I guess with me, I was just SO turned off by Gersha's POV and behavior at the beginning that I can't give him another chance 😅 I need to lol! Like a protective friend who heard their friend complaining about their boyfriend being a massive jerk, then they got back together, but the friend can never forgive or forget haha

To be shallow, also somehow Gersha as physically described realllly isn't my type 😬 Usually I can easily overlook that in fic & imagine 'em however works for me, but maybe Gersha was described more than Tilrey & Bror? Not sure. Also tbh the sound of the name "Gersha" is pretty not hot... "Tilrey" is cute! "Bror" works! "Ansha" fits him! "Gur-shuh" is kinda not the sexiest to keep saying in my head 😅

I'm sorry, I am awful! I do LOVE you as an artist and author. Thank you SO much for giving us this universe 🙌

Okay, so you just gave me an excuse to talk about names. If I had planned to post this series back when I first created the characters, I would’ve been a lot more careful about them! I’ve studied German, so in my head all the names have German-inspired pronunciation: Gairsha for Gersha; Baysha for Besha; Faira for Vera, etc. I know that isn’t how English speakers naturally pronounce them. And a pronunciation guide seems weird and fussy. So yeah, I fully admit the names might be a little sexier to me. 😁

Hi!!! May I request an Encanto matchup for my Encanto OC please? Their basically me as an Encanto character🤗 If you can't just ignore!

This is my character. I'm not into digital art so I used doll divine lolz.

Paulina - Spoken in Spanish pronunciation

21yo Colombian Female, She/Her, Straight

Gift: "Mother Nature"

Backstory: Paulina came from an abusive family but got separated from them and the community she grew up in before she turned 21. How and what happened is a mystery for now. She keeps her past a secret and hates that she has to walk the same earth as her relatives. She liked getting away from her old life but found she was too empty inside to live. But when she considered death she was given a second chance and was given a gift. I like to think that the magic of the candle reached out to her and gave her the purpose she needed. She was essentially reborn as the physical representation of Mother Nature so she could love and care for others. Her only struggle is that she sometimes wishes someone would notice and love her in return.

Gift: Her gift allows her to harness the elements to travel and help others, heal and bring back the dead, and sense the needs of animals, insects and plants. She can also interact with the ocean but she hasn't gotten that far yet.

Personality: She is an old soul like myself, and being an old soul means you act older and tired despite your age. It also means you have an attraction to an older significant other. Paulina would definitely be a little turned off if a younger guy flirted with her. She's kind and a little shy, but she is very motherly, guiding, and helpful. She also doesn't put up with rude or harmfull behavior so she's quick to reprimand someone. At the end of the day she wants everyone including herself to be happy.

Quirks & Facts

· Although Paulina was welcomed in Encanto, she doesnt settle within the town. She sleeps among the trees just outside Encanto, she keeps this a secret.

· Tries to keep her gift a secret.

· Loves animals and doesn't eat meat.

· Loves food🤤

· Sensitive to death, even if it's a butterfly. (She would eventually bring it back to like)

· Would definitely end the life of an evil person though😬

· Walks along the beach every day to help beahed animals back into the water

· Monitors turtle nests and guides the hatchlings to the ocean safely

· Loves color and creativity

· Likes to let her hair down sometimes

Side note- I think Paulina+Bruno would be the coolest cause then it would be like Mother Nature and Father Time, you know?

He would like your mother-like tendencies, finding it soothing to watch you take care of animals and plants. He would find you sleeping outside of the Encanto interesting, but wouldn't tell anybody.

He would always cook for you and would be able to find more recipes and ways to cook without meat for you. He would love to see your reactions to his cooking.

He would want to know if you could bring back Pedro, but because of you being sensitive to death and you wanting to keep your gift a secret, he wouldn't ask.

You two would help the hatchlings to the ocean together and would watch the sunset together after you had helped.
