I realized last week that Rogues weirdly has Mean Girls vibes to it

Like, with Fawn low-key becoming a class traitor and low-key ditching her friends for Grant. (Good for her!)

Denise having Jason (her little brother) pretend to join Brent's gang and get close to him to spy on him (because he's the biggest rival for all the gangs and... brothels), and then he actually becomes his sugar baby and betrays her. (Good for him!)

And Violet befriending Jason when he comes along, only for him to become a dick to her and everyone else there once he becomes Brent's favorite and right-hand man. (Not good for him. Violet deserves better, Jason. Your sugar daddy has already abused her enough! 😒)

It is truly giving "Someone Gets Hurt (Reprise)," and it's just weird to me given this story. 🥴

I currently have 48 stories that I can create on my own (regular novels); 57 as a whole. (Those extra 9 are comic books/graphic novels, 2 indie films, 2 video games, a TV series for a horror property I don't own, and a stage musical.) 3 of the 48 books contain 3 novellas in each.

One might asked why I'm counting the horror property, and that's because: If I can't get the rights to it, and get the series greenlit, then I'll change the names and make it my own "original" story! It's far too good.
