Eat foods that can make you happy or lift up your mood, such as cabbage, salmon, cheese and etc. 
(KITA KITA is a movie that shows how Empoy changes his mood from sadness into happiness when he eat the cabbage meal that Alessandra gave to him) 
Take Note: Don't eat chocolates because after you eat it, the higher your mood today later on it will turn out times two (2) lower than you expect.
If you have a friend or if you see people with this illness, show respect and acceptance for them to have peace in their minds. 
Influence others, like advocating to help and open/widen up their minds with this kind of situation. 
Share love and care as you do for yourself.
