Donti: “Hi! its always nice to see new members of court! Thats what I’m assuming you two are anyways. Feel free to correct me. Were all excited to see you!”
Duke: “How touching! My sister and I thank you for your warm regards, it is always delightful to be welcomed - especially when we are woefully ignorant of the majority of the people here.
Oh dear! how terribly impolite of I. My sincerest apologies for not signing off as is custom, this was sent by the Duke. My sister is currently resting in the parlour so you will just have to deal with I, an absolutely horrid affair, I understand.”
Donti: “No no no its fantastic to meet you! You dont know many of the people? On Twitter? Or of the Discord community?”
Duke: “Ah, both. My sister and I were not necessarily kept in the dark on purpose but it seems other members of the family have a much more advantageous role in having previously met many of them, or at the very least being acquaintances. Why it sometimes felt my sister and I only had each other! Preposterous of course, since the Crown is our family.
Not to mention that this whole ah, Discord and Twitter thing is rather.... Unrefined. As nobility members, my sister and I hold ourselves to the highest standards and thus this whole internet thing is somewhat confusing.”
Donti: “Oh you know what! totally fair! Im always here to help! Us plebs are used to this way of communicating! Its very fast and efficient! How did you communicate with your friends and such before gettig Twitter?”
Donti: “Also just to make sure... What are your pronouns? You and your sister's I mean.”
Duke: “Thank you for the offer of assistance, it is greatly appreciated. Us ah... "plebs" as you have so eloquently put must indeed stick together, lest the troubling waves sink our boat and send us overboard.
My pronouns are he and him while my sisters are she and they.”
Donti: “Teamwork is definitely key to solving problems! We all have to lift each other up :D
You have a very pretty way of speaking by the way! Do you write? Poems and the like?”
Duke: “Indeed. On the matter of teamwork though, I am afraid I must take my leave. It seems as though one of my new siblings may be getting chewed out and it is my responsibility as one of the younger members of the family to ah - listen in politely, you see. It has been of greatest pleasure to speak to you.”

Donti: “Hi! How was your day?

Duke: “Forgive my tardiness, my embroidery was enchanting me so that my ears laid unaware!
How do you do, Donti? It is the Duke speaking. I must say, my sister has quite the opinion of you!”
Donti: “Oh its great to talk to you again Duke :D I hope I left a good impression! Is your embroidery going well?”
Duke: “It is going quite splendid! The Crown truly does spoil us, giving my sister and I such rich-coloured thread. Truly we are fortunate for his generosity and love.”
Donti: “Ohh! Good colors always make embroidery fun! What are you making?”
Duke: “I must ask though - as a sheep yourself why must you graze on such nimble hearts? Wolves are not supposed to concern themselves with the opinions and thoughts of prey such as yourselves but Prince is but a pup, why must you all be so cruel? I am quite interested in the answer, you see, because it is I who saw the tear tracks down faers face and I who heard the drums of despair in this household.”
Donti: “Oh..
Are you talking about blunt anon?
All of us are very angry at them, whoever they are.
I promise they do not reflect us as a whole.”
Duke: “To answer your previous question however, I am making a rose for Baroness. I do feel horribly for how I was unable to aid her with her spoiled dress so I do hope this gift soothes her and shows that there is no ill will from I to her.”
Donti: “Thats nice! Baroness loves flowers and nature! Thats super thoughtful of you. Im sure she'll love it :D
But back to Prince... Are fae ok? we're worried about faem.”
Duke: “"Blunt anon" is quite a peculiar name I must say. Indeed that is the scoundrel I speak of. It is wonderful to hear that you all are not that way - frankly, if I suspected you were the one to make Prince cry I would have simply neglected to respond, as is customary when one deals with enemies of one's family. Prince is currently recuperating, poor thing. A bleeding heart only leads to death and yet fae still has not learned that yet. I do wish you to send out a warning if you would be so kind - do let anyone know that if they ever treat Duchess in such a matter they will swiftly come to regret it. A gentleman does not revel in violence but she is my most dearest sister.
I thank you for your kind words however, I do indeed hope she enjoys my gift so - do not tell the others but she may be the only one in this family I can truly connect to on an intellectual setting, besides my sister of course.”
Donti: “Ill tell people not to be rude to Duchess. Not that they would.. Im pretty sure they like her :D”
Donti: “"Blunt anon" came when people would send... Rude asks to people. It was originally just blunt questions. But it escalated to... What happened to Prince :( We're trying to find them, but theres only so much we can do
Oh wait! have other people reached out to you all yet?”
Donti: “I know some of my good friends have talked to duchess.. But not to you yet!”
Duke: “Ah, indeed people have reached out and only Duchess was there to greet them. It pains me of course but I found myself with activities to do throughout the day. Schooling is still important to Duchess and I so that took up quite a bit of time - do not tell Crown but I was indeed spending time taking in the beauty of ballet instead of working purely on my Latin. Tea time too is an important affair, especially for I, and then it is always important to spend time with ones sister! So alas, you have been the only one I have graced with my thoughts and feelings out of your crowd of sheep.”
Donti: “Hm. I like the name sheep... Its a little kinder than "plebs"
You seems to like a lot of.. Elegant things! (I hope thats the right word) like embroidery and ballet! Where did you learn such refined taste :oc”
Duke: “Where did I learn such refined tastes? They have always been apart of me, you must understand. The Crown helped unlock those parts that I kept buried deep away and help nurture them. Oh such a brute I used to be! No care for the finer things in life, only one-upping my beloved sister. To think I used to slide in the dirt just for a measly point - bah! Truly I am in much debt to the Crown, for without him I still may have been a unruly fool.”
Donti: “... You played sports before you met Crown?”
Duke: “My sister and I both did, yes. It does not do well to dwell on such miserable times, Donti. This is why little one you are still a lamb.”
Donti: “Oh! If you don't want to talk about it, you dont have to! ^u^ Friends dont force their friends to talk about uncomfortable things!
Hm... But if the plebs are sheep... And I am a lamb... Who is the shepard...?”
Duke: “How sweet! Tell me, little lamb, who do you think the shepherd is? Or if there is one at all?
If you are a little lamb then I must ask, is there a Mary to be found alongside you as well?”
Donti: “Hm.... I think from our perspective the shepherd, (or shepherds in this case) would be our lovely mods :D
But from your point of view? Its most definitely Crown!
Andd.. Im assuming a Mary is a leader... Little lambs follow Mary after all... Hm. A lot of us have shown leadership at some point in time or another! It really depends on the scenario!”
Duke: “Intriguing.
It depends on the scenario you say?”
Donti: “Yep! People take charge depending on whats happening, and sometimes theres no leadership, just us discussing and working through it!
Why do you ask?”
Duke: “When the flocks have gone and left and all there is is the gentle bobbing of the water, who do you trust to save you from drowning? While you thrash and scream and feel yourself weaken who do you look towards for guidance? When the taste of salt kisses the interior of your esophagus whose name is on the tip of your dying tongue?
For I, it is the Crown, as he saved my sister and I from exactly that fate - but who is it for you?”
Donti: “Hm.. As a "flock" we all support one another.. That way, we can have multiple points of support! One person supporting that many people would be very stressful for that one person, you know”
Duke: “Of course.
Even then in a home all parts play along and join in the symphony but even with that, some are still load-bearing.
Who would be your load-bearing walls? All I ask is for some simple names, you understand. My curiosity is much like a cat, you see. Only satisfaction may truly bring me back.”
Donti: “Hm.. Are you asking for the names of my friends?
Well. There's Jack and Raeva, whom Duchess has spoken with, I think. Llyr, Ren, and Luna are also friends of mine. But I try not to burden them.
They are not so much load bearing pillars, but more of frail walls to shield me from the cold.”
Duke: “The drifting breezes that bring forth frost and tremors truly are such tiresome times. That you have shields is wonderful and it does ease my heart, but I do feel as though I must impart some wisdom else I'd be an unfavourable acquaintance - do try and build yourself a roaring inferno, little sheep.
Have so much fire around yourself that the winds cannot glance your way and even the Grand Archer Yi looks on with fear.”
Donti: “... And what if the fire burns me?
What then?”
Duke: “Do you think yourself unable to control the flames?”
Donti: “...Yes. Flames are temperamental, after all. When the inferno's dried up every last bit of water and eaten all of the wood, what will it turn to?”
Duke: “You want the answer to be yourself, I can see you reaching for it with an outstretched palm. Here is the truth: you can quell flames easily with just a few words. You can breathe in the ash and let the smoke dissipate. You do not have to be burned.
Ah, but these are just fun matters to think about. Do not dwell on my words too much. I would hate for you to overthink just simple pondering.”
Donti: “...Ill take your words to heart, friend. Even if it's just banter.

Duke: “Such an exquisite form of art. The mastery she has put forth would bring others to shame and ruin. A true professional since birth. I myself do not dance in this way - my sister and I are well versed in the waltz and ballroom dance as is customary for our statuses - but ballet alludes me. Alas, if only that was the direction I chose for my life to go but no matter - I have embroidery, poetry and oil painting to keep me truly green from envy.”
Donti: “Those are very enviable hobbies! I imagine you're skilled at them too! As for ballet... Ive heard that in order to dance that way, one has to go through great pain. I'd hate for you to experience that”
Duke: “A bit of suffering is always worth the pain if beauty and joy can be received in the end, do you not think?”
Donti: “As long as youre happy, I suppose!

Donti: “Hello! I'm back again, hehe”
Duke: “Hello there Donti, how have you been little lamb?”
Donti: “Hi Duke :D I’ve been doing great! My friend gave me a wonderful gift yesterday!
How have you been?”
Duke: “Oh? That is splendid to hear! What gift did you receive? I myself have been doing well, thank you for asking. Things have been.. Quieter recently”
Donti: “She gave me a little compass that always points to her quarters to keep me from getting lost. ^^ It was becoming a problem, you see.
..Oh,,, is it because you and Duchess have been spending less time with each other?”
Duke: “That is truly heartwarming to hear such a thoughtful gift was given to one so deserving like yourself. I hope you cherish it, those gifts will never fade from memory.
I would not say my sister and I are necessarily spreading apart but.. The moment she stops this silly plan of hers we will both be off for the better.”
Donti: “I heard she had some projects, and I have a few guesses to what they are... But she never told me what they were ^^'
Is it really as bad as you make it out to be?”
Duke: “She wants to get in contact with our "hosts", a word that I find revolting. My sister stumbled upon these missing person posters of the people we used to be and once an idea is inside her head it is nigh impossible to get it out. I do not understand why she needs to do this, why she is so intent on causing problems for us both. I adore her, but she is being foolish.”
Donti: “Is it for simple curiosities sake? Or does she want to.. Cohabit the body like some of the others do?”
Duke: “No matter what curiosity killed the cat. We are who we are now, let sleeping lions rest. Her plan is idiotic no matter what the outcome she hopes to achieve.”
Donti: “That makes sense.. You said you've tried to convince her otherwise?”
Duke: “Indeed. My efforts so far have been.. Lackluster. I do not suppose you would mind dissuading her the next time you two speak?”
Donti: “I will try! But I doubt I will be successful.. You said she is very headstrong, and if she won't listen to you, she probably won't listen to me either..”
Duke: “You underestimate yourself. You are something she has an interest in, your word holds weight with her whereas others do not. You dissuading her could be the last step in ending this.”
Donti: “If you say so, I will do as you ask ^^ We are friends, after all.
Onto a different note... Have you met the new... Person? Their name is Chorus, if I remember correctly”
Duke: “Indeed we are! Tell me, besides the gift what else has been going on in your life, little lamb?
Chorus.... Hm. It sounds.. Familiar”
Donti: “Yes, that’s another thing that’s happened. Jay was one of the ah, non-Dreamons staying over. 14 foot tall, he’s quite hard to miss. He was coronated recently, and the Dreamon named themself Chorus”
Duke: “Oh! Oh what a simpleton I am! I have indeed met Chorus, although... Ah, I won't divulge in case they do not wish for it to be known. They are a fascinating person.
Oh good, you are aware Jay is Chorus. I was worried I was going to have to keep secrets!
May I let you in on one anyway?”
Donti: “Of course.”
Duke: “I prefer Jay.”
Donti: “Ah, I think people in the Mineshaft feel the same..”
Duke: “I haven't even met Chorus yet, in true honesty. Not face to face at least. Their existence feels like a mockery but I must nod my head at them nonetheless. The strong live while the weak die, tis life.”
Donti: “When we met them, they were quite blunt... But they said they would let Jay out eventually, and I guess we felt better about that..
How have you been, spending your time, with Duchess so involved with her project?”
Duke: “Will they truly? Or was that just a lie to settle the masses? After all, it is not hard to fool those stuck with love in their hearts.”
Donti: “They said they would eventually... Words must mean something...
Right?”
Duke: “I have been doing well, thank you. I have been introduced to a new game called ah, Grand Theft Auto? It is rather confusing but I do enjoy the pretty lights at night.”
Duke: “Words mean nothing, my dear. They are worth less than air.”
Donti: “... I see,,,”
Duke: “Words only hold meaning to the foolish or the dumb, little lamb. It is best you learn that.”
Donti: “And what about promises?”
Duke: “Ah, promises. What a tricky thing. Tell me, do you think an eel would break a promise? a platypus as well?”
Donti: “... I guess they would, if it would serve their purposes... But they are just simple animals who don't know the weight behind them...
Surely thinking beings would put some weight behind them?”
Duke: “Neither the platypus nor the eel would keep a promise. They are indeed just simple animals as you put it, they do not understand the full extent.
Tell me, Donti, what is humanity? Where did we originate from?”
Donti: “Ah... I guess most of us originate from a single cell. A dot of consciousness
The ability of 'humanity' is because of a large brain, and an ability of higher thought,,,”
Duke: “And these exact same animals originate from this very same dot.
Promises are worth nothing to the platypus and the eel, why would it matter to a human? What makes humanity so high and mighty for such a worthless thing to matter?
Promises may be exchanged between loved ones, that I do understand. It is an oath taken between two people, it is meant to be solemn. I promised my sister I would do anything to protect her and I will stand by that to my dying days. Between friends and strangers however?
Between friends and strangers, little lamb, do not be afraid to crush fools who make a promise to you.
Whales have large brains, are we less than a whale?”
Donti: “But is it so foolish, my friend, to trust? For I to trust you? We are not family, we are not each other's loved ones. Is it truly strong to disregard words and promises, when they bring you joy and companionship?”
Duke: “It is not foolish to trust me, I am your friend. I care about your wellbeing. It is foolish to trust other people though - they are not like you and I, they are uncivilized and cruel.
It would be a wonderful world to walk around with your heart on your sleeve and trust in the air, but that is not this world. That is not the animal world.
Do not fret though! You have my sister and I, little lamb, and that is all you need. No one else has your best interest at heart like us, for why would I take time telling you these things otherwise? I do not wish to see you get hurt.”
Donti: “Of course, where would I be without you two? You two are some of my closest friends. I shudder at a life where we had never met.
Life would be so dull”
Duke: “Indeed. I am pleased you have my sister and I to depend upon, as we depend upon you. You are so kind and so trusting, so friendly without a thought... I can only think in horror what may have happened if we had not stumbled upon you. The world is cruel, little lamb, and the fact you've only barely come out unscathed is nothing short than a miracle.
Without us.... Who knows what could occur? I am happy as always to speak with you Donti, do know this. My ears are always open if you need someone to talk to.”
Donti: “The world is definitely cruel, but unscathed isn't the correct word, unfortunately. Life comes with ups and downs, and I have had my share of both ^^”
Duke: “I am terribly sorry to hear that.”
Donti: “Of course, it all got better, didn't it? You're here :D”
Duke: “No more, I say. Life will be cruel to you no more, not while I'm around.
Exactly, little lamb. I am here and you are here, isn't that wonderful? Living despite all the odds. The strong truly do rule over the weak.”
Donti: “I guess you do rule over the weak, ha! I was wondering.. What makes one weak?”
Duke: “Still so naive! You are endlessly endearing, little lamb. You will see with your own eyes what makes someone weak with time.”
Donti: “So cryptic, Duke hehe
Oh Duke! Have you heard about King? I heard they went missing...”
Duke: “If you fear you are weak then do not. You are young, Donti. A sapling still waiting to grow. My sister and I will protect you until you can do so yourself.
You will learn to be strong, little one, with time. Just do as we say until then, the thought of you getting hurt makes me positively miserable.
Indeed I have. How surprising the most volatile out of all of us goes missing. How strange indeed.”
Donti: “Oh, of course! I take all of your advice to heart!”
Duke: “Honestly.. This is a big fuss about nothing. Why do we simply not look under the couch cushions? I'm sure King is there, acting like an untrained dog wishing for attention.”
Donti: “Oh dear... I think the rest of the Court have been worried enough to do that..
I hope they come back eventually though, theyre worrying a friend of a friend ^^'”
Duke: “King is fine, Donti. I assure you. The Court is simply made up of worriers projecting their anxiety onto you and the rest of the members.
I am not terribly upset at their disappearance but if it is causing you grievance I will attempt to locate them.”
Donti: “Oh, of course! that makes perfect sense ^^ I'll tell the others not to worry
And that would ease my mind, thank you Duke!”
Duke: “I will look then, little lamb, just for you. It will hopefully not take too much time out of my day.”
Donti: “If you were just to keep an eye out? I know you don't like them very much, and you have your own things to do!”
Duke: “It is alright, for you I will search. It is no great loss of my time if it means I may ease yours.”
Donti: “Well.. Duke, do you have any places you frequent? My friend showed me a lovely clearing the other day!”
Duke: “Nature truly is wonderful, isn't it. I enjoy going for walks in the woods, hearing the birds trill and flutter about just out of view is calming. I do also enjoy going to this one shop, Starbucks I believe it is called? They have wonderous teas that are cold, although I find the cup they deliver in perplexing.”
Donti: “Oh? How so?”
Duke: “It goes beyond common sense. The cup is not made of glass, nor wood, nor clay. It is made of this very... Unique material. Then there is the paint on it that isn't paint... How does it stay on the glass then? It does not chip but could that be due to a wonderous sealant? And why do they give these cups out so freely?”
Donti: “Oh! Plastic! Starbucks has them printed. It's a very economically useful modern material, but personally I cannot stand it. They're cheap for Starbucks to make, but they're disposable and do terrible things to the environment, as they don't decompose for several hundred years... Animals who eat them get sick, and often die..”
Duke: “That is disturbing. Why not simply use glass like reasonable people do?”
Donti: “Plastic is simply cheaper to use.”
Duke: “It is just a cup. How much could it cost, eight dollars?”
Donti: “Pennies. :(
They're really really cheap.”
Duke: “Ridiculous. Utterly ridiculous.”
Donti: “Yea... I think Starbucks lets you use reusable cups, which limits waste ^^”
Duke: “Fascinating. I will keep that in mind for tomorrow.”
Donti: “Do you enjoy going to other places? Or perhaps a favorite animal?”
Duke: “Oh, the animals I favour above all is the Korat and Chinese Li Hua cats. They are truly specimens of perfection, and admittedly quite wonderful to look at as well.”
Donti: “So you like cats! Those two breeds are lovely!”
Duke: “Cats are my sisters and I favourite animal, yes. Those two breeds are indeed lovely which is why I think them best of all.”
Donti: “Hehe, two of my friends look like cats, I think your sister met one of them! The one who gave me the compass? She looks like a cat with lovely little glow marks! And wings!”
Duke: “That sounds fascinating! Is she able to fly?”
Donti: “I believe so, although I've only ever seen her use them to propell herself forwards ^^' The tunnels aren't exactly suitable conditions for flight”
Duke: “I see.. That is interesting. You have quite a colourful array of friends.”
Donti: “I dont think anyone down here is fully human, ha!
I assume you are, your pictures do seem to suggest that!”
Duke: “Indeed I am. Fully human with only ten fingers and toes and all that. Not terribly interesting but something I wear with pride nonetheless.”
Donti: “Ha, and you’re fantastic the way you are!

Donti: “Its always a roll of the dice as to who I will talk to! Who is it today, I wonder? :Dc, Hello!”
Duke: “Hello there, Donti. I do hope I haven't kept you too long. It is the Duke, little lamb.”
Donti: “Hi Duke!!! Sorry I kept you waiting, didn't notice you had messaged me ^^'
How have you been ?”
Duke: “Apologies are in order for myself as well it seems, the little bird did not notify me you responded!
I have been doing as well as I can be. My sister is hurt and it is the fault of a cretin, it is not something I am in joy over.”
Donti: “Oh, I heard about that, I'm so sorry :(. I hope it didn't change your views on the family, I'm sure they regret it
((we are simply the best at responding))”
Duke: “Oh indeed we are truly the most wonderful at responses! It does my heart well to see such our skill. In a more serious tone though, I will say that it did in fact impact my view of the family. How could it not?
Donti: “That's fair, I was just being overly hopeful :/ How are you feeling? About it I mean.?”
Duke: “I feel disgusted.
These people are animals, brutes. There are few in this family who can even have the honour of being called kind - Prince, Baron and Jester are the only ones suitable for humanity. Countess perhaps as well, although I am unsure.”
Donti: “Those are strong sentiments Duke, even if they are justified... Have you talked to Crown about it? He cares about your well-being, after all.”
Duke: “I will not speak to Crown on this matter. I do not think his constitution can handle the reveal of my inner feelings. What will he suggest, that I simply apologize? That I forgive and forget? No. I will not.”
Donti: “What are you going to do then? Hold a grudge? I have learnt the hard way that people don't enjoy those.
When you hold a grudge. People will make you let go of it.”
Duke: “No one will make me do anything.”
Donti: “That's a good thing.”
Duke: “I will rise with the sun and set with the moon. I will traverse oceans and watch mountains crumble. I will live and laugh and love but in my heart, I will gaze upon these beast's faces and know that I will howl with joy at their demise.
They hurt my sister, Donti.
They hurt her.”
Donti: “Yea... Did you talk to her about it?”
Duke: “I have. She is doing much better now, but the fact still remains sight will never return to one of her eyes. Her face is forever scarred because she had the audacity to care about me. They have lied to us, kept information from us, mocked and jeered...... And now this.
If you cannot see my reasons for a "grudge" as you call it so then I am afraid I do not understand your way of thinking, little lamb.”
Donti: “Oh I see your reason for a grudge. Don't worry. I would do the same. But are you planning on,,, acting on this? I wouldn't advise it, but if you are, don't be rash.”
Duke: “I have no plans as of now. My current goal is to ensure my sisters' safety and comfort as she adjusts to her current prediciment.
Of course, if King or Baroness notice a few missing items they adore then it is not the fault of I, but a wonderful coincidence”

Donti: “Ah. My sibling is very. Independent.. Even if they were to be injured, they would deal with it on their own. If I were to help them, they would go. I love them, but they don't need me anymore. I’ve accepted that..”
Duke: “Oh dear, you poor thing. It must be horrible, to be all alone. I knew how that felt once. With so little support, barely anyone to depend on..... I think the worst part of it all is the quiet, no? The lonesome silence that settles into your skull.

Em: “Hello! :)”
Duke: “Hello there, little sheep.”
Em: “I don't think we've spoken, except for a brief encounter in the server. I'm Em! To which of the twins do I have the pleasure of speaking with?”
Duke: “It is my absolute pleasure to meet you, dearest Em. You are currently conversing with Duke. I do hope your day has been simply marvelous.”
Em: “Ah, it's nice to formally meet you, Duke! My day has been good, thank you. How has yours been?”
Duke: “My day has been full of wonderful intrigues. Truly I am blessed to have such a glorious life. It is in poor taste for me to be a braggart as such but you must understand, today was simply lovely. What brings you here, little sheep? did a member of your flock go missing?”
Em: “I'm glad your day has gone so well! May I ask what it is you experienced today that made it such a good day? And no, no one has gone missing this time around. I just thought it would be a good time to talk to more of the family. :)”
Duke: “I do not wish to bore you with the details but sometimes solitude can be rewarding. I think my sister may stop a silly little project of hers that does will bring nothing but pain. Ah, I digress. It is heartening to hear you wish to talk to the family more. Let us just hope Crown allows it.”
Em: “Solitude is nice, I agree. No matter how much you enjoy someone's presence, it is always nice to have time for yourself. Has something happened recently, that makes you think Crown would disagree with the family talking to the server again? Or is that just confusion on my part?”
Duke: “Ha, I spoke in jest. Crown simply has the best for us in mind. Limited contact with the court was the norm, no? forgive me, but I have suitably distanced myself from the family until they learn to behave like proper people. If a change has occurred and contact flows more freely then I apologize for my mistake.”
Em: “No apology needed! But yes, we have much more contact with the rest of the family now. Crown has allowed them to talk in the server again! You say you've distanced yourself from them, is this because of what happened at the family meeting? We've heard a bit about some... fighting, that happened then.”
Duke: “Indeed. I have already told Donti the sordid details and it is to my understanding our conversation has already been shared with the flock. Until they wish to act like people and not ill-mannered monkeys peeved they are no longer the children’s favourite exhibit at the zoo then I will keep my distance.”
Em: “It has been, yes. If you keep your distance, then how will you know they’ve decided to behave? Are you counting on someone to relay that information to you? And I mean that with no ill intent towards you, simply curious is all.”
Duke: “The walls have ears, little sheep. I will hear.”
Em: “I see. I fear I’ve got to go now, thank you for speaking with me this evening. Sorry to cut our conversation so short, but it’s late and I’ve got to get some rest.

Duke: “Today is the only exception on discord, the crown said that we may only do an introduction and answer any questions you few may have! curiosity when running rampant can be dangerous you see. With regards to twitter however, the truth is that we are simply more mature.”

Duke: “Do not tell the others I told you this but many times I have crept down and listened to the scoldings our siblings have given each other, the brutish way they bicker and the consequences of their actions. Poor Baroness, her dress I mourn for! the Crown understands that despite us being young and despite us being newer members of the family we certainly have much more of a handle on things than the other poor lions do.”

Duke: “Meeting Crown? it was a summer's day, Ibelieve. My sister and Iwere having an outing at a beach with our family and we went off to explore and then...... Hm.
