Livingston has been in a vegetative state ever since. Leaving Livingston behind to bleed out without calling EMS shows his sociopathy & total lack of empathy for someone who was supposed to be a friend. He beat & pistol whipped a woman trying to steal her $800 rent money she had in her bra. It was documented that whenever he was arrested, he would always flee. He didnt have the responsibility to show up for court & when he was being arrested for a failure to appear warrant, had the shit for brains idea to escape. Criminals like this don't deserve monuments except in HELL. This guy was the poster boy for shitty parenting.
