as im revamping my stan marsh hard rock / metal playlist, something hit me. to this day, i still cant believe that butters is the lead guitarist of a technical death metal band. like you can say that he’s just doing it to help out stan or whatever but DO YOU HEAR HOW COMPLICATED THOSE RIFFS ARE?! that type of technical skill isnt achieved from being forced to do smth. he inhabits the death metal spirit in mind, body and soul
