I designed these business cards and branding graphics for @canberrastylist; a new fashion stylist brand in Canberra, Australia. It specialises in corporate wear, official events and parties for women, men and families. The cards were printed on thick linen stock card so that the cards had a sense of texture that mimicked fabric. The illustration and character was modelled on the values of confidence, elegance and sophistication. By using the burgundy and gold colours, fluid line weight and soft watercolour brushes, I aimed to create a design that was soft and feminine yet also sleek, mature and ready for business. This was also mirrored in the font choice when designing the logo “Canberra Style”. Kim had a very specific image for the brand of her new business, and I was happy to help make it come to life. She is a very friendly and approachable person with many years of experience working in the corporate world.
