#cant let my tongue resf in my mouth without feeling my tooth prick the underside

is it just me or are there times where one of your back molars get sharper on one of the points and just stabs the underside of your tongue and its annoying/borderline painful for a week before it just one day decides to not. be painful anymore??? It just straight up dissipates

and then not even two months later it happens all over again
