✍ Do you have a beta reader?

It depends on the fic!! Sometimes I do if I'm really nervous about it (which is most lmfao). Right now the person who screens most of my fics is the love of my life Myle ( @satellitesunset ). The wonderful Emma ( @the-girl-who-cried-wolf ) has read several for me as well!! And she was super helpful with my fic "Moonstone" and also my fic "Rockstar." And Maya ( @calumsash ) and Monse ( @lukemichaelcalumashton ) and another friend Ashley read my cashton docs too (mostly ones I don't post lol)! And fr I need to give a shoutout to Maya for being the absolute number one hype man. Like, genuinely. She's so wonderful. But Myle is usually my go to if I want actual criticism on a fic; they're really good about letting me know what needs changing!! And they're also really good at buttering me up.

Basically, the process of getting a beta reader for me is gushing about my fics to my friends and then going "hey, I don't feel great about this, would you mind reading through it for me?" and that's really all there is to it!!

🛠What tools/programs/apps do you use to write?

Oh, what a fun question!! I write on google docs!! And I have the most incredibly aesthetically pleasing folder situation on my google drive, I love it. And then I always run my fics through grammarly before I post them. But that's about it!! I also write a lot on google docs on my phone, surprisingly, as well.
