst orb instead.

This Force orb turned into dupes of Fang’s Ex, Iris’s LD, Fang’s Ex, and Tifa’s FR. Wish that Tifa FR dupe had been Iris’s instead since I already have all of Tifa’s weapons fully MLB.

4/11, came from a gold orb - dupes of Fang’s Ex, Fang’s 15cp, Fang’s Ex, and Cait Sith’s Ex

3/11, came from a gold orb - dupes of Cait Sith’s 35cp, Cait Sith’s LD, and Cait Sith’s 35cp

2/11 - 2 dupes of Iris’s 15cp

Argh! What’s with all these crappy pulls? Wish Iris’s BT would show up already. But it looks like I’m gonna have to pity it. Sigh.

2/11 - dupes of Iris’s 35cp and Cait Sith’s 35cp

3/11, came from a gold orb - dupes of Fang’s LD, Fang’s Ex, and Fang’s LD

1/11 - dupe of Iris’s 35cp

1/11 - dupe of Fang’s 15cp

Eff this banner and this game.

2/11, came from a Force orb - dupes of Iris’s FR and Tifa’s FR

And that’s it. Down to 1187070 gems, and I now have 400 G Tokens for this banner, the exact amount I need to exchange for Iris’s Burst weapon.

Ugh. So freaking annoyed that I ended up having to pity Iris’s BT. This is like the third Burst in a row that I had to pity.

Recently, also had to pity Cor Leonis’s (from Final Fantasy XV) BT and Rem Tokimiya’s (from Final Fantasy Type-0) BT too. I talk more about that in this post and this post.

At least Iris’s FR and the rest of her weapons all showed up on the way to pitying her BT but still. Wish I didn’t have to spend this much again for like the third time in a row.

I really hope I won’t end up having to pity the next Burst weapon that I want to get.

Although I still have lots of gems and tickets, it’s still frustrating and annoying to have to spend so much multiple times in a row. If something like that ends up happening often enough or even all the time, then I’m gonna quickly run out of resources.

Act 4, Chapter 2, Part 2: Sepia-Toned Memories Banner 1 G Token Exchange Shop

Anyway, went to the Act 4, Chapter 2, Part 2: Sepia-Toned Memories banner 1 G Token Exchange Shop.

Exchanged 400 of my G Tokens for 1 copy of Iris’s Burst weapon.

Now I finally have my first copy of Iris’s Burst.

Iris Amicitia from Final Fantasy XV

Leveled Iris to 90 and got her to Crystal Level 90. Completed all of her Force Enhancements, Summon Boards, and Character Enhancement Boards. Bought her Bloom Stone.

Bought and upgraded all of her armor, including her High Armor. Also spent the Book and 3 Ingots needed to Blue Iris’s High Armor.

Was able to fully MLB Iris’s 15cp, 35cp, and LD without having to use a single Power Stone.

Only got 1 copy of her Ex so had to spend 12 Power Stones to fully MLB it. Then I spent the Book and 3 Ingots needed to Purple it or get it to Ex+ 3/3.

Got a total of 3 copies of Iris’s FR so needed to use 4 more High Power Stones in order to fully MLB said weapon.

Then I spent the Book and 3 Ingots needed to Green Iris’s Burst weapon or get it to BT+ 3/3.

Now my Iris is nearly complete. Just need to farm for triple of her perfect Artifacts and equip her with 3 real Spheres.

The co-op that has Iris’s Artifacts isn’t available yet so farming for her Arts is gonna have to wait. Still thinking about what Spheres to equip to her so that’s gonna have to wait as well.

After thinking about it some more, decided to equip Iris with the following real Spheres:

Firion’s (from Final Fantasy II) HP Heal Boost Up Longer A Sphere

When recovering own HP: • Raises own MAX BRV by 10% for 6 turns

Rude’s (from Final Fantasy VII) HP Heal Boost All Shorter C Sphere

When recovering own HP: • Raises party's MAX BRV by 10% for 3 turns

Beatrix’s (from Final Fantasy IX) Critical Boost All Longer D Sphere

After dealing critical hit: • Raises party's MAX BRV by 5% for 6 turns

Much later: the co-op event that has Iris’s Artifacts is finally here. Spent some time farming said co-op so now I also finally have triple of the best Artifacts for Iris.

Now my Iris is fully built and complete. Can’t wait to try her out in some endgame content.

Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omnia Special Title Draw Banners Gems Pulls Results Part 2

The Special Title Draw banners just showed up in the Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omnia (DFFOO) mobile game.

Sadly, the reason why these banners showed up is because DFFOO just announced that it will discontinue or end its service on February 29, 2024.

That announcement came as a shock. Really wish that wasn’t true. Wish the game wasn’t ending at all.

I talk more about that in another post. In this post, will talk about the results of my gem pulls on the Special Title Draw banners.

This is actually a continuation of another post. Had to split the posts since the 1st one or part 1 already reached the max limit of 30 pics per post.

Special Title Draw Banners Information

There are a total of 7 Special Title Draw banners. All the weapons that have been released up through November 21, 2023 will be available in these banners.

Special Title Draw Banner 1 features all the weapons of chars from Final Fantasy I, Final Fantasy XV, and Final Fantasy Type-0.

Special Title Draw Banner 2 features all the weapons of chars from Final Fantasy II and Final Fantasy VII.

Special Title Draw Banner 3 features all the weapons of chars from Final Fantasy III, Final Fantasy VIII, and Final Fantasy X.

Special Title Draw Banner 4 features all the weapons of chars from Final Fantasy IV, Final Fantasy XIV, and Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles.

Special Title Draw Banner 5 features all the weapons of chars from Final Fantasy V, Final Fantasy XIII, and Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin.

Special Title Draw Banner 6 features all the weapons of chars from Final Fantasy VI, Final Fantasy XI, and Final Fantasy Tactics.

Special Title Draw Banners Gems Pulls Results

Here are the results of my gem pulls on the Special Title Draw banners. Have a million+ gems, and a lot of my pulls just give me the usual bronze and silver trash and gold dupe/s.

As such, decided to only take a screenshot if I get a Force (FR) weapon and/or a Burst (BT) weapon regardless of if it’s new or a dupe. Will also take a screenshot if I actually get something new or something I haven’t fully max limit broken yet even if it isn’t a FR and/or BT.

Will also take screenshots if I get an interesting enough draw like if an unusually high number of golds shows up or something.

A force orb gave me a dupe of Lann & Reynn’s (from World of Final Fantasy) FR.

My 1st copy of this hasn't been limit broken at all.

A Burst orb didn't show up so was pleasantly surprised when this pull gave me my very 1st copy of Ashelia B'nargin Dalmasca's (from Final Fantasy XII) BT.

This draw also gave me dupes of Enna Kros's (from World of Final Fantasy) Ex and Gabranth's (Noah fon Ronsenburg from Final Fantasy XII) 35cp.

Got another dupe of Lann & Reynn's FR.

Got dupes of Cid Raines's (from Final Fantasy XIII) FR and Sazh Katzroy's (from Final Fantasy XIII) 35cp.

Got my 1st copy of Faris Scherwiz’s (Sarisa Scherwil Tycoon from Final Fantasy V) FR from a force orb.

This pull also gave me a dupe of Noel Kreiss's (from Final Fantasy XIII) Ex.

Got dupes of Kuja's (from Final Fantasy IX) LD, Garnet Til Alexandros XVII's (from Final Fantasy IX) FR, and Basch fon Ronsenburg's (from Final Fantasy XII) Ex.

Got a dupe of Enna Kros's FR.

Got a dupe of Noel's BT.

Got dupes of Exdeath's (from Final Fantasy V) Ex as well as a 15cp dupe.

My 1st copy of Exdeath's Ex hasn't been limit broken yet.

A force orb gave me a 15cp dupe as well as a dupe of Penelo's (from Final Fantasy XII) FR.

Got a 15cp dupe as well as dupes of Galuf Halm Baldesion's (from Final Fantasy V) 35cp, Neon’s (from Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin) 35cp, and Jihl Nabaat's (from Final Fantasy XIII) 35cp.

My 1st copy of Nabaat's 35cp has been limit broken once.

A force orb gave me my 1st copy of Reks's (from Final Fantasy XII) FR.

This pull also gave me a 15cp dupe as well as dupes of Enna Kros's Ex and Eiko Carol's (from Final Fantasy IX) Ex.

Got a dupe of Edward Chris von Muir's (from Final Fantasy IV) Ex.

My 1st copy of this has been limit broken twice so this dupe will finally let me fully MLB this weapon.

A force orb gave me dupes of Reks's Ex, Quina Quen's (from Final Fantasy IX) FR, Lann & Reynn's 15cp, and Vivi Ornitier's (from Final Fantasy IX) Ex.

My 1st copy of Reks's Ex hasn't been limit broken at all.

Got dupes of Cid Raines's FR and Dorgann Klauser's (from Final Fantasy V) Ex.

And that’s it. For this post, at least. There’s a lot more but gonna have to talk about the results of the rest of my Special Title Draw banners gem pulls in another post since already reached the max limit of 30 pics in this one.

When we got the end of service announcement news in the game, currently have 1323560 gems on hand. Haven’t tried to empty out my gift box in a while so might have a few more gems in there too. Also have a lot more from the treasure chests in the World of Illusions.

Been saving these resources for future upcoming banners. Since the game will end soon, there's no longer any reason to keep saving these stuff. So will just get these gems and such already and start using them.

Special Title Draw Banners G Token Exchange Shop

Every time you do a multi-draw on any one of the Special Title Draw banners, you get 60 G Tokens. These Tokens can all be used on the same G Token Exchange Shop.

This shop contains the following items:

FR Power Token x10 - costs 300 G Tokens

Got dupes of Exdeath's (from Final Fantasy V) Ex and Kelger Vlondett's (from Final Fantasy V) LD.

My 1st copy of Exdeath's Ex hasn't been limit broken yet.

Whenever I get a regular blue orb, I usually just quickly tap the screen to get to the draw results screen right away. That’s because these usually give me nothing good anyway so don't want to bother waiting for all the bronze and silver trash to show up.

But this time, a regular blue orb actually ended up giving me something new.

When I got to the draw results screen, was pleasantly surprised to see a Burst weapon. The BT even turned out to be new. It belongs to Exdeath. Also got a 15cp dupe.

Got 3 15cp dupes as well as 2 dupes of Bartz Klauser's (from Final Fantasy V) LD and 1 dupe of Oerba Dia Vanille's (from Final Fantasy XIII) 35cp.

One of the 15cp dupes belongs to Exdeath. My 1st copy of this hasn't been limit broken yet.

Got a dupe of Serah Farron's (from Final Fantasy XIII) FR from a force orb.

This pull also gave me a 15cp dupe and a dupe of Dorgann's 35cp.

Was surprised but really pleased when a Burst orb actually showed up.

Was hoping to get something new but, unfortunately, just ended up with a dupe of Lenna Charlotte Tycoon’s (from Final Fantasy V) BT. Also got a 15cp dupe as well as a dupe of Krile Mayer Baldesion's (from Final Fantasy V) LD from this pull.

Got 2 dupes of Firion's (from Final Fantasy II) 35cp as well as dupes of Cloud Strife's (from Final Fantasy VII) 15cp and Yuffie Kisaragi's (from Final Fantasy VII) FR.

Got dupes of Cissnei's (from Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII) FR and Cid Highwind's (from Final Fantasy VII) LD.

Got another dupe of Exdeath's 15cp. So now only need 1 more dupe or 4 Power Stones in order to fully MLB my 1st copy.

This pull also gave me dupes of Serah's FR, Neon's (from Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin) LD, and another 15cp dupe.

Got a dupe of Exdeath's 35cp. My 1st copy of this has been limit broken once.

This draw also gave me 2 15cp dupes.

A force orb gave me dupes of Kelger's FR, Noel Kreiss's (from Final Fantasy XIII) 35cp, Astos's (from Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin) 35cp, and Faris Scherwiz's (Sarisa Scherwil Tycoon from Final Fantasy V) Ex.

Got dupes of Rubicante's (from Final Fantasy IV) FR, Lulu's (from Final Fantasy X) LD, and Lann & Reynn's (from World of Final Fantasy) 15cp.

My 1st copy of Rubicante's FR has been limit broken once.

A force orb gave me dupes of Kain Highwind's (from Final Fantasy IV) FR, Ceodore Harvey's (from Final Fantasy IV) 35cp, and Alisaie Leveilleur's (from Final Fantasy XIV) 15cp.

Deuce from Final Fantasy Type-0

I like Deuce from Final Fantasy Type-0 well enough though wouldn't call her a fave or anything.

Have Deuce's 15cp, 35cp, Ex, and LD fully MLB. Her Ex has been Purpled or upgraded to Ex+ 3/3. All her Summon Boards have been completed and she has her Bloom Stone.

Deuce has 3 MAX BRV 330 with Unremitting Earnesty Boost★★ (Raises party's INT BRV, ATK by 5% while HP is at least 50% of MAX) Artifacts.

She also has 3 ATK 108 with Unremitting Earnesty Boost★★ Artifacts and 1 INT BRV 170 with Unremitting Earnesty Boost★★ Artifacts.

Can't remember for sure now if I got her High Armor, or if I completed all of her Character Enhancement Boards. Maybe I only unlocked parts of her Char Boards, particularly the tiles that would give me her LD Call and LD extension passives.

It's been a long, long time since I last used Deuce. It's also been a long, long time since she last got an update and rework.

When I heard that she finally got her own Force and Burst weapons as well as a much-needed rework in the Japanese version of Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omnia, resolved to pull for said weapons once they became available in the English or Global version of the game since I do like her.

It also helped that apparently, Deuce becomes a really good support and buffer after her rework and with her new weapons.

A bit later on - can't remember the exact details now but IIRC, we got this event. I think it was a Heretic or lockout-style event. Either I needed to use Deuce in one of the fights in said event, or maybe I just thought about bringing her.

Either way, I ended up bringing Deuce to said fight. IIRC, it was a Shinryu or level 300 quest. Since I was bringing Deuce to such a hard fight, and since I was planning to max her out in the future, decided I might as well complete her as much as I possibly could now. This should help make it easier to bring her to a Shinryu quest in her current state.

So if I hadn't done it yet, got Deuce's High Armor then spent the Book and Ingots needed to Blue it.

Also completed all of her Char Boards, assuming I haven't done most of them yet.

Then I also equipped Deuce with the following real Spheres:

Alphinaud Leveilleur's (from Final Fantasy XIV) Buff Success Base Attack All Shorter C Sphere

After granting buff: Raises party's INT BRV, ATK by 5% for 3 turns

Maria's (from Final Fantasy II) HP Heal Base Attack All Shorter C Sphere

After recovering HP: Raises party's INT BRV, ATK by 5% for 3 turns

Hope Estheim's (from Final Fantasy XIII) Buff Success Attack Boost All Shorter D Sphere

After granting buff: Raises party's MAX BRV, ATK by 5% for 3 turns *Does not stack with same sphere

So she's basically complete now until her rework and the banner with her Force and Burst weapons gets here.

World of Illusions Spiritus: Alexander Banner 2 Free First Multi-Draw Results

As part of some campaign or other, we get a free first multi-draw on both of the World of Illusions Spiritus: Alexander banners.

To my complete and utter surprise, my free first multi-draw on the World of Illusions Spiritus: Alexander banner 2 actually gave me a Force orb.

Hell, yes! This turned into a dupe of either Sabin's or Aphmau's 15cp and -

My very first copy of Deuce's Force weapon.

Hell, yes! Super pleased to see this. Now I just need her Burst weapon.

My first free multi-draw on the World of Illusions Spiritus: Alexander banner 1 gave me a dupe of Amidatelion's 15cp. Meh.

Have 3 multi-draw tickets that can be used on either of the World of Illusions Spiritus: Alexander banners. Decided to use all 3 of these tickets on banner 1.

The 1st ticket actually gave me a Force orb. Nice. Ended up with dupes of Amidatelion's 15cp and Ex as well as Deuce's 15cp.

Also got my very first copy of Vivi's FR. Yay.

Now all I need from this banner is Deuce's Burst weapon. Hopefully, it shows up soon.

The 2nd ticket gave me dupes of Amidatelion's 35cp, Ex, and 35cp. LOL.

The 3rd ticket gave me a dupe of Deuce's Ex.

World of Illusions Spiritus: Alexander Banner 1 Multi-Draws Pulls Results

Currently have 1246910 gems on hand. Hopefully, I’ll be able to get Deuce’s BT without having to pity it. And wouldn't mind getting more dupes of Deuce's and Vivi's FRs for limit-breaking purposes.

The results of my next multi-draw were really surprising, to say the least.

First, I got 2 dupes of Deuce's 35cp after the usual bronze and silver trash.

After that, the animation seemed to stall as the background changed to a sort-of purple and then dupes of Vivi's and Deuce's Force weapons showed up.

As if that wasn't enough, the background changed again and then - seemingly all of a sudden, Deuce's Burst weapon showed up as well.

Hell, yes! Super pleased to see this. So glad I didn't have to pity Deuce's BT.

Was at 200 G Tokens when Deuce's BT showed up. Now down to 1216910 gems.

World of Illusions Spiritus: Alexander Banner 1 G Token Exchange Shop

Went to the World of Illusions Spiritus: Alexander banner 1 G Token Exchange shop.

As mentioned, currently have 200 G Tokens. Used all of these to exchange for 2 Book of Ruin's Mysteries.

Deuce from Final Fantasy Type-0

Afterwards, used the dupe Deuce FR I got plus 8 High Power Stones to fully MLB my 1st copy of Deuce's FR.

Then I spent the Book and 3 Ingots needed to Green Deuce's Burst weapon or get it to BT+ 3/3.

After that, spent the points needed to max out Deuce’s Force Enhancements from Level 30 to Level 50. Completed the Character Enhancement Boards for her Force weapon as well.

Now my Deuce is fully complete and maxed out.

Have a Level 5 of 5 Special Ultima Weapon so equipped Deuce with that as well.

Can’t wait to try her out on some endgame content.

I like Kadaj from Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children well enough which is why mine is as fully built and maxed out as he can possibly be.

Currently, have his 15cp, 35cp, Ex, and LD fully MLB. His Ex has been Purpled or upgraded to Ex+ 3/3. He has his High Armor and it's been Blued.

All of his Summon Boards, Character Enhancement Boards, and Force Enhancements have been completed. He has his Bloom Stone. He's at Level 90 and Crystal Level 90.

Kadaj has 3 ATK 108 with Remnant Up★★ (While Latent Thoughts active: Raises own MAX BRV, ATK by 5%) Artifacts.

Kadaj is equipped with the following real Spheres:

Garland’s (from Final Fantasy I) Break Hit Raging Attack Up A Sphere

Raises ATK by 2% when inflicting Break or attacking target afflicted with Break up to 5 times, once per turn

Oerba Yun Fang’s (from Final Fantasy XIII) Break Hit Attack Up Longer A Sphere

Raises ATK by 10% for 6 turns when inflicting Break or attacking target afflicted with Break

The Emperor’s (from Final Fantasy II) Debuff Success Attack Up Longer E Sphere

Raises own ATK by 10% for 6 turns when inflicting debuff on target

So it was always my plan to pull for Kadaj's Force and Burst weapons whenever said items finally showed up in the game.

I like the animation of Kadaj's Burst since it featues Sephiroth from Final Fantasy VII.

Not at all fond of the animation for his Force weapon though. Kadaj's FR partner is Xande from Final Fantasy III, and I really wish that wasn't the case at all since don't really like Xande all that much.

Ah, well. At least Kadaj's new weapons and latest upgrade make him really good.

It's been a long while since I last got to use Kadaj so looking forward to once again being able to use him, especially in some endgame content.

Ugh. What awful pulls. Feels like I'm gonna have to pity Kadaj's BT. At least the 4 free pulls we just got will mean it won't cost that much to pity said Burst but still.

Wish that didn't have to happen at all. Would have preferred to pity Kadaj's FR since that would be way cheaper, especially after including the aforementioned free draws.

Hell, yes! Was really pleased to see this. Really so glad that Kadaj's Burst weapon eventually showed up and that I didn't end up having to pity it after all.

Had a total of 320 G Tokens by the time Kadaj's BT came home so I very nearly had to pity said weapon anyway.

This multi-draw only gave me Kadaj's BT but that's fine. Still don't have Leo's FR but that's fine too. Done with this banner now.

Imagining the Future Intersecting Wills Banner 1 G Token Exchange Shop

Went to the Imagining the Future Intersecting Wills banner 1 G Token Exchange shop.

As mentioned, currently have a total of 320 G Tokens. It costs 400 G Tokens to exchange for a Burst weapon while it only costs 300 G Tokens to exchange for a Force weapon.

Since I'm still missing a copy of Leo's FR and since I have more than enough Tokens to get it, readily exchanged 300 of my G Tokens for my 1st copy of Leo's Force weapon.

Now I have 20 G Tokens left but can't do anything with these anymore since the cheapest item in the Shop costs 100 Tokens.

Anyway, after that, I started maxing out Kadaj but gonna have to talk about that in another post since this one is already nearing the max limit of 30 pics.

Thoughts about Setzer Gabbiani from Final Fantasy VI

Was planning to pull for Setzer to make it easier to clear the Dimensions' End: Transcendence Final Tier or Tier 16 Shinryu (level 300) quest.

Plus, I do like him well enough, and he's already partially built, so I thought I might as well go ahead and fully complete him. Besides, he is a pretty good support slash buffer.

And lately, we've been having events where chars get locked out once you use them on a single stage, or where you can only use chars that are of a certain Crystal Color and/or weapon type so it's good to have as many fully built chars as possible.

Currently, have Setzer's 15cp, 35cp, Ex, and LD fully MLB. He has his High Armor and it's been Realized to 0/3. He has his Bloom Stone as well as triple Artifacts and triple RF Spheres.

All of his Summon Boards as well as the Char Boards for his 15cp, 35cp, Ex, and LD have been completed. He doesn't have any of his Force Enhancements.

Aside from Setzer's FR, this pull also gave me dupes of Setzer's 15cp, King's 35cp, and 2 copies of Guy's LD.

I thought I was all set to get trash again on my next multi-draw, and it did seem that way since a lot of bronze and silver weapons showed up followed by yet another dupe of Setzer's 15cp.

But after that, to my surprise, the animation suddenly changed and then Setzer's Burst weapon was showing up.

Hell, yes! Super pleased to see this. So glad I didn't have to pity Setzer's BT. And now that I have both his FR and BT, I can be done with this banner.

Went to the Dimensions’ End: Transcendence Final Tier banner 1 G Token Exchange shop.

Was trying to decide if I should get 2 Book of Ruin's Mysteries (used to Realize Ex weapons to Ex+ 0/3) for 100 G Tokens each or get 4 High Power Stones (used to limit break Force weapons) for 200 G Tokens when I noticed that the image of King's LD weapon doesn't have a check mark.

I thought this was because I haven't fully MLB'd my copy of this weapon yet but when I went to check my King and his weapons, found out that I don't have even a single copy of his LD. LOL.

It's been a really long time since I last used King since he's horribly outdated by now. Don't even have him fully built with all his Boards and such so I guess it's not surprising that I totally forgot that I don't have all of his weapons yet. Heck, pretty sure that I only Purpled his Ex because I wanted the Sphere it gives.

Anyway, it costs 200 G Tokens to exchange for 1 copy of King's LD. Still don't have any plans to use King anytime soon since he's still outdated, and he doesn't even have his own Force and Burst weapons yet.

But I thought that I might as well get his LD weapon now that I have the chance to do so.

Setzer Gabbiani from Final Fantasy VI

After getting Setzer's Force and Burst weapons, completed his Force Enhancements. Spent the High Power Stones needed to fully MLB his FR then completed his Force Board and Force Echoes.

Spent the Book and 3 Ingots needed to Green his Burst weapon or get it to BT+ 3/3.

Spent the 3 Ingots needed to Blue his High Armor.

Also equipped him with 3 real Spheres.

Now my Setzer is fully built and completed. Looking forward to trying him out on some endgame content.

Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omnia Kadaj Banner

The Mother Fixation event just started in the Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omnia (DFFOO) mobile game. This event came with 1 banner.

Kadaj from Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children (#ad) - 15cp, 35cp, Ex, and LD

Alisaie Leveilleur from Final Fantasy XIV - 15cp, 35cp, and Ex

Maria from Final Fantasy II - 15cp, 35cp, and Ex

Golbez from Final Fantasy IV - Burst or BT only

My Alisaie and Golbez are fully MLB and Purple. I have Golbez’s LD but I’m missing his Burst.

My Maria’s 15cp and 35cp are fully MLB. She used to be at Ex+ 0/3 only but I Purpled her recently.

Mother Fixation is the event that introduced Kadaj as a playable char in this game so this is the first appearance of all of his weapons.

Many say that Kadaj isn’t that good and that he’s skippable. His potencies are kinda low. He’s a debuffer and DPS. His main gimmick is being able to gold frame the debuffs that he inflicts. This means that those debuffs can’t be dispelled no matter what unlike silver-framed or regular debuffs.

Kinda like Kadaj though. Plus he’s a char from Final Fantasy VII. So was interested in pulling for him even if he isn’t meta or anything.

Mother Fixation Banner Multi-Draws Results

Yeah, that’s right. Decided to use gems on this banner. Didn’t want to use tickets and risk failing to get Kadaj then having to use gems anyway. So went straight to the multi-draw. Too bad we don’t get a free pull on this banner.

All I really want here is Kadaj’s LD. His Ex would be nice to have but I have enough Ex tokens to be able to buy it so it’s fine even if it doesn’t drop.

Admittedly, I’d rather not spend the tokens if it can be avoided since they’re pretty scarce so I might keep pulling until I get Kadaj’s Ex. Also have enough Power Tokens to be able to buy both of his 15cp and 35cp. I’ve rarely used these tokens so I don’t mind having to spend them now.

Golbez’s Burst would be nice to have too since that’s the only weapon that I need to complete his kit. Maria and Alisaie have very good Spheres so I wouldn’t mind getting dupes of their Ex weapons.

Maria has a C Sphere called HP Heal Base Attack All Shorter:

After recovering HP: • Raises party’s INT BRV, ATK by 5% for 3 turns

Alisaie has an A Sphere called Critical Magic Attack Up Longer:

Raises MAG ATK by 15% for 6 turns when dealing critical hit *Does not stack with same sphere

Currently, have 543,120 gems on hand. Here’s to hoping I can get Kadaj’s weapons ASAP, preferably before my gem count has to go below 500k.

The first pull gave me a gold orb. Got pretty hyped when I saw it. Unfortunately, no Kadaj LD. Got a dupe of Alisaie’s Ex and 35cp and my very first copy of Kadaj’s 15cp.

I know I said that I wouldn’t mind a dupe of Alisaie’s Ex, but still. Would have preferred to get Kadaj’s Ex and LD already.

Getting my first weapon for Kadaj also automatically recruited him to my party. Yeah, decided to pull first before playing through his event.

4 golds - 2 Kadaj 15cp, Alisaie 15cp, and Alisaie 35cp

It’s nice to see so many golds in one draw but, man, quantity clearly doesn’t necessarily mean quality. At least I can use the 2 dupe Kadaj 15cp to limit break the one that I already have.

Kadaj 15cp

Ugh, what a horrible pull. Not only was it mostly bronze trash, the single gold that I got was nothing more than a dupe. It wasn’t even an Ex dupe which would have been preferable to this.

Now Kadaj’s 15cp is fully MLB. It’s nice that I didn’t have to use Power Stones, but it’s not like I’m in dire need of them anyway.

My fourth multi-draw seemed promising since I just got a gold orb. Ended up with Maria’s 15cp, Alisaie’s 15cp, and my very first copy of Kadaj’s Ex.

Yay! Super pleased to see this. At least I don’t have to spend my Ex tokens anymore.

Now I just need his LD then I can be done with this banner. Here’s to hoping that it comes home soon.

Maria 15cp and Kadaj 15cp

Ugh, what’s with all the Kadaj 15cp dupes? At the very least, couldn’t I get his 35cp? Just noticed that said weapon has yet to show up.

Alisaie Ex

Oh, come on. Again? Seriously? I don’t think that I’ll need a lot of dupes of this. I mean, the Sphere’s good but to get another copy of it, I’ll have to Purple another copy of her Ex.

That requires lots of resources that are better off being used on a new Ex instead of a dupe. At the moment, I’ve yet to Purple a dupe Ex. But I keep all the dupes that I get just in case. I guess I’d have to really, really, really like a char to actually Purple a dupe Ex for them though.

Kadaj 15cp and Alisaie 35cp

Welp, why couldn’t this be the other way around so that I can at least get my first copy of Kadaj’s 35cp already? Also, Kadaj LD, doko da?

2 golds, came from a gold orb - Maria 35cp and Kadaj Ex

Aww, why couldn’t this have been Kadaj’s LD instead? I could just use Power Stones to MLB his Ex. His Sphere isn’t that good either. It’s an A Sphere called Debuff Attack Boost Up:

While debuffed enemy present: • Raises own MAX BRV, ATK by 5%

Okay, it’s actually pretty bad. I mean, raising ATK and MAX BRV is always a good thing but 5% is way too low.

For A Spheres, the usual percentage is 10%. So, yeah, I don’t see myself using these 5%-only Spheres unless I’m going for some sort of joke theme or something, like having a char with 3 5% Spheres.

Argh, Kadaj LD, when are you gonna show up? Am I gonna have to go for the pity? I’ll do it if I have to, but I’d really rather not.

Also, I was really hoping that his LD would show up before I have to go down to below 500k gems. Unfortunately, it wasn’t meant to be. My next multi-draw will bring me down to 498,120 gems.

Was pretty miffed about that but the results of this multi-pull more than made up for that. Got 3 golds - Alisaie’s 15cp, Maria Ex’s, and my very first copy of Kadaj’s LD.

Hell, yes! So freaking pleased to see this. He’s finally home. Yay! Wasn’t expecting to see his LD yet though. Was afraid that I was gonna have to pity it. Heck, this draw didn’t even give me a gold orb so I was all set to get trash again which was why I missed the congratulations screen that showed his LD.

I now have 180 G-Tokens on this banner. Exchanging for an Ex or LD costs 300 while Bursts cost 500. Debated doing another multi-draw to get to 200 G-Tokens which would get me a Book. In the end, decided against it since it wasn’t like I was in dire need of Books either.

Besides, Tifa Lockhart’s (from Final Fantasy VII) LD is coming soon. This is another must-have for me so am definitely using gems to pull for this. In short, need to save as much as possible.

Kinda sad about missing Golbez’s BT but I don’t really need it, and I don’t think it’s worth it to pity it so, yeah, am done with this banner. Exchanged the 100 G-Tokens for a Power Stone. Can’t do anything with the leftover 80 G-Tokens but it’s fine.

Kadaj from Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children

As aforementioned, was able to fully MLB Kadaj’s 15cp without having to use a single Power Stone.

Since Kadaj’s Sphere is bad and I don’t see myself ever Purpling his Ex twice, I readily fused the 2 copies of his Ex that I got. Then I spent the 8 Power Stones needed to MLB it. Afterwards, used a Book to get his Ex to Ex+ 0/3 then 3 Ingots to Purple it or get it to Ex+ 3/3.

Spent 12 Power Stones to fully MLB Kadaj’s LD then used 25 Power Tokens to buy his 35cp from the shop. I then spent the 12 Power Stones needed to MLB said weapon.

Spent the resources needed to get Kadaj from Level 1 to Level 80 and Crystal Level 1 to Crystal Level 80. Completed all of his Character Enhancement Boards. Bought his Bloom Stone. Bought his High Armor.

Started working on his Summon Boards. Wanted to try him out so instead of using Wild Points to automatically max out all of his Boards or just using auto+ to quickly grind out his Boards, I decided to play them all manually.

Really enjoying him so far. His Ex animation’s pretty awesome too. Sephiroth from Final Fantasy VII appears whenever Kadaj casts it.

Since I was grinding his Summon Boards manually, it took a while before I finished all of them, but I didn’t mind. It really wasn’t that bad at all since these quests have been powercrept by now.

Spheres for Kadaj from Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children

Kadaj’s Sphere Slots are A, A, and E. Equipped him with the following Spheres:

Garland’s (from Final Fantasy I) Break Hit Raging Attack Up A Sphere

Raises ATK by 2% when inflicting Break or attacking target afflicted with Break up to 5 times, once per turn

Oerba Yun Fang’s (from Final Fantasy XIII) Break Hit Attack Up Longer A Sphere

Raises ATK by 10% for 6 turns when inflicting Break or attacking target afflicted with Break

The Emperor’s (from Final Fantasy II) Debuff Success Attack Up Longer E Sphere

Raises own ATK by 10% for 6 turns when inflicting debuff on target

No regrets so far. Super pleased to see all of Kadaj’s Spheres activating basically every time he moves.

Artifacts for Kadaj from Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children

My Kadaj is basically complete now. Just missing his blue armor but that requires scarce resources so I’m holding off on giving him that for now. Heck, I don’t even have a single char yet with blue armor. Besides, at the moment, it doesn’t seem necessary anyway.

The only other thing that I’m missing for Kadaj are his perfect Artifacts. He needs 3 ATK 108 with Remnant Up★★ (While Latent Thoughts active: Raises own MAX BRV, ATK by 5%).

Getting these was easier said than done though since I don’t have even the basic Moogle Pass that guarantees double red Arts currently active. So I had to deal with seeing lots of trashy and useless Artifacts.

Spent multiple Tomes to triple my Eidoja drops and even resorted to spending 100 gems to continuously refresh my Bells whenever I run out. It’s been forever since I last did this.

Nowadays, I just use Tomes and then wait for my Bells to refresh before farming again. And I settle for just getting triple of a char’s preferred Artifact.

But I already gave Kadaj everything. He has all of his Boards completed. He has all of his weapons maxed. He even has Spheres. Even spent for his High Armor. So I don’t want to leave him incomplete like this. It feels wrong.

Maybe I should have farmed for his Artifacts first before giving him Spheres and buying his High Armor, but I was all set to max him (except his blue armor but I’d say that doesn’t count right now since I don’t think that I’m getting anyone blue armor anytime soon) and I didn’t think it’d be this hard to get his perfect Arts.

After spending what feels like forever farming already, all I managed to get so far was triple ATK 108 with Remnant Up★.

Ah, if only I had the Mog Pass active, I’d be done farming by now. Sigh. I was able to get Kadaj double orange Arts though.

As you can see in the screenshot below, managed to get him triple ATK 108 with MAX BRV 330. Too bad these aren’t his perfect Artifacts.

In the Mother Fixation co-op, Kadaj’s Eidojas dropped alongside Maria’s, Alisaie’s, Nine’s (from Final Fantasy Type-0), and Fujin’s (from Final Fantasy VIII) so I farmed for their Artifacts as well. Sort-of anyway.

To be more precise, I already have triple ATK 108 with MAX BRV 330 for Maria so she ended up as fodder though later on, I ended up fusing some of her Eidojas to try and get perfect Arts for her at a lower CP cost.

The same could be said for Nine although his perfect Arts are triple ATK 108 with Reckless Lancer Up★★ (With at least 2 levels of Wild Roar active on self: Raises MAX BRV, ATK by 5%).

I have triple ATK 108 with Sturm und Drang Boost★★ (Raises INT BRV, MAX BRV by 5% in Wind mode) for Fujin but since her perfect Arts were apparently triple ATK 108 with MAX BRV 330, I fused her Eidojas instead of using them as fodder.

For Alisaie, I have triple ATK 108 with MAX BRV 330 and triple ATK 108 with INT BRV 170 and 1 ATK 108 with Acceleration Boost★★ (Raises MAX BRV, ATK by 5% for 3 turns upon using Veraero, Verthunder).

Yeah, she and the others were some of the chars who I ended up farming for way back when my free premium Moogle Pass was active.

This is Kadaj’s intro event so he wasn’t around back then yet, otherwise I’d have farmed for him then too.

Anyway, Alisaie was fodder at first too. And then I managed to get triple ATK 108 with MAX BRV 330 for Fujin already so I decided to farm 2 more ATK 108 with Acceleration Boost★★ for Alisaie since they seemed better for her than 108/330.

After I ended up getting them, I decided that I’d try farming for lower CP cost of her Arts. The same could be said for the other chars and I just ended up switching whichever one of their Eidojas I’d fuse.

Because it didn’t really matter anymore. They all had perfect Arts already. The lower CP cost was nice to have but wasn’t necessary. Much later, I wouldn’t even bother fusing for their Arts anymore and they all just became fodder for fusing Kadaj’s Eidojas.

That’s the vexing thing though. Managed to finish farming for everyone else already, all except for Kadaj. Frustrating and annoying doesn’t begin to cover it. Was getting really mad that Kadaj’s perfect Artifacts refused to show up no matter how much I kept on farming.

Then, finally, after what felt like forever, I got my very first ATK 108 with Remnant Up★★ for Kadaj. Hell, yes! So freaking pleased to see this. Readily replaced one of the 1-star Remnant Up Arts.

It’s not over yet though. Need 2 more before I can finally be done with this co-op. By now, I’m so freaking sick and tired of this co-op. Heck, like I said, I’m already done farming everyone else’s Arts.

I’ve also already finished clearing out the shop. So I’m only really here now for Kadaj. And I really wish that he’d give me his perfect Arts already so I can be done with this.

Unfortunately, I didn’t see another 108/Remnant Up★★, not for a long while anyway. Instead, aside from the usual trash, I kept getting 108/330. Some cost 15 CP while some had much lower cost so I just made sure to keep the low cost ones even if I’m not gonna be using them anyway.

Ah, if only these 108/330 were 108/Remnant Up★★ instead. Why do I keep getting 108/330 anyway?

It also feels like Remnant Up★★ itself showed up very rarely even when accompanied by crappy passives. I was like, come on, how could it be this hard to get Kadaj’s perfect Artifacts? He isn’t even one of those with cursed Arts. Argh!

Very frustrating. Needless to say, was really super pleased when I finally got my second 108/Remnant Up★★.

By now, I’ve lost track of how much time, not to mention gems, I’ve spent farming for these Arts. It’s too late to turn back now though. Already spent a lot of resources on this so need to see it through to the end.

At least I just need 1 more now to finally be done with this. Of course, the game has no intention of making this easy, huh?

Yet again, had to spend lots of time and gems to keep on fusing Kadaj’s Eidojas. Was beyond relieved when the third and last 108/Remnant Up★★ finally appeared. Hell, yes! Finally, this ordeal’s over.

Man, I never want to do this again. Well, I say that, but I’m likely gonna do this again for a char who I like and that I decide to max out.

Everyone else can just get triple of their preferred stat. Heck, Arts aren’t even that necessary anymore. Still, for chars who I have fully built, especially those with Spheres, I want to give them perfect Artifacts too.

Can’t exactly say I regret this. I mean, I wish that I didn’t have to spend all those gems refreshing my Bells just to keep farming. Also went through a lot of Tomes so am gonna need to stock up on those now which means spending more gems.

So maybe there’s a bit of regret there but I am really pleased to finally have perfect Arts for Kadaj. I think I’d have regretted it more if I failed to get his perfect Arts.

Thoughts about Neon from Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin

I like Neon from Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin (#ad) well enough, I suppose, but wouldn’t call her a fave or anything.

Primarily interested in her because I heard she’s a really good DPS slash support in DFFOO. IIRC, she has some gimmick with being able to provide the party with a true fire elemental enchant effect via her BT.

Honestly, didn’t really pay much attention to exactly what she can do, at least not yet. After all, this was back when she first showed up in the Japanese version of the game so it wasn’t like I could pull for her or try her out then anyway.

Just heard that she can hit hard and was really good. So just took note of that and planned to pull for her when she finally showed up in the Global version of DFFOO.

Also interested in using Neon in some of the quests in Dimensions’ End: Transcendence Tier 14. This Tier will be coming soon to the English version of the game.

As aforementioned, Neon is the newest char to be introduced as playable here in Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omnia. We don’t always get new chars.

I think we only get them about once a month now or something, so it’s always interesting whenever we get someone new to play with, especially if the char in question is actually good.

That’s another reason why I want to pull for Neon. Not only is she a new char, she’s also good so she should be able to help me clear a lot of endgame content.

Plus I already have a Level 5 of 5 Short Sword Ultima Weapon so I can equip this to Neon to further boost her damage output.

Also, it feels like it’s been quite a while since I last pulled with gems. And I have all the resources and such needed to go for Neon and fully build her and max her out.

As part of the FR Board Release Celebration, we get a free multi-draw on both of the Act 3 Interlude: In a Godless World banners.

Banner 1′s free pull gave me a gold orb which gave me dupes of Nine’s Ex and my first copy of Neon’s 15cp and 35cp weapons.

Haven’t played through the Act 3 Interlude story chapter yet so getting copies of Neon’s 15cp and 35cp weapons automatically recruited or added her to my party.

Currently have 1345470 gems on hand. Hopefully, I’ll be able to get all of Neon’s weapons without having to pity any of them.

Have the weapon tokens needed to exchange for more copies of Neon’s 15cp and 35cp weapons so I can fully MLB the ones that I just got. So now I just need her Ex, LD, BT, and FR.

Anyway, so here are the results of my multi-draws on the Act 3 Interlude: In a Godless World banner 1:

Meh. Wish I could have gotten Cait Sith’s LD instead. This is one of the few LD weapons that I’m still missing.

Cait Sith’s outdated by now so don’t have any plans of using him anytime soon but his LD Call is still good so would love to have his LD.

My next multi-draw gave me yet another gold orb.

Thought that I was all set to get a dupe or 2 as usual and - well, I did get 1 dupe. This turned out to be a dupe of Nine’s LD. Ugh. If only that had been Cait Sith’s LD instead.

Aside from that dupe LD though, to my complete and utter surprise, also ended up with -

My very first copy of Neon’s Burst weapon! Hell, yes! Super pleased to see this.

Now I just need Neon’s FR, LD, and Ex then I can be done with this banner already. Hopefully, I’ll be able to get those 2 weapons and even a copy of Cait Sith’s LD soon.

It was a surprise to see another copy of Neon’s BT, especially since this came from a regular blue orb.

Super pleased to see Neon’s LD. Even the 35cp dupe is useful since I haven’t fully limit broken any of Neon’s weapons yet.

Now I just need Neon’s FR and Ex then I can be done with this banner.

And that’s it. Down to 1251170 gems, and I now have 400 G-Tokens from pulling on this banner.

This is the exact amount that I need in order to pity Neon’s Force weapon. Ahh, it really sucks that it never showed up in any of my multi-draws. Didn’t even get a single copy of the Cloud of Darkness’s FR either. Sigh.

On the other hand, ended up with 2 copies of Neon’s BT, 1 copy of Cait Sith’s LD, 5 copies of Nine’s LD, 2 copies of Neon’s LD, 9 copies of Cait Sith’s Ex, 6 copies of Nine’s Ex, and 4 copies of Neon’s Ex.

Oh, wait, I think I already have like 1 or 2 copies of Cait Sith’s and Nine’s Ex weapons before pulling on this banner.

Anyway, exchanged 400 of my G-Tokens for 1 copy of Neon’s Force weapon.

Now I have all of Neon’s weapons. Still missing the Cloud of Darkness’s FR but it’s fine. Done with this banner now.

Neon from Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin

Got Neon to Level 90 and Crystal Level 90. Got her Bloom Stone. Fully max limit broke all of her weapons. Bought all of her armors and leveled them all up to the max.

Spent the Book and 3 Ingots needed to Purple Neon’s Ex or get it to Ex+ 3/3.

Also spent the 12 High Power Stones needed to fully MLB Neon’s FR.

Then spent the Book and 3 Ingots needed to Green Neon’s BT or get it to BT+ 3/3.

Bought Neon’s High Armor and spent the Book and 3 Ingots needed to Blue it.

Completed all of Neon’s Summon Boards, Character Enhancement Boards, and Force Enhancements.

Equipped Neon with the following real Spheres:

Kadaj’s (from Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children) Debuff Attack Boost Up A Sphere

While debuffed enemy present: • Raises own MAX BRV, ATK by 5％

Jack Garland’s (from Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin) Break Hit Raging Attack Boost Up A Sphere

After a bit of farming, also managed to get Neon the following Artifacts:

Now my Neon is fully built and maxed out.

Also equipped her with a Level 5 of 5 Sword Ultima Weapon which will help to further increase her damage output. Can’t wait to try her out in a Shinryu (level 300) quest.

Thoughts about Rem Tokimiya From Final Fantasy Type-0

Been hearing lots of good things about Rem Tokimiya from Final Fantasy Type-0. She’s a support slash healer slash buffer. She can swap her turns with another char in the party. She deals pretty good damage.

I also like Rem’s Burst animation since Machina Kunagiri from Final Fantasy Type-0 shows up in it. And I could always use more supports and healers, especially someone who also has their Force and Burst weapons and who has access to their Force Boards and Force Echoes.

Plus, I do like Rem well enough, and I’ve also been thinking of bringing her to 2 of the quests in Dimensions’ End: Transcendence Tier 15.

In short, my plan was to pull for her with gems since I’d really like to have both her Burst and Force weapons.

Currently, my Rem has her 15cp, 35cp, Ex, and LD fully MLB. Her Ex weapon has been Purpled. Her High Armor has been Blued. She has up to level 15 of her Force Enhancements.

Rem has her Bloom Stone. She has triple perfect Artifacts and triple RF Spheres. All of her Summon Boards and her LD Boards have been completed.

Thoughts about Vaan from Final Fantasy XII

Vaan’s BT and FR aren’t new. These weapons have already shown up before. However, Vaan did get a rework and update with the arrival of the Dimensions’ End: Transcendence Tier 15 banners. He also got access to his Force Boards and Force Echoes.

Before, I’d been thinking of building Vaan since I do like him well enough and since I already have all of his weapons, but ended up not doing so since it didn’t seem like I really needed him for anything and I was trying to save resources.

Now, I think I’ll have to pass on Vaan again. He is a good magical DPS but it feels like it’d be better to just wait for another DPS instead. Plus, I already have him locked on to an earlier Dimensions’ End tier so he won’t be able to help me clear Tier 15.

Dimensions’ End: Transcendence Tier 15 Banner 1 Free First Multi-Draw Results

As part of some campaign or other, we get a free first multi-draw on both of the Dimensions’ End: Transcendence Tier 15 banners.

Banner 1′s free multi-draw gave me dupes of Rem’s Ex, Yang’s 15cp, and Yang’s 35cp. Meh.

My free multi-draw on the Dimensions’ End: Transcendence Tier 15 banner 2 gave me dupes of Lenna’s 15cp, Lion’s 15cp, and Lion’s 35cp. Also meh.

Dimensions’ End: Transcendence Tier 15 Banner 1 Free Multi-Draw Tickets Results

Have 3 multi-draw tickets which can be used on either of the Dimensions’ End: Transcendence Tier 15 banners. Decided to use all 3 of these tickets on banner 1.

The first ticket gave me a gold orb which turned into a dupe of Rem’s LD.

The second ticket also gave me a gold orb. This one turned into dupes of Rem’s LD, Palom’s Ex, Rem’s Ex, Palom’s Ex, and Yang’s 15cp. It was nice to see so many golds in one draw but it’s just too bad that these were all dupes.

The third ticket actually gave me a force orb.

Hell, yes! Was so pleased to see this until I remembered that there are 2 Force weapons on this banner. Now I could only hope that I was about to get Rem’s FR.

Unfortunately, it wasn’t meant to be. Ended up with a dupe of Vaan’s FR as well as a dupe of Palom’s LD. Sigh.

Well, at least I haven’t fully max limit broken these 2 weapons yet but still. Wish that Vaan FR dupe had been my first copy of Rem’s FR instead.

Still no sign of either Rem’s FR or BT. Looks like I’m gonna end up pitying Rem’s Burst weapon. Hopefully, her Force weapon will show up before that happens because I don’t want to have to pity 2 weapons at once. That would cost me way too much.

Anyway, my next multi-draw actually gave me a force orb. Sadly, ended up with a dupe of Vaan’s FR again as well as dupes of Rem’s Ex and Yang’s LD. Argh! Why’d this have to happen? Rem FR and BT, please come home already.

Ugh. These pulls are all so bad. Getting really pissed with this banner, so much so that I forgot to screenshot the last multi-draw.

Argh! Eff this banner. Down to 1248220 gems, and I now have 400 G Tokens here, the exact amount I need to exchange for Rem’s Burst weapon. But I still don’t have her FR either. Damn it. So freaking frustrating. Now I have to try my luck with tickets.

I’m especially annoyed because this exact same scenario happened just recently on the banner featuring Cor Leonis’s (from Final Fantasy XV) BT and FR and Noctis Lucis Caelum’s (from Final Fantasy XV) FR.

I wanted Cor’s BT and Noctis’s FR so I spent gems on said banner. Got up to 400 G Tokens but had yet to see either Cor’s BT or Noctis’s FR so had no choice but to try and ticket Noctis’s FR so I can use the 400 G Tokens to exchange for Cor’s BT.

Thankfully, I was able to get both weapons in the end, but the experience was still really frustrating. I talk more about that in this post.

Dimensions’ End: Transcendence Tier 15 Banner 1 Tickets Pulls Results

Anyway, now I need to try and get Rem’s FR via tickets so I can freely exchange the 400 G Tokens I just got for her BT. The problem is that I only have 87 tickets on hand.

I can get more from the Divine Boards and such but - argh! This wasn’t the plan at all. I don’t mind having to pity Rem’s BT. I just wish her FR had dropped before that happened. Because I don’t want to have to pity 2 weapons at once and on the same banner at that. Sigh. Eff this banner and this game.

Anyway, got the usual bronze and silver trash and gold dupes. Didn’t bother taking a lot of screenshots since all my pulls just seem so bad. This banner is really pissing me off.

At one point, got a 10-draw with 5 golds. Too bad these were all dupes of Rem’s LD, Palom’s LD, Yang’s 35cp, Palom’s LD, and Yang’s Ex.

Then, a bit later on, actually got a force orb. Was really, really hoping that I can finally get Rem’s FR but once again, Vaan trolls me with a dupe of his FR. Argh! Damn it.

Every time I run out of tickets, I go and get more from the Divine Boards. Just kept on getting trash and more trash though so it feels like I’m just wasting all my tickets for nothing.

Then I got yet another regular blue orb. Was expecting to get the usual trash, and that actually seemed to be the case since not even a gold dupe had shown up so far. But then, to my complete and utter surprise, the last item suddenly had a different animation and then this showed up -

My very first copy of Rem’s FR! Hell, yes! And freaking finally! Super pleased to see this.

At least she didn’t take all of my tickets but it still feels like I spent way too many tickets anyway.

I still wish Rem’s FR had shown up in one of my gem pulls on the way to pitying her BT. Heck, I wish I didn’t have to pity her BT.

Well, at least I can finally be done with this banner. I really hope I won’t end up having to pity the next Burst weapon that I want and then having to ticket the FR as well since it didn’t show up during my gem pulls.

Vaan from Final Fantasy XII

Anyway, fused all the Vaan FR dupes that trolled me to my first copy. Was able to fully MLB Vaan’s FR without having to use a single High Power Stone.

After that, just left Vaan as-is for now. Still don’t have any plans of further building him like Greening his Burst weapon.

Rem Tokimiya from Final Fantasy Type-0

Spent the 12 High Power Stones needed to fully MLB Rem’s FR.

Then I went to the Dimensions’ End: Transcendence Tier 15 banner 1 G Token Exchange Shop.

Exchanged 400 of my G Tokens for 1 copy of Rem’s Burst weapon.

Now I finally have my first copy of Rem’s Burst.

Spent the Book and 3 Ingots needed to Green Rem’s BT.

Completed the rest of Rem’s Force Enhancements and Character Enhancement Boards. Also replaced her RF Spheres with triple real ones.

Now my Rem is fully built and complete. Can’t wait to try her out in some endgame content, including Dimensions’ End: Transcendence Tier 15.

Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omnia Caius Ballad and Lenna Charlotte Tycoon Banner

The Malodorous Night Winter Festival event just started in the Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omnia (DFFOO) mobile game. This event came with 1 banner.

Malodorous Night Banner

The Malodorous Night banner features the following chars and their weapons:

Caius Ballad from Final Fantasy XIII-2 - Burst or BT only

Lenna Charlotte Tycoon from Final Fantasy V - 15cp, 35cp, Ex, and LD

Trey from Final Fantasy Type-0 - 15cp, 35cp, Ex, and LD

Thoughts about Lenna Charlotte Tycoon from Final Fantasy V

Heard a lot of good things about Lenna Charlotte Tycoon from Final Fantasy V (#ad) so was interested in pulling for her.

She’s a support with pretty decent buffs and auras. She can heal. She can battery the party. She even offers 100% party-wide immunity to debuffs.

Already have Lenna’s 15cp, 35cp, and Ex though. Actually, I have everything on this banner except for Lenna’s LD and Caius’s BT so didn’t really want to pull here with gems.

Was thinking of just using tickets but then what if I fail to get Lenna’s LD with those? Might just end up resorting to gems anyway, which would be a waste.

Was thinking about what to do. In the end, decided to go with gems. What swayed me was Caius’s BT.

Dimensions’ End: Transcendence Tier 6 Information

I’ve been hearing all about how hard the Reckoning stage of Dimensions’ End: Transcendence Tier 6 is.

Most of the team comps I’ve seen for this fight included at least 1 char with a Green Burst weapon.

The problem is that, so far, I only have 1 Green BT. It belongs to Ace from Final Fantasy Type-0, and I already have him locked in Dimensions’ End: Transcendence Tier 5.

I’ve only seen 2 comps of the Tier 6 Reckoning stage that didn’t have a Green BT. They still had at least 1 char with a BT though.

One team featured Exdeath from Final Fantasy V while the second had Caius. Can’t replicate the Exdeath team since I don’t even have Exdeath’s Ex, LD, or BT.

The Caius team was more doable since I already have all of his weapons except for his BT. Just need to build him up such as by Purpling his Ex and completing all of his Boards.

However, it didn’t seem like the aforementioned Reckoning stage can be done without at least 1 BT char. Caius is one of the best options for this fight because his kit can counter or deal with the mechanics of the enemies there.

And so I found myself thinking of getting Caius’s BT to help me with Dimensions’ End: Transcendence Tier 6. But do I really want to spend up to 125k gems to pity Caius’s BT?

He’s not even a fave, and I’m not all that attached to him, so I don’t know. I prefer to spend my gems on chars I like, especially when it comes to getting a Burst weapon which can be really expensive.

On the other hand, I do have more than 50 Burst Tokens now. You need at least 50 in order to exchange for any of the currently available Bursts.

So I could Token Caius’s BT. But do I want to do that? Still not entirely sure what to do but for now, I’ve at least decided to use gems to pull for Lenna. Maybe Caius’s Burst will drop on the way to getting her LD.

Malodorous Night Free First Multi-Draw Results

Thanks to the currently ongoing Winter Festival, we get a free multi-draw on the Malodorous Night banner.

Too bad this pull gave me nothing but a dupe 15cp. It’s a bow so it belongs to either Trey or Lenna. Didn’t bother finding out who owned it since it doesn’t matter anyway.

Malodorous Night Multi-Draws Results

Currently have 595,670 gems. Since I was so close to 600k gems, was reluctant to spend them now but I need Lenna’s LD and Caius’s BT so welp, here goes nothing.

Hopefully, I can get those 2 weapons soon, preferably before my gem count goes down too much.

So I do the first multi-draw that costs gems and -

OMFG! A Burst orb actually showed up! Could hardly believe this but it’s really so freaking amazing. So pleased to see this. Now I’m really glad I decided to pull on this banner with gems.

There’s only 1 Burst weapon here so I already know I’m about to get Caius’s BT but was still very hyped when I saw the Burst orb anyway.

Now that I have Caius’s BT, I can fully build him. Hopefully, he can help me clear Dimensions’ End: Transcendence Tier 6.

I’m glad I got Caius’s Burst but I still don’t want to have to Green him. I want my next Green or BT+ 3/3 to be Machina Kunagiri’s (from Final Fantasy Type-0) Burst.

Machina is coming really soon, and I’m so looking forward to it already. Really excited and can’t wait for his BT to get here. Want to get it already.

Not sure if I’ll gem it or use my Tokens. The only thing I know for sure is that I will have it, and it will be Greened.

Anyway, aside from Caius’s Burst, this draw also gave me a dupe of Trey’s 35cp.

Still missing Lenna’s LD so have to keep on pulling. Was prepared to pity her LD, if needed, in the hopes of also getting Caius’s BT along the way.

But now that Caius’s Burst has shown up, no longer inclined to pity Lenna’s LD. I hope it will show up soon.

I wonder if it’d be better to switch to tickets and just save my gems. Hmm. For now, I guess let’s just keep on pulling.

After such an awesome first (well, second if we’re counting the free draw as well) pull, this next one was terribly underwhelming. Got 2 dupes again - Trey’s 35cp and either Lenna’s or Trey’s 15cp.

My next pull gave me a gold orb which turned into 2 dupes of Lenna’s Ex. Meh. Wrong Lenna weapon. Wish her LD would show up already.

Surprisingly, my next draw also gave me a gold orb. And even more surprisingly, this one turned into the weapon I’ve been looking for.

Yeah, that’s right. Lenna’s LD just came home. Hell, yes! So pleased to see this. Also got another dupe of Trey’s 35cp. LOL. Why does this keep showing up?

Overall, very pleased with this banner. Managed to get the 2 weapons I wanted without having to spend so much.

Got exactly 100 G-Tokens from pulling on the Malodorous Night banner. Used said Tokens to exchange for a Power Stone.

Lenna Charlotte Tycoon from Final Fantasy V

Spent the Power Stones needed to MLB Lenna’s LD and get its passive. Previously, had already Purpled her Ex in preparation for getting her LD.

Now I completed all of her Summon Boards as well. Bought her High Armor and Realized it to 0/3.

Equipped her with 2 of Paladin Cecil Harvey’s (from Final Fantasy IV) RF C Spheres and Freya Crescent’s (from Final Fantasy IX) RF D Sphere.

I thought I was all set to Blue her armor and complete all of her Char Boards but then I started having second thoughts.

Was wondering if I really needed to go that far. Should I invest that much on Lenna? Was it worth it to do so?

After all, I just Blued Selphie Tilmitt from Final Fantasy VIII, and I already have a Blue Porom from Final Fantasy IV as well. I talk more about those 2 in other posts.

Lenna’s a good support too but maybe I don’t really need to Blue her. I don’t know. Needed to think about this some more.

For now, just decided to unlock part of Lenna’s Char Boards, particularly the tiles that would give me her LD Call and LD extension passive.

Besides, still don’t have triple of her perfect Artifacts. I’d like to get those first before thinking about Bluing her. Wouldn’t want to Blue her if she doesn’t even have perfect Arts.

Update: after a bit more farming, was finally able to get triple of Lenna’s preferred Artifacts - ATK 108 with HP 1020.

Still haven’t Blued her though. For now, I’ve decided to just leave her with her High Armor at 0/3. And so far, she’s been working well enough as-is.

Caius Ballad from Final Fantasy XIII-2

After getting Caius’s Burst, leveled it up to the max then equipped it to him. Purpled his Ex to get its passive.

Completed all of his Boards. Got his Bloom Stone. Bought his High Armor and Realized it to 0/3. Equipped him with triple RF Spheres. Farmed for his perfect Artifacts.

Welp, he’s basically complete now. Looks like the only things I didn’t do are Green his Burst, Blue his armor, and give him 3 real Spheres.

Update 2: I talk more about this in another post but I was able to clear Dimensions’ End: Transcendence Tier 6 Reckoning with a team of Selphie, Auron from Final Fantasy X, and Caius.

Pretty pleased with Caius. He may not be the best but he really helped me with Dimensions’ End: Transcendence Tier 6.

Really glad I was able to get through that entire Tier without a BT+ char in any of my teams. But it’s really too bad that we don’t get more resources to Green more chars. If I could, I’d like to BT+ 3/3 all the chars I have with upgradeable Bursts.

Thoughts about Selphie Tilmitt from Final Fantasy VIII

Been hearing a lot of good things about Selphie Tilmitt from Final Fantasy VIII (#ad), especially once she gets her Level 90 and Crystal Level 90 update and rework in the future.

For now, with her LD, Selphie is still a pretty good support, healer, and buffer with decent auras.

With the debuff from her LD, Selphie can enable herself and her allies to launch enemies. She’ll also battery the party for these launches.

The catch is that this debuff will tick down every time the afflicted enemy takes either BRV or HP damage.

So this debuff’s quick to end, and it can get wasted if chars deal AoE damage since even if the enemy isn’t launched, the debuff will still tick down as long as said enemy gets hit.

Once Selphie receives her Level 90 and Crystal Level 90 rework and update, this downside will be removed but that won’t happen for a while yet.

Selphie is practically required to clear Crucible 2 of the Dimensions’ End: Transcendence Tier 6 Lufenia (level 200) quest because the orb there can only be increased if you do 3 launches in a row.

There are ways to clear this fight without using Selphie such as by using other chars or Calls who can launch, but she’ll definitely make this stage easier just by being in your main party.

Was interested in pulling for Selphie so she can help me with the aforementioned Dimensions’ End: Transcendence Tier 6 Crucible 2 Lufenia quest.

I have other chars who can launch but they’re already locked in earlier Tiers. Really don’t want to have to redo those stages just to free up some chars.

The fact that Selphie’s a pretty good support and she’ll only get better later just made me more inclined to go for her now.

I wish she wasn’t on this banner though. I mean, I wish I was also missing the other LD on this banner.

As it was, didn’t really want to use gems seeing as I’m only missing 2 weapons here. Would have preferred to just use tickets but I didn’t want to risk it.

Was afraid that I’d resort to using gems anyway if I failed to get Selphie’s LD with my tickets so decided to just go in with gems right away.

Dimensions’ End: Transcendence Tier 6 Free First Multi-Draw Results

Thankfully, thanks to the currently-ongoing Winter Festival campaign, we get a free multi-draw on the Dimensions’ End: Transcendence Tier 6 banners.

Here’s to hoping that Selphie’s LD will show up soon and that I won’t have to pity it.

My free pull on the Dimensions’ End: Transcendence Tier 6 banner 1 gave me a gold orb.

Ended up with 4 golds. Too bad they were all dupes - Selphie’s 15cp, Caius’s 15cp, Caius’s 35cp, and Caius’s LD.

Ahh, that Caius LD was such a troll. To think that could have been Selphie’s LD instead. Sigh. If only I didn’t already have Caius’s kit, this would have been a really good pull.

But even these dupes of Caius’s weapons are useless to me since I’ve already MLB’d his 15cp, 35cp, Ex, and LD. His Ex is only at Ex+ 0/3 though.

The same could be said for Selphie actually although I recently went and Purpled or got her Ex to Ex+ 3/3 in preparation for getting her LD.

My Prishe’s also MLB and her Ex is Purple but only because I wanted her A Sphere which increases the ATK and MAX BRV stats by 10%.

Dimensions’ End: Transcendence Tier 6 Banner 1 Multi-Draws Results

Anyway, my first multi-draw with gems on the Dimensions’ End: Transcendence Tier 6 banner 1 gave me a gold orb. Please be Selphie’s LD, please be Selphie’s LD already.

Got 3 golds but no Selphie LD, unfortunately. Instead, ended up with Caius’s 15cp, Selphie’s 35cp, and Caius’s Ex. Bleh.

At the very least, I wish that Caius Ex had been Prishe’s Ex instead. Because her Sphere’s way better than his.

In fact, Caius’s A Sphere is like a joke because it only increases the INT BRV and ATK stats by 5%. Bad Sphere is bad.

Surprisingly, my next multi-draw also gave me a gold orb. Welp, looks like it’s raining gold orbs, huh? Now if only I can stop getting dupes.

The items I got started displaying themselves one-by-one, and as bronze and silver trash kept showing up, was already thinking that this pull was only gonna give me the guaranteed gold and nothing else.

Well, that turned out to be right but can’t complain because the single gold that I got was -

My very first copy of Selphie’s LD! Hell, yes! So freaking pleased to see this! So glad it showed up already and that I didn’t have to pity it.

Missed out on Caius’s BT but eh, it’s fine. Wasn’t really interested in it. Have no intention of building Caius even if I get his Burst. Don’t really need him for anything.

Now I have 60 G-Tokens for this banner but there’s nothing I can spend them on since the cheapest item I can exchange for is a Power Stone and that requires 100 G-Tokens. Ah, well. It’s fine. Still done with this banner now.

Selphie Tilmitt from Final Fantasy VIII

Spent the Power Stones needed to MLB Selphie’s LD and get its passive. Already bought her Bloom Stone and farmed for her perfect Artifacts before.

Completed all of Selphie’s Summon Boards. Bought her High Armor and even Realized it to 0/3.

Also equipped Selphie with Paladin Cecil Harvey’s (from Final Fantasy IV) RF C Sphere, Hope Estheim’s (from Final Fantasy XIII) RF D Sphere, and Wakka’s (from Final Fantasy X) RF D Sphere.

Couldn’t decide what to do about Selphie’s Character Enhancement Boards though. Should I get all of them, or only some of them? After a while, went with just completing her LD Board for now.

But then I found myself thinking more about Selphie and considering the possibility of actually upgrading her High Armor to Blue. Not sure if it’d be worth it though.

Well, she was gonna be really good later, and she works well enough now, but I don’t know.

She’s a support so upgrading her High Armor to Blue will benefit the entire party. She’ll be able to boost the damage of her allies even more if she’s Blue.

I thought about Porom from Final Fantasy IV. She’s a support like Selphie and she’s really, really good.

I recently upgraded Porom’s High Armor to Blue, and if there’s anything I regret, it’s that I didn’t do that the moment it was possible to do so.

Since I got Porom, I did complete all of her Boards and farmed for her perfect Arts and gave her triple RF Spheres. But I only got her High Armor (HA). Didn’t even bother to Realize it to 0/3.

But Porom was so good that she worked well enough even without having Blue armor. It was after a lot of time had already passed when I decided to get her HA to 0/3.

And I only did that because I saw that I had the resources to spare to do so. Using a Book to Realize a High Armor to 0/3 would give me an Ingot.

You need 3 Ingots in order to upgrade a High Armor to 3/3 or Blue. I saw that I had a lot of Books but only a few Ingots so I started to Realize the High Armors of a few chars, and that included Porom.

It was only way later on, during the Divine Shiva Lufenia+ (level 250) quest that I bit the bullet and upgraded Porom’s HA to Blue. Heck, my initial clear of that fight actually only had Porom’s HA still at 0/3.

I talk more about that annoying fight on another post but, yeah, like I said, I don’t regret Bluing Porom. If anything, I really wish I’d done it sooner.

So I was thinking maybe I should Blue Selphie now. She could be of use to me now and then she’ll be even better later when she gets her update and rework.

I’ve only Blued a few chars so far so it’s not like I don’t have the resources to spare for Selphie. And since she’s a support, she won’t get powercrept that easily. She’ll even become better later so why not, right?

Looked at some vids featuring Selphie and wow, she is really good. So after a bit more back and forth, decided to go ahead and upgrade her High Armor to Blue.

Also went ahead and completed the rest of her Char Boards. No regrets so far. I’ve tried her in a few easy fights and she did very well.

Update: I talk more about this in another post but, much later, I finally got ‘round to doing Crucible 2 of Dimensions’ End: Transcendence Tier 6, and Selphie really made that fight easy.

Got the win with her, Bartz Klauser from Final Fantasy V, and Zidane Tribal from Final Fantasy IX.

Haven’t done the Reckoning Stage yet but I’m also planning to use Selphie there.

Heard it was really hard so hopefully, Selphie can make it even just a little bit easier and more doable, especially since I’m not gonna be able to do that fight with a BT+ 3/3 char in my party.

Update 2: I talk more about this in another post but I was able to clear Dimensions’ End: Transcendence Tier 6 Reckoning with a team of Selphie, Auron from Final Fantasy X, and Caius.

Yeah, as can be seen in the above screenshot, I was able to get Caius’s Burst weapon. Didn’t upgrade it to Green though, and I didn’t get it from this banner. I talk more about how I got Caius’s BT in another post.

Thoughts about Cor Leonis from Final Fantasy XV and Noctis Lucis Caelum from Final Fantasy XV

Currently, have Cor’s 15cp, 35cp, Ex, LD, and FR fully MLB. His Ex has been Purpled. He has his High Armor, and it’s been Blued.

All of his Summon Boards, Force Enhancements, and the Character Enhancement Boards for his 15cp, 35cp, Ex, and LD have been completed. He has triple perfect Artifacts and triple real Spheres.

Cor is a really good support slash DPS. Since mine was already built, it was always my plan to go for his Burst weapon.

As for Noctis, currently have his 15cp, 35cp, Ex, LD, and BT fully MLB. His Ex has been Purpled. He has his High Armor, and it’s been Realized to 0/3.

All of his Summon Boards and the Char Boards for his 15cp, 35cp, Ex, and LD have been completed. He doesn’t have any of his Force Enhancements yet. Haven’t Greened his Burst yet either. He does have triple perfect Artifacts and triple real Spheres.

It’s been a long, long time since I last got to use Noctis. When it became possible to Green his Burst, ended up not bothering to max it out since I was trying to save resources and it didn’t seem like I really needed him anyway.

But I do like Noctis. So now that he gets another update and rework as well as his own FR, would love to be able to fully build him and get the chance to use him in some endgame content.

I really like the animation for Noctis’s Force weapon. The first time I saw it, I resolved to pull for it and fully build Noctis.

Noctis’s FR animation features Zack Fair from Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII and Final Fantasy VII. I like seeing these 2 chars interacting and actually helping each other because usually, other FR animations just have each of the chars taking turns attacking the enemies. But in Noctis’s FR, Zack and Noctis are actually working closely together.

The Man Known as the Immortal Banner 1 Free First Multi-Draw Results

As part of some campaign or other, we get a free first multi-draw on both of the The Man Known as the Immortal banners.

Banner 1′s free draw gave me dupes of Cor’s LD and 15cp. Meh.

The Man Known as the Immortal Banner 2 Free First Multi-Draw Results

My free multi-draw on the The Man Known as the Immortal banner 2 gave me dupes of Noctis’s 15cp and Cor’s FR. Ahh, wish that Cor FR dupe had been my first copy of Noctis’s FR instead. Sigh.

The Man Known as the Immortal Banner 1 Free Multi-Draw Tickets Results

Have 1 multi-draw ticket which can be used on either of the The Man Known as the Immortal banners.

Threw this ticket on banner 1 and ended up with a gold orb that turned into dupes of Gau’s LD and Cinque’s 15cp.

A bit later on, got 2 more multi-draw tickets, both of which I proceeded to toss on banner 1.

The second ticket gave me dupes of Gau’s Ex, Cinque’s 15cp, Gau’s Ex, Cinque’s LD, and Cor’s FR. Ugh, it really sucks to get yet another dupe of Cor’s FR. Why couldn’t this have been Noctis’s FR instead?

The third ticket gave me dupes of Cor’s 15cp and Gau’s 15cp. Meh.

The Man Known as the Immortal Banner 1 Multi-Draws Results

Really want to have Cor’s BT and Noctis’s FR, and I don’t have a lot of tickets anymore, so just went straight to using gems on the The Man Known as the Immortal banner 1.

Currently have 1376520 gems on hand. Here are the results of my multi-draws on this banner:

My first multi-draw (or 5th, if we’re counting the free draws) gave me a Force orb.

Was so pleased to see this until I once again ended up getting a dupe of Cor’s FR. Argh! Stop trolling me, Cor FR.

Anyway, this pull also gave me a dupe of Gau’s 35cp.

And that’s it. Down to 1296520 gems, and I now have 400 G Tokens on this banner, the exact amount I need to exchange for Cor’s Burst weapon. Just as I feared, ended up having to pity Cor’s BT.

To make matters worse, Noctis’s FR didn’t show up either. Gonna need 300 more G Tokens to exchange for Noctis’s Force weapon. But I don’t want to spend any more gems on this banner.

The Man Known as the Immortal Banner 1 Tickets Pulls Results

So I decided to try my luck with tickets. Currently only have 213 tickets on hand. I really hope I can get at least 1 copy of Noctis’s FR using these tickets otherwise gonna have to go back to throwing gems on this banner.

Anyway, my 10-draws on the The Man Known as the Immortal banner 1 gave me the usual bronze and silver trash and gold dupes. Didn’t bother taking a lot of screenshots since I just kept on getting crap, which was just making me feel depressed.

Then, a bit later on, I finally got a Force orb. Now I just need to hope that I’m not about to be trolled by yet another dupe of Cor’s FR. Please, don’t be Cor’s FR. Please, don’t be Cor’s FR.

Thankfully, this time, this Force orb didn’t turn into Cor’s FR. Yup, that’s right. Finally got my very first copy of Noctis’s Force weapon.

Hell, yes! Really super pleased to see this. So happy to have finally gotten a copy of Noctis’s FR.

This pull also gave me dupes of Cor’s 35cp and Gau’s Ex.

Was down to 173 tickets when Noctis’s FR came home. Well, at least he didn’t take all of my tickets.

The Man Known as the Immortal G Token Exchange Shop

Now that I have Noctis’s FR, I can use my G Tokens to get a copy of Cor’s BT. So went to the The Man Known as the Immortal G Token Exchange Shop.

As aforementioned, it costs 400 G Tokens to exchange for 1 copy of Cor’s Burst weapon.

Used up all of my G Tokens to get my first copy of Cor’s BT.

Cor Leonis from Final Fantasy XV

Completed all of Cor’s FR Boards. Then I spent the Book and 3 Ingots needed to Green his Burst weapon or get it to BT+ 3/3.

Noctis Lucis Caelum from Final Fantasy XV

Completed all of Noctis’s Force Enhancements and Force Boards. Spent the 3 Ingots needed to Blue his High Armor.

Then I spent the Book and 3 Ingots needed to Green his Burst weapon.

Also spent the 12 High Power Stones needed to fully MLB Noctis’s Force weapon.

Now both my Noctis and Cor are fully built and maxed out.

Can’t wait to try them out on some endgame content.

Thoughts about Aerith Gainsborough from Final Fantasy VII and Zack Fair from Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII

I really like Aeris or Aerith Gainsborough from Final Fantasy VII and Zack Fair from Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII (#ad) and Final Fantasy VII. FF7 FTW! LOL.

Been waiting for what feels like forever for these 2 to get their updates and reworks and new weapons.

Currently, my Zack has his 15cp, 35cp, Ex, LD, and BT fully MLB. His Ex has been Purpled. His Burst has been Greened. He has his High Armor, and it’s been Blued.

Zack has his Bloom Stone. All of his Summon Boards and Character Enhancement Boards have been completed. He doesn’t have access to his Force Enhancements yet.

He has triple ATK 108 with MAX BRV 330 and triple ATK 108 with SOLDIER Grit Boost★★ (Raises MAX BRV by 15% and ATK by 5% if HP is MAX at start of last wave) Artifacts.

Zack is equipped with the following real Spheres:

Machina Kunagiri’s (from Final Fantasy Type-0) Break Hit Base Attack Up Shorter A Sphere

Raises INT BRV, ATK by 10% for 3 turns when inflicting Break or attacking target afflicted with Break

Jecht’s (from Final Fantasy X) Critical Base Attack Up Shorter A Sphere

Raises INT BRV, ATK by 10% for 3 turns when dealing critical hit

Snow Villiers’s (from Final Fantasy XIII) Target Attack Up B Sphere

My Aerith has her 15cp, 35cp, Ex, and LD fully MLB. Her Ex has been Purpled. She has her High Armor, and it’s been Blued. She also has her Force weapon and she’s currently equipped with it but it hasn’t been limit broken yet.

Farmed the perfect Artifacts for Aerith - 3 ATK 108 with Charged Healing Wind Boost All★★ (Healing Wind use +1; raises party’s MAX BRV by 15%).

Aerith is equipped with the following real Spheres:

Vaan’s (from Final Fantasy XII) Full HP Attack Up A Sphere

Raises ATK by 10% while HP is MAX

Garnet Til Alexandros XVII’s (from Final Fantasy IX) HP Heal Attack Up Longer C Sphere

When recovering own HP: • Raises own ATK by 10% for 6 turns

Deuce’s (from Final Fantasy Type-0) All Buff Attack Up 3 D Sphere

Raises party’s ATK by 5% with 3 or more active buffs

Aerith has her Bloom Stone. All of her Summon Boards, Character Enhancement Boards, and Force Enhancements have been completed.

Zack’s Force weapon and Aerith’s Burst weapon are both must-haves for me so my plan was always to pull on the Act 4, Chapter 1, Part 1: For A Flowering Future banner 1 using my gems.

When I got a copy of Aerith’s FR on its debut banner (I talk more about that in this post), I deliberately didn’t use the High Power Stones needed to fully MLB it because I knew said weapon was gonna show up again on one of the Act 4, Chapter 1, Part 1: For A Flowering Future banners.

Since I was planning to gem the Zack FR and Aerith BT banner, I thought it was highly likely that I’d end up getting a lot of dupes. Maybe 1 or 2 of these dupes would be Aerith’s FR.

So I can make use of those dupes to limit break my first copy of Aerith’s FR. If I don’t get any or enough dupes of Aerith’s FR after pulling on the aforementioned banner, then I’ll gladly spend all the resources needed to fully MLB it.

Of course, also planning to spend all the resources needed to fully max out Aerith’s BT and Zack’s FR. Will also be getting and completing all of their Force Boards. And for Zack, will get all of his Force Enhancements too.

Finally, after what feels like forever, a Force orb actually showed up. Was super pleased to see this but - at the same time, I was worried that I was gonna get yet another dupe of Aerith’s FR.

I mean, sure, I don’t mind getting more dupes of Aerith’s FR for limit breaking purposes, but I also want to get my first copy of Zack’s FR already. It sucks that I’d already pulled this much and yet I still haven’t seen either Zack’s FR and/or Aerith’s BT.

Thankfully, this Force orb soon turned into my very first copy of Zack’s FR. Hell, yes! Super pleased to see this.

This pull also gave me a dupe of Aerith’s LD. Ahh, if only that had been her Burst weapon instead.

Now the only thing I really want on this banner is Aerith’s BT. I can just use High Power Stones to fully MLB Zack’s and Aerith’s FRs.

After getting Zack’s FR, I now have 240 G Tokens on this banner. I’ll need 400 G Tokens to exchange for Aerith’s BT in case I never manage to get it while pulling on this banner.

But now I’m wondering if I should keep pulling on this banner, or if I should just use my Burst Tokens to exchange for Aerith’s BT.

Burst Power Token Exchange Shop

Right now, I have 32 Burst Tokens on hand. I need 50 in order to get 1 BT. Just checked my inventory and I have 1 dupe Burst weapon that I can sell for 5 Burst Tokens.

Also have more Burst Tokens that I can get from the rewards tab in the Dimensions’ End: Transcendence part of the game. All of these Tokens combined should be more than enough to get me 1 copy of Aerith’s BT.

Doing that seems like a better idea than continuing to pull on this banner. It should be cheaper too.

Besides, there are other banners that are coming really soon, and that I’m interested in pulling on. Since I’m missing way more weapons on those banners, it’s better to use my gems there instead of here.

So that settles that then. After making sure that I have exactly 50 Burst Tokens, went to the Burst Power Token Exchange Shop.

Proceeded to exchange all 50 of my Burst Tokens for 1 copy of Aerith’s Burst weapon, Princess Guard (VII).

Aerith Gainsborough from Final Fantasy VII

After getting Aerith’s BT, leveled it to the max then spent the Book and 3 Ingots needed to Green it or get it to BT+ 3/3.

Used the dupe Aerith FR that I just got to limit break my first copy. Then I spent the 8 High Power Stones needed to fully MLB said weapon.

After that, went to complete all of Aerith’s Force Boards. This also gave me access to her Force Echoes.

Now my Aerith is fully complete and maxed out.

Currently have a Level 0 of 5 Staff or Rod Ultima Weapon that I recently made in preparation for Aerith’s arrival. Too bad I don’t have enough of the resources needed to max out this weapon yet.

Zack Fair from Final Fantasy VII and Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII

Spent the 12 High Power Stones needed to fully MLB Zack’s FR.

Then went to complete all of Zack’s Force Enhancements and Force Boards.

Now my Zack is fully complete and maxed out.

Currently have a Level 5 of 5 Greatsword Ultima Weapon. I’ve had this for what feels like forever now. Most of the time, I have this weapon equipped to Sephiroth from Final Fantasy VII.

Sadly, Sephiroth doesn’t even have his own Force weapon yet. Really can’t wait for him to get one as well as a rework and update since he’s pretty outdated by now.

Anyway, for now I equipped Zack with my Greatsword Ultima Weapon. Can’t wait to try him and Aerith out on a Shinryu (level 300) quest.

The Act 3 Finale, Part 1: Thirst of Chaos story chapter event just started in the Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omnia (DFFOO) mobile game. This event came with 2 banners.

Have everything on this banner except for Jack Garland’s weapons. This is Jack’s debut banner. He’s the latest playable char to be introduced in Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omnia.

Thoughts about Jack Garland from Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin

I like Jack Garland from Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin (#ad) well enough, I suppose, but wouldn’t call him a fave or anything.

Primarily interested in him because I heard he’s a really good DPS in DFFOO. I think he has some gimmick with negative brave too or something.

Honestly, didn’t really pay much attention to exactly what he can do, at least not yet. After all, this was back when he first showed up in the Japanese version of the game so it wasn’t like I could pull for him or try him out then anyway.

Just heard he can hit hard and was really good. So just took note of that and planned to pull for him when he finally showed up in the Global version of DFFOO.

Also interested in using Jack Garland in some of the quests in Dimensions’ End: Transcendence Tier 13. This Tier will be coming soon to the English version of the game.

Saw a vid where Garland was able to solo one of the Crucibles (the quests here are level 200) in Dimensions’ End: Transcendence Tier 13.

Not sure if he can solo the Reckoning stage (this is quest level 300) but he should work well enough as part of a team or maybe I can even try a duo or something. We’ll see, I guess.

As aforementioned, Jack is the newest char to be introduced as playable here in Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omnia. We don’t always get new chars.

I think we only get them about once a month now or something, so it’s always interesting whenever we get someone new to play with, especially if the char in question is actually good.

That’s another reason why I want to pull for Garland. Not only is he a new char, he’s also good so he should be able to help me clear a lot of endgame content, including Dimensions’ End: Transcendence Tier 13.

It’s been a while since I last pulled with gems so I have the resources to go for Jack Garland. I think the last time I used my gems to pull for a char was for either Rinoa Heartilly from Final Fantasy VIII or Tifa Lockhart from Final Fantasy VII.

I gemmed those 2 and fully built them and maxed them out. That happened quite a while ago though. The last char I fully built and maxed out was Cid Raines from Final Fantasy XIII. I talk more about these chars in other posts.

Since Jack is coming really soon, started looking for more information about him and how he works in DFFOO.

Was pleased when I found out that Jack wants MAX BRV up Spheres. Have lots of MAX BRV up Spheres because more often than not, the chars who I want to give Spheres to all want ones that raise either their BRV damage or ATK stat or both.

Really glad to know that I’ll finally have a use for some of my MAX BRV up Spheres. Can’t wait to equip some of them to Garland.

Another thing I found out was that Jack’s weapon type is a greatsword. This discovery gives me pause.

I actually have a Level 5 of 5 Greatsword Ultima Weapon (UT). I’ve had this for forever.

Currently, I have Sephiroth from Final Fantasy VII equipped with this, which is the problem. Because practically ever since Sephi can make use of Ultima Weapons, I’ve had him equipped with my Level 5 of 5 Greatsword UT.

I talk more about this in other posts, but I’ve been using Sephiroth for Lufenia (level 200) and Lufenia+ (level 250) quests basically ever since I got his LD and BT. Now I’m also using him for Shinryu (level 300) quests.

Bringing Seph to all endgame content has become like a personal challenge of sorts. I’d like to keep on doing this for as long as possible.

Sadly, Sephiroth is kinda outdated and powercrept by now. He doesn’t even have a Force weapon yet, not even in the Japanese version of Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omnia.

But Seph can still be made to work in endgame content, especially if he’s fully built. And having him equipped with a maxed out Ultima Weapon really helps to further increase his damage output.

So I don’t really want to remove the Greatsword UT from Seph. But if I want to make use of Jack to his fullest potential, I should let him wield an Ultima Weapon.

Not really sure what to do about this yet. I’m hoping that Jack will be good enough that he can still be a really good DPS even without an Ultima Weapon.

Or maybe I’ll let him wield the Greatsword UT anyway then Seph can go back to being equipped with his BT+ 3/3 for now. Hmmm. Gonna need to think about this some more.

Anyway, the conditions for increasing the HP damage bonus of Garland’s FR are as follows:

+20% when party member selects melee attack on party member’s own turn

+20% when enemy afflicted with Break present on party member’s own turn

+30% when enemy with less than 0 BRV present on party member’s own turn

Sephiroth is a physical or melee attacker so at first glance, it seems like he has some pretty good synergy with Garland. That’s only sort-of true though.

See, one of the effects of Sephiroth’s BT+ is that it will set the brave of all enemies to 1 for 4 turns. This makes it easy to just keep on breaking and delaying them.

Recently, my team for Shinryu quests is usually Sephiroth + main DPS + healer slash support slash buffer.

The support is usually either Aeris or Aerith Gainsborough from Final Fantasy VII, Lunafreya Nox Fleuret from Final Fantasy XV, or Selphie Tilmitt from Final Fantasy VIII. The main DPS is usually either Cid Raines, Rinoa Heartilly, or Tifa Lockhart.

I just interchange between these chars depending on who I feel like using and who best fits the fight in question.

Sephiroth is the char who I always try to bring no matter what. Like if a fight resists melee damage, then I’m not gonna bring Tifa who is a physical DPS but I’ll still try to make Sephi work on said fight anyway.

My Raines, Tifa, and Rinoa are all fully built and maxed out. The good news is that none of them use greatswords as their weapon type. Tifa and Raines both use fist-type weapons while Rinoa uses special or unique-type weapons.

I have a Level 5 of 5 Fist Ultima Weapon and a Level 5 of 5 Special Ultima Weapon so I can use Rinoa, Raines, and Tifa to their full potential while also being able to keep Sephiroth equipped with my Level 5 Greatsword Ultima Weapon.

Whenever I bring Seph to endgame fights, I always have him use his BT+ finisher. Doing this doesn’t negatively affect Tifa, Raines, and Rinoa so I’m able to delay the enemies and keep them from moving while my DPS can even benefit from the other party-wide effects of Sephi’s BT+.

Sephiroth may not be able to easily increase the HP damage bonus of the FRs of my DPS but it doesn’t matter because once I activate my chosen DPS’s Force ability and go into their force time, Seph and my support aren’t supposed to move much anymore.

In short, I can make Sephi work well enough with either Raines, Rinoa, and/or Tifa as my DPS.

But if Jack is gonna be my latest and newest DPS, then I’m gonna have to avoid using Sephi’s BT+ finisher, and I’m gonna have to think about who gets to equip my Greatsword UT.

I still want to pull for Jack and will still build him anyway, but this is really annoying. Ahh, if only Jack’s weapon type wasn’t a greatsword and if only he had more synergy with Sephiroth. Sigh.

Anyway, just saw the animation for Garland’s Force ability. His partner is The Emperor from Final Fantasy II.

The animation seems pretty unique and interesting. Because it features Jack and The Emperor fighting and trying to hit each other before they attack the enemies.

The other FR animations I’ve seen so far always feature the chars and their partners working together so it’s nice to see something new and different.

As part of the New Year campaign, we get a free multi-draw on both of the Act 3 Finale, Part 1: Thirst of Chaos banners. Banner 1′s free pull gave me a dupe of Cyan’s 35cp. Meh.

My free multi-draw on the Act 3 Finale, Part 1: Thirst of Chaos banner 2 gave me a dupe of Gilgamesh’s Ex.

Act 3 Finale, Part 1: Thirst of Chaos Banner 1 Multi-Draws Results

Currently have 1235520 gems on hand. Hopefully, I’ll be able to get all of Jack Garland’s weapons without having to pity any of them.

Have the weapon tokens needed to exchange for copies of his 15cp and 35cp so really just need his LD, Ex, BT, and FR from this banner.

Well, Jack’s Burst weapon will be featured on 2 more banners that I may or may not pull on. Still considering what to do about those banners. I guess it’ll depend on how well my pulls on this banner will go.

But if I fail to get Garland’s BT on this banner, then maybe I can just try my luck on the other banners it will be featured in. Definitely need to get his LD, Ex, and FR from this banner though.

Alongside the Act 3 Finale, Part 1: Thirst of Chaos story chapter event and banners, we also got a Chocoboard that will give different rewards for enhancing Jack.

For instance, getting Jack to Crystal Level 90 and Level 90 will give you 4 copies of his 15cp and 35cp weapons. Nice. This is enough to fully MLB both weapons without needing to use a single Power Stone.

Anyway, so here are the results of my multi-draws on the Act 3 Finale, Part 1: Thirst of Chaos banner 1:

1. Dupe of Cyan’s Ex, came from a gold orb

Ugh. Wish that Raijin LD dupe had been Jack’s instead.

Also, it seems to be raining gold orbs because my 3rd multi-draw gave me a gold orb too.

This one gave me 2 copies of Jack’s Ex weapon. Yay! Super pleased to see this.

Now I just need Garland’s LD, BT and FR then I can be done with this banner.

Decided to pull first before playing through the Act 3 Finale, Part 1: Thirst of Chaos story chapter so haven’t been able to recruit Jack to my party yet.

His Ex was the very first weapon that I ever got for him. Getting this weapon automatically unlocked Jack and added him to my chars list.

Now I can get him to Crystal Level 90 and Level 90 so I can get the free copies of his 15cp and 35cp weapons.

4. Dupes of Raijin’s LD and Raijin’s Ex, came from a gold orb

It really is raining gold orbs because my 5th multi-draw also gave me one.

This turned into a dupe of Raijin’s Ex, my first (or 5th if we’re counting the ones from the Chocoboard) copy of Jack’s 35cp, and my very first copy of Garland’s LD.

Hell, yes! Super pleased to finally get a copy of Garland’s LD. Now I just need his FR and BT then I can be done with this banner.

At this point, it seemed likely that I was gonna have to pity Jack’s FR. Sigh. Was really hoping that wouldn’t happen but I guess I can only hope that Garland’s Burst will show up on the way to pitying his Force weapon.

Anyway, my 15th multi-draw gave me yet another gold orb.

Was expecting the usual Ex or LD dupe so was very surprised when what showed up was -

My very first copy of Jack Garland’s Burst weapon! Hell, yes! Super pleased to see this.

Now I’m not feeling that bad at possibly having to pity Jack’s FR. At least I was able to get all of his other weapons already. Just need his FR then I can be done with this banner.

Aside from Jack’s Burst, this multi-draw also gave me a dupe of Jack’s 15cp.

Went to the G-Token Exchange Shop for the Act 3 Finale, Part 1: Thirst of Chaos banner 1.

Spent all 400 of my G-Tokens to exchange for 1 copy of Jack’s Force weapon.

Now have all of Garland’s weapons. Yay! Too bad I ended up having to pity his FR but at least I was able to get all of his other weapons, including his Burst. And thanks to the free first multi-draw, only had to spend 95k.

Jack Garland from Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin

Already got Jack to Crystal Level 90 and Level 90 so I could get the free copies of his 15cp and 35cp. Fused all the copies together so I can fully MLB the aforementioned weapons and get their passives.

Bought all of Jack’s armors, including his High Armor. Leveled and maxed all of the armors. Then I spent the Book and Ingots needed to upgrade Garland’s High Armor to Blue.

Got enough dupes of Jack’s Ex to be able to fully MLB my first copy without having to use a single Power Stone.

After fully limit breaking Jack’s Ex, spent the Book and Ingots needed to Purple it or upgrade it to Ex+ 3/3.

Then I spent the 12 Power Stones needed to fully MLB Jack’s LD.

Also spent the High Power Stones needed to fully MLB Jack’s Force weapon. On a side note, I really love the blue background color of a fully limit broken and maxed out Force weapon. It’s a really lovely shade of blue, the same as a fully maxed out High Armor.

Then I spent the Book and Ingots needed to Green Jack’s Burst or upgrade it to BT+ 3/3. Also love the dark background of a fully maxed out BT as well as the swirling green light things surrounding the weapon itself.

Completed all of Jack’s Summon Boards, Character Enhancement Boards, and Force Enhancements.

Equipped Jack Garland with the following real Spheres:

Ace’s (from Final Fantasy Type-0) Break Hit Boost Up Longer A Sphere

When inflicting Break or attacking target afflicted with Break: • Raises own MAX BRV by 10% for 6 turns

Squall Leonhart’s (from Final Fantasy VIII) Break Hit Raging Boost Up A Sphere

When inflicting Break or attacking target afflicted with Break: • Raises own MAX BRV by 2% up to 5 times, once per turn

Bartz Klauser’s (from Final Fantasy V) Break Boost Up Shorter A Sphere

When inflicting Break: • Raises own MAX BRV by 20% for 3 turns *Does not stack with same sphere

Now my Jack Garland is nearly fully built and maxed out. Just missing his perfect Artifacts - 3 MAX BRV 330 with Warrior Wrapped in Despair Up★★ (While special effect Cyclic Warrior active: raises own MAX BRV, ATK by 5%).

Started farming for his Artifacts already. Was able to get 2 MAX BRV 330 with Warrior Wrapped in Despair Up★★ quickly enough but the third and last one I need has yet to show up.

After what feels like forever, the last MAX BRV 330 with Warrior Wrapped in Despair Up★★ finally showed up. Hell, yes! Now my Jack Garland has triple perfect Artifacts.

Also managed to get Garland 3 ATK 108 with Warrior Wrapped in Despair Up★★ and 1 ATK 108 with MAX BRV 330 Arts.

Tried equipping Jack with my Level 5 of 5 Greatsword Ultima Weapon then took him to a few easy fights. He’s pretty good. He deals a lot of damage. Can’t wait to try him out on a Shinryu quest.
