"Wow, nice hair." His third day and he was growing bolder and bolder. And here is now, approaching a boy a few years older than he is. How does he know? He'd heard a thing or two about the pink-haired upperclassman. Thunder, wasn't that his name? In a sense, he was new too, only having been around a year apparently. But Jungkook was far newer, and too much in need for friends to care much. "You dance, don't you? That's cool! I heard you're good. But oh— Can't forget to introduce. I'm Jungkook."
One thing that never ceases to throw the unsuspecting for a loop is the fact that Thunder can stare directly at a being and not hear anything that’s said - that is, if there’s a distressingly sad level of attention being paid. Unfortunately for the strange one in front of him, that moment in time had come to pass. See through, rather than actually see, and you come across the essence of silence. Whatever was being prattled about may have had a better shot at relevance if it were whispered to unchanging wind. But, Thunder; Thunder was a hurricane and much too busy plotting the downfall of the heavens to care about… Jungkook? At least he’d heard that much and, coincidentally enough, it earned a shrug of acknowledgment before his thought process was ushered elsewhere, catering to the mess within and plucking the mundane from the inhumane.

Jungkook was the new high school freshman in school, and quite the bold one at that. He decided to begin doing some rounds, knocking on the doors around him to get acquainted with people. 4B, that is his room, and the room next to him is 2B quite naturally. Jungkook was a /little/ nervous; a brisk heartbeat and fingers trembling in the slightest. He was the baby of the school, in the lowest year. And here, he knows, is a college sophomore named Luhan. He takes the chance, and knocks on the door.
He was sitting on the edge of his bed, both of his legs crossed over the mattress and his hands resting on his knees as he stared at the luggage in front of him that was carelessly resting on the floor, staring back at him. He was definitely not in the mood for unpacking. But he also kind of disliked the silence in his room, it was making him nervous and more anxious.
A knock on his door nearly gave him a heart-attack, because he was certainly not expecting anyone. Thankfully, he had not gotten rid of his clothes in the process of deciding whether to unpack or not. With clumsy steps, he made his way to the door and opened it completely, his eyes catching a cute boy in front of him. “Oh— Oh! Hi,” he said cheerfully, his lips curving into a wide, bright smile. “What is it? What can I do for you?” He asked, his eyes wandering around the boy’s face. He was so cute. So, so, so cute it made Luhan’s heart weak.

{ » } — The somewhat timorous approach is noted immediately, and Jungkook feels a surge of power above the other. Naturally the younger feels superior against someone such as this, courtesy of his confidence. Nevertheless, he’d treat the other student as he would any other. ❝Jihoon, huh? Jeon Jungkook; Nice to meet you!❞ He takes the other’s hand in a firm grasp, to moreso assert his dominance even farther than any other reason. His eyes fixate on the crown before him, and the corners of his lips curl into a smile, showing off rabbit-like teeth. ❝Oh! How cute.❞ He chuckles, taking the crown with a light bow before plopping the creation onto his head. ❝Am I special? Ah what was it… First is worst, second is best, third is the one with a treasure chest? Let me know who the third is so I can battle them to the top. What grade are you in?❞
— The firm grasp of the other's hand already had him feeling embarrassed, he had held his hand lightly and, well, daintily. Swallowing thickly, Jihoon pulls his hand away as soon as the other's tight grip lets up, hiding it in his jacket pocket. A shaky sigh manages to slip past him as his thoughts swallow him whole, but it only lasts for a split second before he's looking back up from the ground and at the younger's face again. Why was meeting new people always so hard for him? It was a bit infuriating, he couldn't give a simple hello without being embarrassed about something he did wrong (though, it was usually always in his head). He returns eye contact with Jungkook again, not wanting to avoid it as he speaks with him, "Of course you're special, everyone is." Nodding, he lets out a quiet laugh, "That sounds about right, I've yet to meet them, but once I find them, I'll be sure to let you know. Oh-- I'm in my third year. What about you?"
