#my shitpost art always gets attention but anytime i draw something non shitposty barely anyone cares #like i understand 'oh u shouldn't think about the numbers just post what u want' #like yea i get that but it's like the equivalent of being the class clown #everyone laughs at u when u make jokes n stuff #but the moment u say something srs about urself or just in general #no one cares #i do want to post what i like #i do #but i also don't want to post it if like #no one's gonna look at it ya know? #i like sharing my art and having ppl see it #but if no one engages with my art (at least non shitposty ones) #then it just feels like im showing it off to an empty room #and it sucks #like don't get me wrong i appreciate the ppl who DO like my art regardless #but i just wish there were more ppl like that #im not gonna quit art bc of it no bc that'd be stupid #but it's just urrgghhh #it's frustrating #im more than just the funny haha one piece guy #i do other things too :( #vent #biscotti's ramblings
