y’know that one tiktok of that conservative girl being like ‘pretending to be a liberal so i get more credit in class 🤪’ because i’ve been thinking about it so much lately. genuinely that’s so embarrassing imagine publicly admitting that you don’t have a spine and instead of ever being true to yourself you ultimately bend to others’ wills to make them like you more, all while quietly seething with contempt for said people because you think you’re better than them

#deffo the worst kinds of people i’ve ever met are non-religious conservatives #like ok i’m glad we agree on some of these things. i guess. but deep down your heart is not in the right place at all #those are the kinds of people who are almost always actual stuck-up jerks more than anyone else i’ve ever known #humble thyself in the sight of God how about. have compassion for thy neighbors etc etc #i am just as capable of being a stupid idiot as all of my left-leaning classmates #also i hate political labels i seriously would never call myself any of those terms on purpose #the only thing i want to use to describe myself is Catholic Christian thanks. anything more is distracting poison from the enemy
